I didn't use install or repair services here, but the shop is really convenient and friendly. The headlights I needed were in stock and I was able to bring in several jugs of used motor oil from home oil changes. It's also a UPS Access Point, so I was able to drop off some Amazon returns as well. The staff was attentive, so I was in and out of there quickly.

Unreal I called about a k&n air filter for my car and gave them my vehicle information, and the girl I talked to was unable to find the part, so I called back with the part number and gave it to the "part pro." He asked for my vehicle info, and I told him I called just before, and the person helping me couldn't find the part I was looking for so I figure I would get the part number and call back because they are known for having the wrong part numbers in their system. They guy was mad that I called back with the part number and he pretty much told me that I shouldn't have called back that they have all the part numbers and if they said they didn't have it than they don't have it. Very RUDE!!!!!!

Since they started hiring angry ladies and cucks, it is no longer your dad's auto parts store. They have no personality dealing with customers. All they know is to sit people on the phone for agregious amounts of time and act like spoiled kids when you ask them to do something. Forget them, head over to napa where you get helped by a salty haired professional and you get the right part

Always helpful, have what I need, and can give advice. Update 5/4/21 Would have been 5 stars had a female employee not interrupted twice while we were being helped at the desk. If you have to interrupt, at least apologize and say excuse me. That encounter made me feel less valued as a customer. Update 11/2/21 Helpful employee in the am, 3 rude employees an the afternoon. I know good help is hard to find, but when that changes, please do something about these attitudes. We have always liked this store and hope we don't have to go elsewhere.

The store was clean, staff was friendly n informational. My cashier was awesome... She patiently went through several phone numbers to find my perks account. Pulling out was a hassle but otherwise a nice outing.

Poor selection of wiper blades and no book to look up sizes. Had to ask at register and she gave me the wrong size. Fortunately they didn't have them so I went to Autozone. Looked up in book there to learn the correct size and they had a much wider selection.

Brought in a fan belt to be replaced. the long-haired kid behind the counter looked with a dazed and confused stare and says "what do you need....?" I said " seriously.... Uhmm a fan belt.... Totally lost he runs to find the female manager 5 minutes later who could actually measure a fan belt.... And that was one of my better experiences.... Very disappointing to go to a car parts store and the people are incapable of helping you find the parts you need unless you give them the exact part number on "their" computer.... No thanks

The people were extremely helpful. They checked my truck for codes, and even though they couldn't find the part because it was a dealer part. They gave me an invoice so I could go to the dealer and get the correct part. They were actually more helpful then the dealer themselves.. Advance Auto Parts is the only place I buy my auto parts.. they go above and beyond, even if they don't sell you anything... Now that is customer service..

I spoke to an couple of part time elder men (lol, younger than me), to thank them for working..I would suggest anyone who'd need any and everything for they're vehicles/Not repairs..I recommend ADVANCE AUTO Brodheadsville and all other AA franchises...

Went to Broadheadsville PA location today and needed to purchase 2 replacement high output headlight bulbs and was helped by someone who was apparently a new higher and was having some difficulty figuring out what I needed when a young lady behind the counter approached and explained to the gentleman what I needed and also gave me my veterans courtesy discount. I would highly recommend this store for purchase they take their time and explain about the products.

They were extremely rude went in at 10:15 September 21, 2020 no one offered to help me when I was ready to be rung out both associates were on the phone and did not acknowledge me once. Then I asked if I can be rung out and they told me that I had to wait until they were off the phone to be helped, instead of helping the customer who is in front of them first. The service here is horrible the staff is unhelpful and rude.

Thank you Pete, I went to possibly have to replace car battery after ark lighting from ground hit my car, they tested it out charged it and showed me it was good, saved me $180 from buying a new one. They have my business and respect! And all my car/truck parts that I need will come from there. Honest employees like Pete brings customers back in. Thank you again!

My online ordering experience was horrible. When I arrived at the store for what I thought I ordered online the employees were outstanding and exceptional and corrected the problem and took care of me. I was not the most pleasant person to deal with in the beginning but they never lost their professionalism and I tip my hat to them

My first two experiences where 2 stars after that the customer service horrible. Asked for help with my lightbulbs I bought. The guy came out told me the wrong diagnosis and then went back inside to "check something" never came back out... Similar experience at another store as well.Unless your a dealership or buying something like break pads. They can't help all that much. Auto zone is much better.

They always have the parts I need and they always provide exceptional customer service. They need more people working there though- thats why I give it 4 stars because there is always a crazy long wait time but all the corporations are pushing their employees and making customer experience not the greatest.

After standing in line for 15 20 minutes, it was finally my turn to be waited on I asked them if they sold running boards. The guy that was waiting on me looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about. Then I asked him if he's sold Chrome molding for the doors he says no I'm sorry we don't carry that. I said well what about the running boards he says we could special order them to come to your house as well I need the correct size could you help me there that's why I'm here, after going through the whole shebang of telling him the vehicle I was getting them for the phone rang. He said excuse me and answered the phone, I think you forgot he was waiting on me because after he took a six to seven minute phone call he looked over to the woman on the other register and says I'm going on my break now and left. I said to him as he's walking out the door I said hello you never gave me the information I've been standing in line here long enough can you give me what I'm looking for it because I'm on break now. That will be the last time I ever visit Advanced Auto I'll stick with AutoZone.

Went there to buy a hose and clamp ,got home and gave her the change, and she said I was missing a dollar. Because I was in a rush I did not look it ok will not go there again, May the guy is doing that to everyone, wondering how mush he is making

Very knowledgeable people work here, but when it says that store closes at 9pm and I'm at a door at 8:40pm and it's closed, that is not cool! Especially when I have an emergency and need a part to fix my car for the next day.

The food is good but every time I order take out they put my salad on top of my hot food so I get to eat a hot salad

They have knowledgeable, courteous, and polite staff. I can usually find what I need. Online ordering is quick and no problem, and they can get parts from their warehouse, without prior payment.

Horrible place to do business with. Bought headlights from them but they were not good enough. I was not able to see down the road. Went back to the store two days after i bought them and they would not take them back because they were open. Called corporate, and they just blew me off as well. I'm never shopping at any of their locations ever again.

Went to get a new battery for my car and was told they dont do instalations meanwhile its advertised throughout the store. Also the amount of attitude they gave and how rude they treated me. Differently will never take my business there again

I usually find what I need here but always feel like I'm buying car parts from Bloomingdale's. Only go here after checking every other place first. Counter people often lack automotive knowledge unless its on the computer screen.
