Rabih is by far one of the most honest, trustworthy, and polite persons I have ever met. He got me in the same day that my truck broke down and fixed my fuel pump for a great price. Great quality work, fast service and extremely polite and honest. By far the best experience I've had getting my vehicle worked on. I am a customer for life and recommend his services to everyone.

I've taken my car to this mechanic for the past 2 years and I've never been disappointed or cheated. The staff and the owner, Rabih, is so willing to help me get my car fixed right and within my means. Recently I was in an accident and I took my car here to get it fixed. When I got it back the car looked better than when I bought it! I was surprised and amazed. I really appreciate that the owner is willing to explain to me what my car needs and WHY and then discuss my options. As a note, if you want an itemized statement you'll need to ask for it specifically.

Moved down to Pittsburgh from out of state needed a local garage to help me with repairs on my vehicle. Not only did Rabih give me the best price, he was more than helpful to accommodate my schedule and was very easy to communicate with. I felt so comfortable after a year of working with him I ended up buying a vehicle through him. I gave him the parameters of what I wanted and in no time he found the exact vehicle I wanted. I will not take my vehicles any where else! If you want a no BS garage take your vehicle here!

A close friend of mine recommended Bridgeville Auto Service/Sales as her and her family have taken their vehicles there for a long time. I have taken my jeep in to be worked on a couple times recently and have been a customer for a couple years now. Rabih and his team have gone over and beyond to schedule me in immediately when needed and have done an excellent job with making sure my jeep was taken care of and in a timely manner. Very honest, great mechanics, courteous and priced fairly! I am not from the Bridgeville area, but will definitely drive a distance to continue having Bridgeville Auto Services/Sales service my vehicle.

Outstanding! I would highly recommend you take your car to Rab at Bridgeville Auto Service/Sales. I had an major issue with my car and had to have the engine replaced. I took it to 2 other locations in Bridgeville and they quoted me a price out of this world. Rab, took his time to explain what needed to be done and got me a engine at a very reasonable price. He told me he would have the car completed on Jan 28th, but he had it completed on Jan 24th. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside, now that's great service for you. He is a people person and I love that he put me and my car first. So if you have any issues with your car, go see Rab and tell him Tammy sent you.

Quick review: owner was super kind, honest, and helpful. Highly recommend.Longer version: I was rear ended and my car got totaled, the owner not only stayed later to help me out but he worked with the insurance company the whole time. He really took my side, which made me feel like I had a little bit of control when my car was totaled and taken from me. His kindness and respect was really appreciated.-TG

Rabih has repaired many of my junky cars over the years and he is always very honest about what is wrong and very fair with his pricing. Recently I bought a car off of him and I am very satisfied with the bang that I got for my buck.. Do yourself a favor trust this guy with your cars and the price that he gives you.. He will never do you wrong...

Only place I will ever go to get my car repaired. Need timing belt, water pump, radiator, and head gasket repaired. They repaired it for reasonable price and in a timely fashion. They cleaned my car, buffed and waxed it free of charge. Employees are very nice and make you feel welcome and go that extra mile to make you happy.

The owner of BAS was extremely helpful to me when I had a flat tire and his garage wasn't even open! What a blessing to know that there are still good people in this world. Rabih is the most helpful amazing person I ve ever met! My car broke down at the gas station next door and when I asked if he could help he dropped everything he was doing and came over in freezing cold weather to help me. While we were waiting in his shop he gave us cookies, drinks, and a heater, and even talked to my dad to make sure we were okay. His story is truly inspirational and it was a blessing to bump into him. He lives his life motto to the fullest When one door closes God will open another door .

It's been difficult for me to find someone I trust to take care of my car. A few years ago I happened upon Bridgeville Auto and instantly knew that they would not only take care of my car needs, but they do it quickly and efficiently at the best prices. If you have to take your car anywhere, Bridgeville Auto is the place to do it. I will be a lifetime customer here.

I purchased a car on 12/4/2015 which the rear rotors were sourced and replaced by Bridgeville Auto Service on 10/29/2015. By 12/7/2015 they are cracked... fully cracked on both sides of the right rotor. The car is now in New York, so I took it to a local dealership as well as my personal mechanic who both stated that it would be dangerous to drive and that I needed to have both rear rotors replaced immediately.I call the owner of Bridgeville Auto, and he says that I need to drive it to Pittsburgh to have him look at the rotors. I tell him that it would be dangerous for me to drive the car to Pittsburgh, and he responds with "it's not dangerous to drive on a broken rotor." This, in fact, is not true and speaks to his lack of knowledge of cars. I tell him that I can't drive it that far, and he begins to yell at me about how none of this is his fault. I'm so taken aback, I record the remainder of our conversation (him yelling, me listening) to submit to the Better Business Bureau.He continues yelling that: the two mechanics I had look at the car are liable and could have cracked the rotors; he then tells me that he won't replace them even if I ship them back to him. I also offer to send photos of the broken parts, to which he replies: "I won't risk my relationship with my guys (venders) to replace your rotor and they're not warrantied." Um... what about your relationship with your customers and their safety? Shouldn't that be your primary concern? Every car part I've ever purchased is covered, at the very least, under a manufacturers warranty, so he must be sourcing cheap, or used parts.He ends with "I can't and won't do anything for you."In all my years of owning and maintaining cars, I've never encountered such a disrespectful and unprofessional mechanic, nor an auto shop that won't stand behind their work and fix a problem they created. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this place.

This guy charged me for work he never did. When I had to inspect my car the same issues as last year came up. How is possible to be charged over a 1000 dollars and work was not performed! I am extremely grateful that I found this place online. After reading all of the great reviews I contacted them and they fit me in on a Saturday. My car was leaking gasoline so it was something that couldn't wait and Rabih was so nice and got it fixed within a couple of hours.

Five plus star quality service review this is the Auto Doctor Not only did I get immediate quality and friendly service the first time my husband and I came on a Sunday when we couldn t find any other place open there he was and he helped get us back on the road again today.. ran over a screw ... Dr. Ruby hooked my tire up plus all air pressure refreshed at norm . Way to go guys MANY Thanks you have many recommendations coming your way from me ALLGOOD

Rabih was very caring and helped me out in a pinch. Not only did he help me when I needed it, but he also did it at a very reasonable price. I definitely would recommend this business to anyone and I will be coming back as he is someone who I can trust.

I have been working with Rabiah on the purchase of my dream car (a 1970 VW Beetle) for about two weeks now, and consider myself extremely lucky to have found him. When I first met him and the team at Bridgeville Auto Sales, he told me he was selling me a relationship, and this is exactly what I feel I have gotten. He was straightforward about the vehicle, honest about the terms of sale and exceptionally helpful in handling the particulars when making the purchase. Meanwhile, the guys in the shop were all very friendly and I know I can turn to them in the event that something goes wrong with my ~50 year-old car. To have found an honest salesman and a trustworthy shop in one is quite the coup (har), and I am looking forward to working with this shop for years to come.

The service is quick and friendly. The prices are great. Rubi and his staff work with you to get your car in when it needs fixed and get it back to you as quickly possible. I highly recommend taking your vehicles to this place.

There is a reason why Bridgeville Auto has a 5 star rating. It's Rabih. The world needs more people like Rabih. I am not from the Bridgeville area or even the state of PA. I've never had the pleasure of meeting this gentleman or using his auto service and repair. That is, until my daughter's car broke down at the Sunoco next to his shop (on her way back to college). It was late in the day, 30 mins until closing for Rabih, and less than 10 degrees outside, when my daughter's situation caught his attention. He was able to get the vehicle over to his shop, diagnose the problem (bad alternator and battery), and spoke with me on the phone about the situation. Most people would have said... "Well, we're closing so you can leave the vehicle with us and we'll get to it tomorrow." Not Rabih. I didn't even have to ask him to stay and help us. He told me right away that he would stay as late as he needed... to get the car repaired so that my daughter could make it back to college that night. He gave my daughter and her friend a warm place to wait, and went to work. He found an alternator across town, sent a runner to get it, repaired the vehicle in the next 90 min and had my daughter and her friend back on the road to school... safely. He called and updated me regularly. As a father, worried about his daughter broken down hundreds of miles away from home and school, in freezing temperatures, I can't thank him enough. The service was friendly and professional and the repair was quality craftsmanship and more than fairly priced (it was about 50% less than what I thought it would be). If I lived near Bridgeville... I would trust Rabih with all my auto service needs.

Words cannot describe how refreshing my experience was at Bridgeville auto service and sales. I am a college student at penn state, seeking a car for my first internship. I went to car lots across Pittsburgh looking for the right scenario until I finally found my match made in heaven. Everyone was looking to take advantage of me, but not here. Summing up my experience is difficult because I've never met a stranger so willing to overlook the profit margins and simply do something because it was the right thing to do. After doing my fair share of research, I uncovered I wasn't the only one who was taken back by their hospitality. Their reputation throughout bridgeville was remarkable and I only hope that others read my story and take their business to the best local car repair and auto sales shop in town.

If you want a good mechanic who's fair, honest, and reliable you found one here at Bridgville Automotive. He worked on both my vehicles and I will not be going to another mechanic again. NTB in Robinson screwed me and then Firestone in bridgville screwed me too, I was going to them for years. Rabih runs an awesome shop and he has my buisness for as long as he runs one.

This is the cleanest car repair/sales place I have ever seen! Mom and pop shop with all the care and amenities you could hope for. Bought a car here today. Wow, Rabih is a wonderful soul. The family owns the Resturaunt across street... Which we are eating at now... Am I dreaming? This food is made with love! Like everything this family does. Rabih walked us through his garden and his wife and cousin warmly feed us the best meal I have had in years. It looked like an altar, beautiful, healthy, real!Will be back for all car repair and buying needs.

Ruby is a gem with a heart of gold! My car pulled in sounding loud as a junk yard dog and pulled out purring like a kitten! The repair was completed sooner than promised, professionally, and at an extremely fair price! In and out and no need to shout - Man, I like that!
