I have a lot of respect for the people at calibrated auto. They ve worked on my car a couple times and have been amazing every time. They also helped me out big time and squeezed me in last minute for an emergency when they could have turned me away. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe. Very highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

I started using Calibrated Auto during the pandemic and I am unbelievably glad that I did. I ve never experienced a more kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and diligent car shop than Trey and the fantastic folks at Calibrated Auto. They ve saved my a** more than a couple times when other auto shops have quoted me hundreds of dollars more than what was needed, and they ve gone above and beyond time and time again in the short period that I ve had the luck to utilize them as my car mechanics. And I ve got a Subaru, so those can be pretty finicky sometimes!These guys deserve every single 5-star review they have, and they deserve hundreds more too. As a petite woman, going into a car shop is usually not something I look forward to at all, but everyone I ve talked to there have shown me time and again that they are fair and honest, on top of being stellar in their field. I can t imagine going anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance and repair.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Save your money and don't go because they quoted me $51. for an oil change for my car and then when I picked it up the price was $78.77 Seriously a simple oil change for an 05 Toyota Sequoia ??? So the lady behind the counter message someone on her phone and then tells me to pay 67.77 instead. Gee thanks for discount on your overcharge from phone quote ! I'm against drama so I paid but they lost my business including all my friends/family.Thought I would try them because they were super close to me and I like to give business to the little local guy but instead I got robbed. In addition to my driver door latch suddenly stopped working to close my door. Didn't have any problem with the door before but seems odd. Anyway I now know why the place was a customer ghost town. Hopefully the oil change is good for the price I paid.Lesson learned today good reviews for this place are fake and guess I'm going to drive farther for future car service.

I had such a good experience I had to write a review.The owner was extremely respectful, helpful, and beyond kind.He got me into his busy schedule sooner than I expected. He spent the time on my vehicle and made sure things were looked at and done correctly, so I could ensure my safety & the life of my vehicle. He went above and beyond for me and my expectations. This is a great shop for quality work and I would recommend them to anyone in search of automotive business.

These guys are first class. It's hard to find a shop nowadays that would take care of your automotive needs like these guys will. I can't recommend them enough if you're in the Broadheadsville area. I've been there twice now and am a customer for life. There are good folk that still exist and a few of them are at Calibrated Auto. :)

Very knowledgeable and great service. If you re looking to get work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go! I m new in the area and needed some maintenance stuff done on my Audi and thought I d give it a try here and I ended up making a fantastic decision. Great service with honest and reasonable pricing. The owner was friendly and informative in explaining my cars problem and the solution. The price was less than I expected (got quoted at chain places) and the service was far better and personalized.

Genuinely cannot say with words how amazing my experiences here have been. By far the best mechanic we've ever been to, the kindest, the most trustworthy, and the most down to earth. I will literally never go anywhere else ever again if I can help it

I would give this place 10 stars if I could excellent shop the owner knows what he's doing great work done just as all the other reviews say great shop to go to extremely recommended also great personality a personable owner which some mechanics always have attitude this guy wdoes great work affordable prices and a people person to customers you can't beat that he is out of the way from where I live but I don't care he just became my new mechanic thanks for your work
