The staff is super kind and helpful! As soon as I made my unit reservation online, I got a call from the manager. She asked me if I had any questions and offered to help me locate my unit! I definitely chose the right place!

Thank you Extra Space Storage in Bridgeville! I started the process online, but had a couple questions so I went in store to ask them (I had a current storage unit with them and was wanting a bigger unit). All my questions were answered and the process was super quick! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing Manager!!! She helped me start there 5 months ago and when I had a billing issue she fixed it for me and even got me a return on a over charge same day.More company's should run like this.

The Bridgeville, Pa location is very clean and based on other facilities reasonable priced. Alexis the manager was very helpful and informative, she satisfied any concerns we had about renting.

Deceptive pricing policies, got a unit for storage at a quoted rate, Approx $150, hidden in contract legalese is a "oh by the way this unit actually rents for $223 we reserve the right to raise it to this after we notify you". Didn't notify then raised rate to $270. I will say they refunded the month overage because notification was never sent. and agreed to lower it back to contract $223. But the principle of deceptive pricing is cause for concern.

Extra Space has been amazing to work with. Alexis and Levi in the office are there to help you with any needs you have & resolve them immediately. super clean & brand new units with secure gates and doors. love having my unit there!

I really like my size unit,it's a nice size.I've been with this company for 8 months.The staff is very nice and will help and show you the units.

This was my first time using a rented space and Alexis was amazing. She helped me navigate the process of creating password and using at gate. She also was a tremendous help with showing me how to properly use the lock. She made the entire experience a great one! She was also very professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend this storage facility and the awesome staff.

The entire facility is immaculate and clean. I ve been to many other storage facilities in the Pittsburgh area and this place ranks up there with the best of them in my opinion. Staff on site are very professional, especially Alexis Kitchen and her co worker. My visit today was pleasant because I needed a lot of assistance onsite and both of them were especially helpful to my needs. Thank you to both of them.

Very safe and secure. Available early am and late pm hours. I was able to sign up online and fill unit before office hours.Signed up for 10x20 unit, but was really two 10 x10, not able to store 17 foot kayaks

This facility was so clean and nice! One of the nicest I ve seen! Alexis helped us, she was so kind and helpful and was eager to answer any questions we had. I look forward to working with the facility again in the future

This is my first time getting a storage unit and George and Alexis made it a very easy process. They were both very kind and friendly and made sure to explain everything in detail. They showed us the unit before committing to it and demonstrated how to use the gate. We got a great deal and the place is very secure. I feel comfortable keeping my stuff here. I would highly recommend! If you go make sure to see George and Alexis!

Easy reservation with prompt and accurate follow through. Clean and well organized facility and the security and access instructions were flawless.Alexis Kitchen found us a perfect space considering our wishes, ages and capabilities. Our 6 month project turned into 14 months and she and her team were great to work with. Most expensive storage space I ve rented, but well worth it considering security, convenience, cleanliness, and quality.

Excellent customer service, communication, and knowledge of running this type of business. I was given a tour to look at two units that would fit my needs. Process was stress free. Tested entrance gate for code. Clean. NEW. PROFESSIONAL. Update 11/21/22. Needed to extend my unit for one more month. Called. Processed payment over the phone. Courteous and painless transaction. Highly recommend this facility. Update 12/20/22. Taking a few items with me thus needed to transition to smaller unit. As always excellent customer service.

I have been uses extra space for about 3 years now. I am downsizing my unit and Alexsis and Jenn were so helpful and friendly. The units are so clean and I feel safe at the facility. It s a great addition to our community.
