We had a run in with a deer .the deer won! Needless, to say we needed to get our car repaired asap! I have NEVER been so happy with a repair shop. Let me start by saying the lady at the front desk was a god sent. Geico told us it would be $50 per day for a loaner but when we got to the shop she helped us and it was only $50 for the entire time and it was refunded as long as we filled the tank. She was so amazing THANK YOU Now the repair work was phenomenal they kept us updated literally every 3-4 days. The work was impeccable! Looks perfect! This is the place to go if you have an accident! Thank you guys so much!

I have used Colussy Collision three times. Every time it gets better. They are fast, friendly and keep you updated on the progress of your repairs. I hope I don t need collision repair again anytime soon but if I do I am going here!

I had my car repaired here. While it took a very long time, it was to be expected and I knew that going in. I have a new model and parts were hard to access. They kept me updated with time frames when they could. Cost wise, this was an insurance claim so I only paid my deductible. They were an Allstate recommended shop which means all I did was drop the vehicle off and they do the paperwork and communication with Allstate for the repairs. Easy for me. They guaranteed their work for as long as I own the car. There was one concern I had (about 3 months later) and they addressed and resolved that concern professionally and politely. I'd definitely recommend them.

I had my car estimated and repaired here under Geico insurance, and the experience was terrible. My side mirror was broken, the moldering stripe had fallen off, and the mirror had scratched the door paint. Two days after we agreed on the estimate, they told me my car was fixed. While I was surprised at their speed, I found out that the only thing they had fixed was the mirror. The modeling stripe was still missing, and they didn't repaint the door at all. When I asked them about it, they claimed that Geico had told them not to do it. However, throughout the entire discussion process and the two days, they never informed me of this, the only call they gave me was informing me the fix has finished. It was only after the very end that they revealed that Geico had prevented them from fixing the car. (They even tried to let me not paint my mirror, what a joke.)I ended up paying the total fixing fee because it was just below the deductible fee, and Geico didn't pay a cent, good job for you Geico. To add insult to injury, my half-year premium fee went up by $400. They are basically Geico's friends, not yours. Avoid Geico and this shop for an easy life if you live in Pittsburgh.Update: they agree now to fix the remaining part, I will update here to see the process.

My 2022 Honda Accord Sport was there to be repaired I hit a little doe did an amazing job would recommend them highly the only thing was took almost a month to get it back but other than that Amazing job thank you so much

Had my repairs done after an accident one of the insurers people recommended there. Repairs were done paint was fine, stripes on my fender were slightly mismatched. Let it go. Stripes began to bubble after two weeks from being replaced on my fender. Left a message after it was confirmed someone would get back to me. That was February. This is June. Still have yet to hear back. Would not recommend going back to this place as still I have not heard back from anyone. They got their money for the job, and have yet to back up their replacement care if anything defective. Will not go back, would not recommend any one go to this shop if they cannot follow up on a call. Seems they re too busy to care. Or they got their money what do they care. Beware of this facility.Feel free to contact me anytime. Job was done in January. It s June. Thanks for the no call back and the care. BEWARE!

The body work turned out great. Took WAY longer than anticipated, but that's ok considering the nature of the beast. The receptionist lady however, was rude and overall not very nice. My deductible was waived and she tried explaining "That's not how this works" all she had to do was made 1 single phone call(ya know, her job) but instead I got attitude. It was resolved by me calling my insurance. Also the shop never called me in the month they had my car for an update. Would have been nice if the had.

My car was damaged and my insurance company Geico referred me to this place. So everything was smooth at the beginning, they give an estimate quickly and arrange car repair. 3 days later they told me the car was fixed, so I went to pick up. They told me the car was fixed and so I signed the document. And then I found the only thing fixed was the mirror, the moldering was still missing and the door remain unpainted. They said it's Geico's idea that only fix the mirror, but during estimating process I clearly expressed the door and the moldering was also part of the damage, and I include all of them when I submit the insurance claim. They NEVER give me any update about that until the very end after I checked the car, and I paid the whole repairing cost because it's just under the deductable, and the funniest thing is that my 6-month premimum fee goes up 400 bucks.They finally agree to finish the repairment and I have to rearrange another repairment again, waste tons of my time. It's a terrible experience, I will update the final outcome here.Service: Body & Trim

Recommended by Progressive.Control arm, new rim and misc after low curb strike.Couldn t be happier with this team. Jeff made sure my car was done by end of week and was in constant communication with me. Understood the urgency on my end and made it happen. Gave me back my Explorer cleaned and detailed.Highly recommend.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Visited today to initiate an insurance collision repair process with Geico for my son's car. So far, the process was initially smooth, the staff was very informative of the process and next steps. Very courteous overall. Easy rental car process with Enterprise, everything was ready to go. Hopefully the repair will go well and the car comes out looking great. Only rating 4/5 stars at the moment since this is the 1st time and beginning of the process, I will update this review after the repair and return of my son's vehicle is complete.

They were very nice and helped me understand the process well. The repair to my bumper looked brand new. And I am very pleased with it. Unfortunately, the wrong part was installed in the area that was also being repaired. I noticed a noise coming from it and I had to take my car to a different shop for it to get fixed which took almost a week. Very inconvenient on my part as I had to get another rental and pay insurance on it.

Such great service! Car perfectly repaired in 2 weeks!! (Less time than expected). Very good staff kept me updated about progress. Picked up completely clean detailed car!! What a joy! It hasn't looked this good since I bought it new! I would definitely recommend this place!

Colussy Collision Center was an A++ experience. I had to bring my car in after a fender bender in March, and while it took a little while to fix the damage, it was done very professionally and now you can't even tell there was ever anything out of place. The car developed a light rattle on the way home, and Colussy had me bring it back, identified the problem, and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. No far off appointments, no finger pointing, no denying, they just took care of it. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the front desk administrator in the office. She was a joy to interact with. I hope to never be in another accident, big or small, but if I am, I will definitely bring my car to Colussy.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not value customers or appreciate the business. Nick was 30 mins late to a scheduled appointment. In which I would of been okay with if he apologized for his tardiness. I questioned his punctuality and time management. He then accosted meand refused to help me. This kind of behavior is not okay. More and more business are adapting this kind of behavior. The customer is always wrong at colussyCherverlet. That is why you fill out a two page form on how they are NOT responsible for anything. Colussy Collision did a great job on my car, I had just got a new car a few months ago, a guy sideswiped me and took off. I was a little worried because it was new and didn't know if it would look the same. It looks awesome. They swept and washed my car, and a bonus I was surprised about is I got to drive a jaguar till mine was done. And it only took the 3 days. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Had collision damage from a deer accident. They did excellent work and the detailed the hole car before returning it to me. I'm from ohio and would definitely use this shop again. Jeff was very helpful and professional.

I (unfortunately) had to have Colussy Collision repair my car twice after two accidents. Both times they had my car they did such an amazing job at making it look brand new. There was a lot of damage to my car and they fixed it in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond by detailing the car when it s finished. I highly recommend Colussy Collision if you are looking for quality work to be done! Thank you!

Outstanding staff, and even better work on my SUV, they get it right ever time. Third time we have had our cars there. We won't go anywhere else, my truck was down early, cleaned and washed, everything was cleaned up and fixed as well as some smaller areas i did not notice or ask them too were fixed were repainted and cleaned up.

edit: had additional work done to fix some paint chips. they went out of their way to make things more convenient for me, much appreciated!colussy repaired my mercedes g63 after it was rear ended. my vehicle has a matte paint job and I was nervous about repairs considering this is unusual, however, the car looks fantastic. they did a wonderful job. only reason i nicked a star is that my car was kept for two full weeks even though the damage was minimal.

I got into an accident and trashed my front left end. Colussy did a fantastic job. Car looked like new when I got it back. Even my floor mats. The floor mats that I got with the car two and a half years ago and never moved or touched, looked like brand new. If I could give zero stars I would and here s why. My car went in for repairs for two claims and my car came back with more damages than it started with. I received my finished vehicle with hair and scratches in my paint, the paint color was incorrect and didn t match the rest of the car AT ALL, a broken tail light, multiple scratches 2 feet down the hood of my car from what appears a toolset was drug across my hood, and after market front end and grill that doesn t fit correctly. My car was only six months old and I am still dealing with these issues a year after the claims were filed. On top of that, their customer service is awful and fought me that this was the best they could do and wasn t willing to make it right. Go somewhere else if you want your car to ACTUALLY get fixed the right way.

Just had my car fixed their body shop..Everyone was great kepted me informed daily. Easy to work with.they did a excellent job on my car.very professional.An the car was done in timely manner no waited time.I'd go back always.An that day of pick up I had to work eves KenHad it done from detail shop earlier for me.so I could dump the rental.note on rental get enterprise they have their.I went through hertz late picking me upGave me a dirty car.I had to clean the windows inside very dirty.an the car that was promised they didn't have an they had 9 days notice..BUT FOR COLUSSY VERY EXCELLENT JOB..DOM MANNELLA

My insurance referred me to this place for a repair and the experience was horrible. I was told that will keep me updated with my car so I can know prior to when I had to pick my car up. They did not keep me updated at all. Never call anyone back customer service poor

Staff friendly. I needed a mirror replaced and some bodywork done to the side after a hit and run. The work was finished in a reasonable time and the job was done well. When I picked up my car I noticed the interior was cleaned/vaccumed. I thought this was a very nice touch and I really appreciated it. Thank you!

The customer service and follow up aside. Collussy had multiple attempts at fixing my vehicle for a minor fender bender. The vehicle went to another mechanic and the dealership removing the front end before the vehicle and sensors were properly fixed to drive straight and systems properly working. The insurance company will be reviewing the workmanship with the other shops as a result. Horrible work beyond basic body work, and definitely not "state of the art." Maybe state of the art for the 90's. I would look elsewhere for repairs. Hope this helps. Kenny Ross and Critchlow have great workmanship and follow up.

I went today to get a estimate for my rear bumper from the worker at walmart slid 20 carrs along my rear bumper they need a estimate .so i went to colussys autobody my car was just repaires rheir little over 10.000 in damage an its been their before twice.an now they want me to pay 30.00 for piturea they take an no wriiten estimate.i will not pay 30 for that an ill fine another place will so free estimate ab thay can do the job.sont understand thats one way losing a customer an more .ill let peoplw know.an they will go somewhere else..this is ashame
