Horrible horrible horrible, was quoted a price for servicing transmission. They did not service the transmission they stuck hoses in and sucked out old fluid. They did not change filters. They charged way more than quoted. I went back and complained all I got was accused of lying. When I also complained about improper transmission service, they said what was done was proper and my car didn't have filters. They said all my car had was a screen, that was a lie. Dishonesty at it's finest. Again Horrible, dishonest, lying cheating individuals

A very professional and efficient place to get an oil change. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Going here saved me having to go to the dealership where I would wait over an hour for a simple oil change. I will be a returning customer here and I highly recommend this location.

I have been changing my oil & filter for years but this time I had to let the professional do it. The manager Justin answered my general questions while I waited, Gregg did the oil change and was very knowledgeable, professional & polite, Pat was also helpful. It was an education from their perspective. These guys are GREAT! I highly recommend this location.Service: Oil change

We have been taking our companies fleet vehicles here because of convenience. I have taken 3 different vehicle to this shop (Bridgeville, PA) this month. ( August ) Each time the staff has changed and charged our account for the air filter $24.99 that is not needed. Because they see a fleet vehicle they what to take advantage.This last time specifically I asked for them to show me the air filter first, they acknowledge. However, the technician started changing it without showing me the filter. I asked to see it, it did not need changed, in fact, the service rep in the other bay made the comment that it looked okay and probably doesn't need changed. Which I was informed, it was already approved in the system because they already added and submitted the work order...........Worst part, the technician didn't know an answer and choose to lie to me!I asked twice two different times, to set the service stick they give you at the end to 6k miles vs 3k. Technician acknowledge.At the end when I got the stick it was set at 3k. When I inquired, he stated that the system sets it that way and they are all 3K. Which I explained that this was not my first time getting an oil change here! I wouldn't ask if I didn't already know!For any future customer reading this, check your air filter before you go. Know already if it needs changed. A little dirt/ discolor is normal. A new one is going to be super clean an white, which will make yours look that much dirtier, they like to do that side by side comparison for the sales pitch.

I can change my own oil but it s a pain in the butt. I normally went to Jiffy Lube but last time I was there they were terrible. I found my new oil change place. They were quick, friendly and didn t try to up sell on anything. Great job and Thank you.

Great place! Very professional and kind service. Definitely recommend going here if you are not already. My air filter had not been questioned by the last 3 places and it was black so filthy. Glad they checked and got 10% off first time. Check it out when you need oil changed, tire checked, new window blades or air filter. You breath that dirt in everyday, change it. Oil change was conducted quickly and efficiently. One employee was impatient, but the main employee was very nice and helpful. Cost was higher than expected (over $100 with a $10 off coupon), but is probably due to increase in oil prices.

Absolutely the best experience I ve had in auto maintenance. Barry, Ryan, and Jimmy were wonderful to work with. They were very kind and thorough. They weren t aggressively selling things that were needed, but made me aware and allowed me to decide what was best at the time. 100% recommend this new place.

Take your vehicle elsewhere. OVERPRICED and bad service. 100+ for an oil change and they wanted to upchar5me for washer fluid. Tried up selling an air filter say it was dirty ( its a K&N recharge filter smart guy). Just overpriced dishonest fools.

I had a confirmed appointment, showed up for my oil change, they told me they were open till 6 but were leaving early and weren't going to work on my car. If your not going to honor an appointment don't make one.Waiste of time and money.

Lied to me, told me my brake lights were good after changing the bulbs when in fact the switch was bad and not functioning...safety concern... Told me I only needed two of my three brake lights working to pass inspection...lie.... The manager did make it right and provided me a full refund for my experience but trust was broken and after seeing the other reviews I felt that I needed to post about this in warning to other potential customers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical

Worst experience ever very un professional and not skilled at their job. Tried up selling and when I told them I had a filter he smirked. Also, they Stripped /lost air filter screw./ Didn t check tire air. Not trained. Will not be backService: Oil changeService: Oil change

They broke my dip stick. I don't even know how the hell you do that. But the end of my dip stick is missing and I'm assuming the missing piece is floating around in my engine. Something happened while they were doing the oil change and all the guy would say was "it was just a little miscommunication".
