These guys are always pleasant and helpful every time I ve been there. Most recently my car broke down on 79 and i managed to get it in the parking lot. They loaned me some tools so i could fix er back up and get it back on the road. They weren t even jerks about it like most of the parts store/shop/service guys you run into. Just excellent service. Thanks again!

The guys that work here are great! We have an older GMC and someone stole the gas cap. My husband sent me there to see if they had one that would fit. We tried and tried and finally had one that worked. I went home and unfortunately the check engine light remained on and so I called them to save the box so I could return it, which they did. I went back and they helped me again, searching the computer, trying to find the right model number and finally they were able to help me get the one that would fit. Thank you so much guys for your persistence and patience to find the correct one! Very helpful and friendly!!!

Struggling with a healing broken ankle I got into my GMC on my way to P.T. and my Battery was dead . I called my local Napa dealer and within an hour my representative Ben was at my home replacing my battery in the winter cold.I will call only Napa and Ben to keep my Denali on the road .You Should Too!

Great service and knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff! Nice selection of quality hand tools, specialty tools, automotive tools and really good prices as well. Lots of spray can items such as electrical parts cleaner, electric motor cleaner, brake parts cleaner, PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench also some accessory items/consumables for welding and grinding as well. I purchase my automotive repair parts here as well as wiper blades and lights and all parts are the equivalent to OEM standards or are actually better then OEM and that's what I like best! Great job guys keep up the great job that you do everyday!

Always friendly, and always the best local parts. Yes, I can order items online and save a few bucks. However, that's not the point. Relationships matter. Great group of guys here.

Probably wouldn t go here as a female. Very condescending when I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. The employees wouldn t have talked to me how they did if I was a guy.

My low oil light came on and I had to stop to buy a quart. They also help me put the oil in my car. They were very helpful and it was much appreciated.

Always a pleasure to do business with NAPA.... The fifth star is because I got a screaming deal on a wrench set and the fact they helped me with paint codes and directed me to the nearest NAPA to have them put in a aerosol can for me... pleasure to do business with once again...

Poor customer service. Needed a tool warrantied. Waited 2 weeks for it. It's a stocked item. Still have not received it. Keep being told I'll get for ya.
