GREAT EXPERIENCE! My son was buying his first car. We test drove the car, discussed a sale and went on our search. Everyone was friendly, very helpful, no pressure, fair pricing AND a warranty. Our experience brought us right back. The actual sales process was very efficient. Would definitely buy here again!

I highly recommend this car dealership ! I'll start by saying that we walked in and right back out of multiple dealers bc they couldn't be bothered with answering questions! Anyway we ended up at keystone and I was very transparent about the lack of knowledge I have about buying from a dealer. From the moment we walked in they did everything they could to answer every question thoroughly ! I didn't feel rushed or pressured. They were very up front and transparent with us as well ! They took their time to listen to our situation and try and see what options and vehicles would be best for our circumstances! It was very comfortable inside and felt like we were welcome there unlike most places. The building is very nice and very clean and tidy and the bathrooms were immaculate. Which doesn't seem important but when buying a car sometimes your in there for hours and hours so being comfortable matters ! The ladies room was also equipped with lady products ( and not cheap ones either ) which won Me over as a female. Again doesn't seem important but really is nice to see the extra mile they go to make their customers feel comfortable ! While sitting there I was approached by a woman who introduced herself as one of the owners I believe and she thanked us for choosing them and that really made me feel great also. Very welcoming and just a very comfortable and tranquil environment! We are beyond satisfied with every aspect of the experience! It being our first time buying a car from a dealer and they made it a great experience! I'm beyond grateful! This is where we will be going for now on for any of our vehicles. Highly highly recommend!!!

As a buyer I could not have been happier with the way my wife and I were treated. If my wife and I ever need another vehicle, we already know where were going. The salesman we had was not the kind to get you hurried up to get to the bottom line, we asked questions, and he had the answer. I have been to many car dealers all over America and Germany while in the Military. I hope you decide to stop in and give them a shot at selling you a vehicle. I WAS NOT PAID FOR THIS!

What can I say about Cameron and Lynn Their professionalism as a team was very impressive. There commitment to us in making sure we were able to drive home in a new car, was unmatched. The fresh pot of coffee that was brewed for us while we waited for the paperwork to come through was such a considerate touch to the already pleasant experience we were having. We will definitely recommend Keystone Used Auto Sales to friends and family looking for that just right car they might be looking for.

As someone who's sold cars herself in the past, I must say this place is fantastic!! Overall their prices for the vehicles are by far the best I've seen and they have a great selection of cars to choose from! Lynn and Cameron were wonderful from beginning to end, even when I ran into an issue with the payment, all worked out and I was able to drive off with a 2019 Chevy Equinox! Will absolutely share this place with friends and family!

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: In and out super quick. As a certified mechanic myself I took my truck for inspection (can't do one without a shop) and everything they told me was spot on. They are trustworthy and friendly. My new go to, after a nearby competitor lost my business.

Buying my car here was so fast and easy. Everyone was very nice. I had one very minor issue that they fixed for free. The issue was litterly it's a used car and just a part getting older. Other then that I've only been back for oil changes. Called today to schedule and oil change. She never ask about what type of car I have so I ask her she needed any info. She said, "no, you have the Jetta, right?" Like how does the lady in service just know who I am? Very happy with my car and the service I receive.

We have bought 3 vehicles from Keystone. They are a great dealership. We never had any problems or issues with our cars. We moved from PA. I wish we had a dealer in SC like them. KEYSTONE AUTO SALES, always professional, honest and reasonably priced vehicles. We miss you!Nancy

We weren't planning to buy a car but Lynn came out and once we told her we were looking for a low priced first car for our son who was turning 16, she said she had the perfect car and she was right!! Her and Edward even stayed after hours so we would be able to bring it home that night for his 16th birthday the next day.Car runs great, drove it around for a few days now with only a minor hiccup with the door locks that they made good on right away. Will be a great first car for our son. So glad we stopped. Would definitely refer them.

I have now bought 2 cars from Keystone and each time was a great experience. Matt is a great salesman to have been able to work with. After a few failed attempts of shopping for a car elsewhere, I showed up to Keystone knowing how reliable they are, just 40 minutes before closing, and Matt stayed past that closing time to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I had called before hand to make sure they still had the vehicle, and they had even taken the time to get the car washed up and shiny before I had gotten there. Also, he had remembered me and the exact car I had bought from him two years prior, so you can tell that he is a genuine man who enjoys having conversation outside of his job and cares what you have to say while shopping at this dealership.Overall, Keystone will work with you and the price you are looking for, on top of getting a used car that is in great shape. I recommend this dealership to anyone I know shopping for a used vehicle. Awesome service, 10/10.

Lynn at Keystone Auto Sales went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle. I had a list of requests for a vehicle, along with a budget. I was also looking for a make and model that is hard to find in this used car market. Lynn found a vehicle that met all the requests and under budget, and I drove the car away not more than 2 weeks after Lynn started searching. First class customer service, attention to detail, and quality product. Can t recommend Keystone enough for your vehicle needs.

Excellent experience for my son buying his first car! They have an excellent selection of the type of car he wanted (small suv) and great customer service. And they were able to get him his first financing! I m recommending Keystone to my friends

Buyer Beware. My experience here is that they fix up their used cars just enough to get them through the door. Did not get warranty and car has internal engine problem among other issues I had to fix at less than 4-5k miles of driving. Odometer at time of purchase was about 85k. Will not shop here again and if you do get the warranty or have it inspected by a third party. Do not recommend. Only had car for less than 2 years and barely drive. Very frustrated.

I bought a 2010 Chevrolet Colorado from them. I looked at it on line, drove 2 hours to test drive and the truck was exactly as advertised, so I bought it. During the test drive, the check engine light came on, the folks at Keystone fixed it (a cam position sensor) before I took delivery. A very pleasant buying experience, and I found them very trustworthy and reasonable to work with. I recommend them.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 3 months ago. They told me the truck was inspected which they had a new inspection sticker on it. Well, 2 weeks later from the purchase date my pregnant wife and I were going down I-78 and the bolt for my control arm fell off down the highway. Luckily it didn t completely drop down. No shops nearby could get me in so I had the truck towed back to Keystone. Also, a couple days before that was the first rain storm in the truck when I turned the wipers on all the rubber on the blades was falling off. (Which is something they should definitely see in an inspection). Now it s been 3 months and my transmission needs a rebuild. The truck won t shift into 2nd or 6th gear and it won t shift down on hills so I have no power to climb a hill. I did get the warranty, problem is earliest a shop can get me in is in August and now I have a 2 week old baby and a truck that most likely won t make it until a shop can get me in to rebuild the transmission. I drive tractor trailer so I start all different times of night so I can t have my wife and a 2 week baby bringing me to my tractor trailer and picking me up so I brought the truck back to then trying to swap it. Even if I had to go down to a cheaper 1500 series truck just to hope to have something more reliable since I can t be leaving my wife careless with the baby. They told me they won t swap it for anything since it needs a new transmission. Obviously when it was traded in from the previous owner I m sure he dumped Lucas to get the transmission to stop slipping and cleared the engine code to get it out of his/her hands. And now it s my problem and they won t back up what they sold me no matter what.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!!They will sell you a vehicle and tell you they did a full service on it and it s completely good to go when in reality it should have been sold as is because it has issue after issue!I purchased a vehicle here and was told it was completely serviced and was 100% ready to go. I didn t even get to drive it off the lot before it was spitting and sputtering with an engine miss.I have had this vehicle for about 2 months now and it has spent half of that time in their shop! This car stalls out in the middle of the road at least once a day!!!Then my wife called and was hung up on!!!!!!!Thanks for selling me LEMON!!!!

**Edit 6/21/2018**After owning the vehicle for ~2 months, I had paid it off and the bank said my title would arrive shortly. Although I liked the car, I realized it wasn't quite what I wanted. I traded in the car and let the dealership I traded it to that I will have the title as soon as the bank sends it to me.The bank sent me a letter indicating a title had not been issued for my vehicle yet. When I called Keystone in dismay, I was told that it can take up to 90 days to process the title. I asked if there was any way to speed up the process and they said only the owner could do it and he was on vacation for a week and would call me as soon as he got back. Not only did he not call, i was informed it would take an additional 2-3 weeks until I would have the title in hand.Fast-forward to now and I still do not have the title, I received my registration for my new car BEFORE I received it for the car purchased from Keystone, and the dealership that I traded the car to is sitting on dead money without a title.Keystone took care of me when purchasing the car, but did not meet my expectations on the follow through after the car was purchased.*************************I recently purchased a vehicle from Keystone. I actually drove 2 hours to buy because they had the exact car I was looking for.The car had only 30,000 miles but the tires were worn and there was a small stain on the driver seat. Matt Q and owner Dave were great. They made sure all 4 tires were replaced, aligned, and all other maintenance work was done to get the vehicle to pass inspection. Keystone even worked out a deal for me to purchase the car even though I didn't have my insurance check in hand yet.Overall it was a good experience. The only downside is that when I picked up the vehicle it had an almost-empty tank of gas, so after all the excitement of purchasing a new-to-me vehicle, I had to stop at a gas station 3 miles down the road.Keep up the good work Keystone, if you have the perfect car in the future, I'd definitely consider making the trip again!

I bought a truck from there. Right off the lot it was making all kinds of sounds from the steering column. It was a 2011 so I decided not to make too big a deal over it, thought to myself I ll take care of it sooner or later. Then the check engine light came on. This is within the first week of purchase. So I took it to a dodge dealership to have it checked out. I also asked them if they could look over the vehicle and tell me if they would have passed it for inspection. Turns out the water pump was bad. $600. They also said there s no way they would have passed it for inspection. Both front calipers were warped, needs new cv joints, both front struts were shot, needs a new racket and pinion, and that even the windshield wipers wouldn t have passed inspection. I was in shock. So I called keystone and asked if they would pay for everything needed. They very rudely said that since it was a used vehicle and since I had owned it for 7 days and that point and had driven it 50 miles, they were not responsible. When I responded in disbelief, they said that if I wanted a truck that didn t have problems I should have been able to afford a brand new one for $60,000. Insanely disrespectful. Go somewhere else people

Purchase a truck from here. Never was gone over as they said they go over all there vehicles. Hubby checked it over after we purchased it. Hardly had any gear lube in transfer case, had very little heat, rad was low on antifreeze. Hubby just got finished installing a new heater core. Which I had to help him take the complete dash out. A $50 part but took a good deal of work. This explains why Keystone Auto didn't want to do the work. Truck only had 60k when purchased. We now have extra hot heat. We will never purchase another vehicle from this business.

Very rude people. I finally got someones attention there though writing these reviews. I was told by their sales staff that the car did not have any leaks or anything wrong with the engine. There are three sensors that need to be replaced in the engine, the roof leaks, and the side door opening mechanism is missing. The repairs in total are going to be about $700 to fix everything they said was already fixed. They finally offered me $100 to us to help with the financial burden they place onto us but will not send it until I remove the bad reviews.

Car shopping is on my top 10 list of things that I dread doing. I cannot stand the pushy sales people, the ridiculous prices and being told I am wrong about what I like and don't like. I experienced none of that at Keystone Auto Sales. Our salesman, Matt, was nothing but friendly and courteous. He gave us our space and only intervened when we had a question. He didn't try to sell the car, he let the car speak for itself. We walked away with a car for our son that is not only fun but more importantly safe a reliable. Not to mention we got a really awesome deal! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no hassle car buying experience!

Terrible, failed my inspection because my side marker lights were black. But passed a car with a rusted frame and body. This company only passes peoples inspection who come to them for work and are friends even if their car is rusted, damaged. But failed mine due to dark side marker lights. Don t ever come here!!!!

Very happy to deal with Keystone, they were the most friendly dealer in the area. I bought a Toyota Mini Van and they made sure the the vehicle was 100% before I picked up, contacted them after 2 weeks to check the Heater and they promptly asked to bring to their shop, but I found out there was not a problem.

Went there to look at and potentially purchase a vehicle. Matthew Quaresimo was extremely standoffish right from the start. Not being willing to budge on the price of a vehicle is fine, but it was his attitude that made me decide to go elsewhere. Seemingly annoyed when answering questions related to mileage and post sale services offered. Do yourself a favor and do your business elsewhere, unless you deal with someone else besides Matthew.

Never buy or trust a vehicle or a salesman here. They make things look and sound great, may even show you a repair list to justify pricing. That fact is they haven't fixed everything, and don't really care what is wrong with it. I've heard horror stories from here, like seats not being attached after sale. But now I'm living one with my Silverado I paid 25k for.My transmission went week 1, covered by a limited warranty. My manifold went month 1, Matt said they'd take care of it if there was any problems, failed to mention it'd still cost $900. Tires haven't held air, ever, because the rims are rotted on the inside, something they probably knew about being it had "new tires" on their repair list. My paint is rotting away, my calipers are locking and I was just told my another dealer when I went to try to trade it for a less problematic truck that my best bet is to go fishing a low tide and let high tide take the truck. All this after owning a 03 Ram from the same place that had a bad heating core that would cost thousands to replace. I traded that back for something I was told was in amazing shape with low miles for the year and with all the repair work done. They resold that Ram to my neighbor who stopped by and had to ask why he had no heat and if it was a problem before. All to be told by Dave the GM that they won't help out and there's nothing they can do. Telling me if I don't want it trade it or sell it.BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS

Worst car getting experience. We drove 5 hours to look at this car. When we got there they seemed nice and said they work a lot on the car for us. Turns out that is a lie. There is so many things wrong with the car. When we call to ask for them to help us with the repairs they lies about they just said good luck with that and hung up the phone. These people sell lemons!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, if I could give a zero I would. This place sells lemons. When I purchased the 08/20 VW the first thing we addressed was the automatic start. I was told by Mike the salesperson that the mechanic will check out the issue. The car was then taken to the garage area and within 15 minutes brought back around. I was informed that the battery was changed and that the key fob would need to be re-programmed by VW in order to get the factory auto start to work because they re not trained to do that. I figured that s not bad, I can do that. Immediately after leaving Keystone I attempted to turn on the radio but the radio would not work. I brought the vehicle right back to the service department. I was told the amplifier needed to be replaced. They also claimed right before they sold it it had been working. Which isn t believable because as soon as I turned the radio on the issue was present. In two weeks I was called by Keystone to replace the amplifier. Then on 9/28 I had to return to Keystone because the AC had blown out and still the issue remaining was the starter. After taking the car to VW, 01/21 I was told that the car r/r door doesn t lock and the actuator needed to be replaced which could be why the starter isn t working. I called Keystone to notify them since this is an EXISTING issue. I was told by Mandy that they will not cover it because I have a warranty. I explained to her that when Mike sold me the car this was discussed. After speaking with the manager David, Mandy tells me they will cover the cost. I told her where I would be taking the vehicle which was Lee Myles in NY, a place referred to me by Pro Guard. She claimed that it s fine just call when the repairs are complete. I did just that. Now when the repairs are complete and after the warranty company paid their part, the remaining cost was $199. Mandy tells me that David will only pay $100. Then she rudely says no one told you to take it to NY to get it fixed, had you fixed it here it would have been free of charge! I work in NY which is something I did let her know before the repairs started when I called to tell her where I would be leaving the car. I was never told this by her and I repeated what her exact words were which was that I should go through my warranty and they will pay the rest. I ended up having to pay the $99 because of her lie. When I asked could I speak with David the manager, she rudely told me he can t speak with you, he s busy and hung up the phone. On top of her lie she was very rude thankfully I had witnesses there that will attest to her attitude towards me.It s not the $99 that bothers me the most it s the lie she told, the attitude and the fact that on two other occasions I witnessed her treating the white customers better than me. It only leads me to believe it s because of my skin color. I watched her schedule me weeks out for appointments while white customers walk in and are told they can be seen right away. I m going to file a complaint with BBB. I will also inform the warranty company as well that you forced me to go through my warranty for repairs on an existing issue that you now claim after getting the invoice Keystone would have repaired free of charge.
