Another customer and I were left abandoned at checkout today. Nobody helping, other people doing tasks in the store while there s a line of people just sitting there. We couldn t do the self check It was an error message. I had a complaint before somebody would help, a random customer helped us out. Another employee was too busy scanning other items that didn t come to help us. This store can t even get helping customers check out. I m never going back..

Absolutely horrible customer service. My car wouldn't start in Ollie's parking lot, so I walked over to auto-zone. Big mistake. The manager with blonde greasy hair was not only not helpful but down right rude when I asked him about a jump box. I chose to call a friend for a jump and went and spent my hard earned $300+ on a jump box and battery somewhere else.

I was just at this autozone location and the lady manager christine is the most ignorant woman every single time i am there. How she was speaking to one of her employees who is older and was having trouble with the pin pad while checking a customer out is disgusting. She clearly hates her job and is a miserable human. Hard to believe this is someone this company has representing them. I have seen a handful of negative reviews written about her but nothing seems to be happening. I will not be returning to this location.

I have gone to this location on several occasions. The staff there are very rude. The older lady that works there acts like she does not want to be there. Does not want to do her job. She always has an attitude. When you ask her a question, she acts like she doesn't want to be bothered & as if you are disrupting her. She won't come from behind that counter to help you find the item that you are looking for. Now she sees that you sat there looking & can't find it but, yet she will sit there & yell out it is in isle such & such. I recently called and was told by some young boy "his exact words" Hold on because we are in the middle of an argument. Now who tells customers that? When he finally picked the phone back up in regards to my question about the rewards card, I wanted to know if they could look up my account by the rewards card & tell me when i purchased something. Of course he didn't know and had to put someone else on the phone. So again I was put on hold. Finally, Dwayne had picked up the phone and was very helpful. Dwayne is always very helpful and also very friendly. I'm sure if it was not for him and his friendliness, this store would lose a lot of customers. For the location it should be alot busier, compared to the other locations but, it's not. I'd wonder why it's not if I were the owners. Anyway Dwayne Thanks for all your help as always. Hopefully they treat you good so they can keep you as an employee. As for the others forget it. Hopefully this store will start to shape up to keep customers coming in.

It's okay. Had one girl who kept having to get the manager for everything which was insane and she kept having so many issues. Manager was a decent guy though so I'm not going to complain. Felt sorry for him since he was running about like crazy.

Kristine helps me out ALOT. On parts . My work schedule is crazy and she s very flexible to help me with random parts I need and if it s an order she calls as soon as they come in for me this is the only auto zone I will come too and I live up the street from another one in pendell .. she knows me as a regular customer in this store and she is the one I ask for when I come in I do a lot of side jobs and Kristine surely makes my life apt easier !!! Thanks !!

Friendly and great staff. Margie was her name who helped me. She tested my battery(FREE of charge), walked me through my options inside, and even installed the new battery for me after I purchased(FREE of charge). Great overall experience. Had me in and out within 20 minutes.

Employee was very rude & unhelpful. I was the only customer there. I have been to the veterans hwy location that has been crazy busy & get great service. Lesson learned. Will not go there again.

The place has everything and if they don't have it, they will get it. The staff was helpful and fun.(and that coming from a female. An old female) . Well organized and clean store. I would recommend.

They offer free services, I arrived to buy a package of lights and the manager was installing wipers on a car. Nice job. The cost of the bulbs were almost 2 dollars more than on line.

I couldn t be happier with my experience at this particular autozone. All of the employees I talked to were friendly and knowledgeable. the store Manager even followed me out and helped me switch out my wiper blades. Quick and painless and got to work on time. Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service. Came in for the oil filter. There was a lady, she said she s manager.She was so rude to me and was acting like she was doing something super hard. So she end up giving me some random numbers, and i was like what is this. She said part number. Ok but can you at least say it s part number, you can find your filter over there, by the part number dude I don t work there, how am I supposed to know.And I did tell her, why are you acting up. She said well i was asking you what kind of trim,she had mask on and there was a plastic shield between us. So you tryna tell me if I didn t hear you,you gotta be rude to me?? Its your job! Not mine! SPEAK UP, Be nice!

On August 23, 2022, I was blessed to call Autozone @ 93 Commerce Circle and converse with Kristina A, after two less than desirable experiences on that same day with the employees at the Fairless Hills and Bensalem locations. Her kind spirit and professionalism caused me to choose to spend my money there, and I drove the extra few miles past my own local branch because of her integrity. When I arrived at the Commerce Circle Autozone, Kristina, and four male co-workers all lifted their heads and greeted me... I felt loved, seen, and like a valued customer. Kristina took the time to patiently answer my questions, and Daravith, so humble and kind, helped to install my battery. Shout out to humble Manager David, and to D, who was also working that day! Please spend your money where you are valued and appreciated with this EXCELLENT TEAM!

I'm giving this location 3 stars. Prices are too high, and often times they have to order parts I'm looking. Granted I like oddball import cars, yet Autozone always brags about great parts availability. Yet, they never have what I'm looking for. Car cleaning products are ridiculously overpriced as well.Edit: I'm bumping this to 4 stars. It's always good to get a response from the owner/operator. Also going to add, the staff are very nice even when they cant help you, offering suggestions and so forth. A solid 4 star business I will visit again.

The employees here rock!!! Totally ready to assist with anything you need and even will talk shop with a girl lol! You'd be surprised how I'm treated in some autoparts stores. Glad to say, I didn't feel like these guys were talking down to me like I had no clue just cause of my sex. Thank you!
