Honest, reliable, and transparent car service work done here! They accommodated me the same day when I was in a pickle for all new tires for my state inspection. Gave me clear price comparisons for all of my options and explained the value of each. Also taught me about suggested work to keep in mind for the future. Helped me become an educated car owner rather than feeling like I was taken advantage of. Would highly recommend this location!

Got an alignment done and an oil change done and my interior is a MESS. Not happy and will not be going back. At lease Walmart puts seat covers on to protect the interior when they are moving cars. Not happy.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil changeServices: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Ron and his team were great with helping get the correct tires for my Camero. Their team were very accommodating after I was late to my scheduled appointment. Even after being late, heavy customer traffic, they were able to have my low profile Parelli tires changed within 2 hours. If you are Active Duty or Reserve Military, do not forget to ask for your discount.

Went in service for tire rotation, wheel alignment and wiper bade replacement at this location. Whoever replaced the wiper blade didn't have a clue of how to fix it. The wiper blades flew off the vehicle on first use after replacement when there was rain. Luckily it didn't hurt anyone. I may have to leave with a scratch on windshield. There is absolutely no QC at this location.

Ron the manager was extremely courteous and helpful! I needed walk in service for a vehicle state inspection and he was able to make it happen! I really appreciate the service at this location.

Went in for a free brake inspection, everything else was fine on my car. came out to my emergency park brake service light not turning off and blinking.. went to the dealership and found out I needed a new left park brake shoe.. but two an two together

Allen, was wonderful from the moment I called until 6:03 when he and Marcell finished the work. He was confident despite "complications" that he would have me out before they closed. Having to replace a rotar due to a freak rock tearing it up was bad but Allen kept me positive. Thank you.

Nathan was amazing. I had a flat tire. Luckily I was in the same parking lot as the store. My husband called and talked to him. He advised me to pull around front if I could and he would take a look. He was very very nice and told me it would be about 45 minutes. They pulled my car in rightaway and it took maybe 20 minutes. Thanks so much Nathan for excellent customer service.

Went for a state inspection and everything passed. They recommended an alignment and was charging over $200 to do it. I declined and took my truck to where I have been getting tires all of my life. They performed an alignment inspection and everything was well in alignment. No alignment needed. I will never go back to these crooks again. it also looks like a five year old put my inspection stickers on.

Perhaps this post will get someone's attention. Went to Firestone for an oil change and tire rotation. Afterwards, while leaving Firestone, my tire literally rolls off my vehicle and I hear the crash of the lugnuts bouncing off the pavement. Thankfully, everyone was safe. That does not excuse the catastrophic event that COULD have occurred here. I immediately called Firestone and they sent a tech over to assess the situation. A tow truck was provided and my vehicle was towed to the dealer. Firestone at that point, refused to fix what they broke because it is now a "conflict of intetest". The claims specialist from Bridgestone Retail Operations contacted me the following Monday to assure everything would be covered. Here we are 11 days later and nobody can get ahold of the claims specialist nor his boss to get the vehicle paid for. The dealership has yet to hear from them. Think about this.....you take your vehicle and put your total trust as you are to believe these people are professionals and competentin what they do?!Sadly, my FAMILY has been loyal customers for 20 plus years but none of that matters. If you do your homework you will find this company is notorious for NOT doing the right thing!! I am not asking for much, simply fix what YOU broke and make it right! With a sense of urgency please as this inconvenience was incurred by YOUR establishment. I hope I can rescind or update this review with news they made it right. Regardless, we will continue to be former Firestone customers.

They will keep your car for two days.I do not make appointments online. I always schedule my appointments over the phone. When I make an appointment, they don't do the work on my car on the day of the appointment. I drop the car off immediately after they open, but they call me just before they close to inform me that they have to keep my car overnight.Don't bring your car here unless you can afford to go without your car for two full business days.

The manager, Ron, treated us very well. Our daughter s car had run completely out of oil because the person who did the previous oil change (at a different Firestone) did not properly replace the drain plug. Fast, friendly, accommodating, great customer service, good prices. I was late for my appointment, but the advisor made it a point to get my car in and out quickly. After I told him I would be waiting and had to work at noon, he expedited my service and I appreciate it. Would definitely recommend this location.

My review is about firestone's online scheduling system, which is unreliable. I scheduled an appointment online, but when I arrived at the repair store, I heard that the firestone online scheduling system does not take in consideration the agenda of the repair store, so they couldn't perform the service I schedule online on that day. The manager told me he called to give the heads up, but I had my phone with me during all time and I did not receive any calls nor voicemails. What is the point of having such online scheduling system if the repair store cannot honor the appointment?! I ended up wasting my time going there.Service: Brakes

Ron Lounder (store manager) is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He was very helpful and kind during my visit. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment to get my car inspected and was able to show up first thing Friday. The inspection only took a little over an hour. Ron was very honest and showed me what needed to be done to my car and the costs that went along with it. I am grateful for Firestone and the helpful, honest, and caring employees. I recommend Firestone to anyone who needs work (inspections, tires, etc.) done on their car.

Had appointment for 9am, took them all day to get 4 tires put on and to check the alignment. I'll give them credit, they were honest about the alignment not needing done so that I'm grateful for. The cost of getting the tires put on was also reasonable. However the manager flat out told me he pushed me to the end of the appointment list because I had the tires delivered there from Tire Rack. Literally said If I had spent more money and ordered the tires from Firestone I would have been made a higher priority, even though they didn't have the tires I wanted in stock so I couldn't have bought them at Firestone even if I wanted to.I get it, you're running a business and I'm not as important of a customer because the amount of money you made off of me amounts to almost nothing. But that response left a bad taste in my mouth and it definitely doesn't make me want to go back.UPDATE 9/21: The store manager, Ron Lauder, called me to apologize for his behavior which was unexpected but definitely welcome. Ron was very sincere and owned up to his mistake which is rare these days. Bumped up my review from 2 stars to 4.

Shocking response by Drew (he called himself as the manager of the store) -Today, I visited the Firestone Bridgeville store for the warranty of the tires I bought from Monroeville Firestone stores. When my turn came, Drew told me that Firestone tire has no warranty on any tires in Pittsburgh even without looking at car's tires. When I asked him to look at the tires he made 2nd excuse, these FRONT tires did not wear evenly so we cannot honor the warranty. Then he looked at rear tires, he said he can prorate these but not sure how much. Then the next moment he changed his stand on the rear tires again and said these did not wear evenly and hence warranty does not apply to them either. I asked him, you made so many statements, which one is true - does Firestone not honor the warranty in Pittsburgh, or does Firestone find an excuse not to honor the warranty and he was speechless.Guys don t go to Firestone for tires, they are there to rip-off the customers and their warranty is fraud. Please avoid at any cost.

Before booking here, get a quote on the price and shop around. Charged $16 to dispose of 4 tires! (PA state fee is $1 per tire) They also stated that if you bring your own tires that you purchased elsewhere (i.e. Tire Rack, etc), they will now charge more to mount and balance! Overall paid $180. to mount and balance and dispose of 4 tires which is outrageous!

This shop is amazing! They had my rare tires in stock and installed them quickly. I also needed brakes in the front. They got it all done so I could take my roadtrip safely. Awesome custom care as well.I will return.

Ron the Manager at this location is a friendly, down to earth type of gentleman that does not pull punches with what needs to be done with your car. He will go through the options of what is being charged and give you a rundown of importance on each item.Josh was our mechanic and took the time to show us the things he would be fixing on the car and telling us how it was effecting the handling and running of our vehicle.All in all, a very professional atmosphere with quality management and quality mechanics.

Worst garage I've ever taken my car to. Some dweeby little preppy guy told me they put struts on my car and about 3 other things and only did 2, not to mention no struts. Also hit me with a bill for $700 after. DO NOT take your car here if you work for ypur money or value it at all. Told me there wasn't anything they could do to correct it either .

I went for a state inspection. I called at 8am on a Saturday morning they said could work on it and get it done by noon. Surprise they were able to look into right away. Since I went in early and was able to deliver it back in an hour. They told a part was bad and showed which needs to be fixed. No up selling honestly gave an estimate, Initially I said no and I felt the cost was reasonable and agreed later. Once they keyed in the job order we noticed a difference in the part cost, which was little higher than quoted. He apologized for the mistake and immdly gave some discount to match the previous quote. The staffs were polite courteous. I highly recommend, I would definitely go there.

Can't say enough about the quality of work and customer service here. Eric went above and beyond to get me a great deal on 4 new tires. He was extremely down to earth and very understanding. A truly wonderful person and great guy. Thank you so much and I will be back in the future.
