Not a good day for tires I guess. Ordered 4 tires the other day for our SUV from the BJs website. Tires supposedly were in stock or being delivered there. Either way, the next step in the process was to schedule a date and time. I picked today at 9:30. The associate there went to find the tires. He was gone for a while. Finally he came up front and asked if I was told the tires were in? I asked why their system would allow me to pick a date and time if they weren t in. He said he had 3 of my tires, not 4. I asked why would they send only 3 tires? He said he wasn t sure but usually his guys call once the tires are in. I said the website doesn t mention that at all.So he says he can t install my tires. I took a half day off work. Now what? He says he ll find out what happened and call me back to reschedule. It s now 5:30pm. No call. I don t think it takes that long to find 1 tire?I d wait a while for these guys to get their processes in order before you waste your time. If you see my tire somewhere, please let me know.

Dylan went above and beyond to send me off satisfied with my rotation and balance. Although short staffed he managed to service my vehicle completely within a reasonable time. He cares about his customers and it shows from the time you walk into the shop to when you roll away.

Not a good system they have going on here. The person changing the tires is also in charge of filling up the propane tanks, and answering customers questions. I was told the installation would take an hour and a half. I ve been here for three hours and they are still not done yet. The overall installation and tires are good, but the frustration of waiting cancels it out.

The Asian guy there was very helpful,friendly,and knowledgeable about tire I need. I was so greatly that he was there to help me out if not I probably would go to Costco again. So so thank you that Asian guy that help me out.

Mark went above and beyond. Had 4 tires in stock for our Subaru Crosstrek. We had work down earlier in the day at dealership, where 2 lugs were cross threaded. Mark busted his butt to get us on the road safely. Dealership made things right replacing 2 studs & lugnuts at no charge. Kudos to Mark for being a hard worker & straight shooter. Tires were $200 cheaper at BJ s Many Thanks!

Dont come here--Im here for 3hrs for 4 tires installation and its only half done for my BMW 535xi even after talking to the manager. There's only 1 guy here and he's distracted to do something else every 5minsAnother manager just came by and apologize profusely and said that he is to focus on the tire installation from now onward and gave me a $50 gift card
