hands down the best car buying experience i ve had in my life so far. i was looking for a place to purchase my first vehicle and this was one of my choices. bruce was so helpful, so open and welcoming, and not to mention he was honest. my cars check engine light came on a couple days after purchasing, no biggie you get a 90 day warranty upon purchase that includes engine repairs. the mechanic, j, is very nice as well and is open to receiving feedback on what you think needs to be done or what you want done, as long as it s covered by the warranty given to you upon purchase. my car is up to par now and running great! i would highly recommend you at least check out bruce s inventory and reach out if your in need of a car. they are phenomenal.

I would have given zero stars, if it was an option.I bought a "monster truck" from these guys, in June of 2023. I had problems with it from the time I drove it off of the lot. It was the 2006 Chevy Silverado that they had advertised on Carfax. That's how I found it. Being that I haven't bought a vehicle in over twenty years, I trusted this Carfax report. When I called about it, all I asked was, is the frame in good shape?.?. Mr. Bruce, from Carzone, said "you could take the bed off, and eat off of the drivetrain!". Bring that I liked the looks of the truck, and drove almost two hours to look at it, I bought it. The list price was $9,999. I gave them $5000, and financed the rest. In the end, I would be paying over $18,000 for this truck. And I was fine with that, because I liked the truck! Well, when I drove it off of the lot, the turn signals didn't work. And when I got it home, which was two hours up the turnpike, the body lines didn't line up. To make a long story short, I took the truck to a garage, and they took the inspection stickers off! Meaning that the truck wasn't road worthy.The frame was cracked, cross members were rotted out, the bed frame rails were rotted out, the front end needed to be re-done, and there was no exhaust on it. I went to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office, and they really couldn't do anything. I tried to sue Carzone, but it would have cost more than the truck was actually worth. I tried to use the GAP insurance, that I paid $750 for, and they said it was too late, because it wasn't within 30 days of purchase. I tried to use the warranty that I bought through Carzone, for $1500, but it didn't cover anything.So, here I am, eight months later, and over $2000 later, and I'm still not on the road yet. But, I'm getting there! I'm thinking, at least another $1000, and I'll be good. On top of the over $8000 that I still owe. Which means, I'll be paying about five times what this truck was actually worth in the first place. So if you're looking to buy a vehicle from these people, my suggestion is, look at what they are saying, how much you'll be saving, and that's probably what the vehicle is actually worth. I made the mistake of trusting Bruce, and I'm just taking it as a life lesson learned. MY BAD!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Be careful everyone! I bought a minivan Ford Transit 2010 a year ago. I am going to show my van now. All the parts are broken because it was rusted but painted very good and I didn t notice it when I bought it. They are so rude and never take their responsibilities.Keep your eyes open and stay away from people like them that are trying to make businesses by lying their customers.

Awesome place although not really ready to buy the owner was super helpful and down to earth I totally recommend this place best bang for u money if u compare other dealerships they are on the low end reasonable prices and there straight up no fake promises or yea I ll get u this or that although I work a few blocks from it I haven t seen an honest person at a dealership but here they DONT BS U try it out guys Go to Dean Cartagena Finance manager/general manager I m bias he s my husband but there others too form ure own opinion I love Toyota Tundras personally and although I wanted the one they have he said I m better off just waiting till I m 100% sure he could ve just said yeah I got u give me crazy interest on a loan and went crazy on gap and warranty he was straight up that means a lot man so I d go with this place whatever ure fav is they have it and if they don t they will find it for u that s for sure they have a network that would blow ure mine if u like trucks he s basically giving them away compared to other companies Dont take my tundra I love that truck but he has this awesome Toyota Highlander 2020 under 30k miles call for price u won t be disappointed 2015 Ford super duty f250 under 92k miles nope not what u think 26k I mean other competitors are selling same truck 50k I know I worked @ one that was just crazy anyway call for Dean Cartagena he ll take care of u and make u feel like royalty if we Carzone can t finance or find you a car or truck no one can we have a network of 300+ cars trucks whatever u need check out there website Carzone.com Bridgeport pa tell them Angel AKA Colombia sent u real people no games straight up

would not recommend, sold me a lemon that had more issues than i can count on one hand, problems started coming up less than a month after purchase

Real good place to buy a used car.. They have BMW, HONDAS, TOYOTAS,GMC SUV , GMC TRUCKS, FORD TRUCKS , FORD CARS , JEEP CHEROKEES, MERCEDES , CHEVYS TRUCKS /CARS OF ALL KINDS.. AND THERE REALLY NICE GUYS.... CHECK THEM OUT .. AND IF THEY DONT HAVE IT THEY WILL FIND ONE FOR U... And there's always cool cars in the showroom to look at or buy

I bought a relatively new minivan from here with the assurance that the vehicle was safe and sound. I purchased a warranty with the vehicle. A week later the car was smoking - I contacted the dealership who told me they were not open to the public for repairs as they were only newly opened (though I bought the car here and they did the repairs). Turns out the work wasn't done properly and the motor blew. The warranty covers nothing, and they are refusing any help. I saw someone else post here with the same issue and felt compelled to report the same. Don't buy here!

They were amazing! Everything was approved and ready to go before I got there. I was able to trade my old car in for a reasonable price. They explained everything in detail to me that I was signing. They even gave my new vehicle a car wash before I made a long journey back to New Jersey. I had a great experience with Dean and Bruce. I recommend CarZone to anybody who is looking to purchase a car. I made an appointment and drove home in a new car the same day. Do your business here! Thank you Bruce & Dean for your kindness and support in helping me take home a new car. I hope to make even the next vehicle purchase with you guys!

Waste of time.Tried to schedule an appointment via their fb marketplace listing, no response. Called to schedule an appointment, no one picked up. Decided to just walk in to look at the SUV I wanted and was told it wasn't there, the boss was busy driving it around for the next week or so. I was told I could look around at their other inventory. Tried to ask for milage/price on another SUV and was told to look up the info myself online and to come back and schedule an appointment

Purchased a 14 bmw X1 from these folks. My first time financing and they walked me through the whole process. Loved the experience and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. If you re looking to buy a car, I honestly recommend coming here. They have lots of sweet inventory too. Honda accord sport (turbo), maximas, Mercedes, turbo Cadillacs. Check them out.

While purchasing our Ford Explorer we were extremely pleased with the customer Service from everyone in the building. We drove off the lot the same day in the exact vehicle we were looking for. However things quickly went downhill once we actually drove off the lot. It was the end of January and it was freezing.....WE HAD NO HEAT! 3 different times we bought the car back looking for help. All 3 times we were told there was nothing wrong and to just keep checking the antifreeze and if it continued they would work with us if the Car needed to be repaired. Well it continued....Now the coolant light came on as well as the engine service light. We bought it back again and were finally told the water pump was bad and were basically told we were out of luck. There was nothing they could do. DRIVE the car to a mechanic and let them deal with it. We did exactly that and the mechanic told us the car should have never been driven and there's a good possibility we might need a new engine. The "extended warranty" they talked us into is a total joke. So much for a $100 deductible and a rental car! $1600 later and all out of pocket rental car expenses. Be VERY CAREFUL when purchasing a vehicle here. I KNOW what was wrong with my car when I traded it in, and less then a week later it Was on the lot for sale. A pleasant experience quickly turned into a nightmare!!!

My Fianc� and I bought a 2012 GMC Arcadia Denali. While we were at the dealership the customer service was very friendly and Dean the sales rep was great! With my fianc� being the only income and me being a stay at home Mom for my children because of health reasons and with the way the economy is right now we have been really struggling to make ends meet. I was so excited when we got approved for the car! Well after we had the car home for not even a month we started having problems with it. We didn't even have the car long enough for our warranty to take effect yet and next thing we know the check engine light came on and the dash read service stabilitrak, service traction control, and when we put it in drive it wouldn't go in to overdrive. We couldn't go over 35 MPH or it would rev up to 2 to 3 RPMs! So we called the dealership and told them the issues we were having and we were told to just factory reset it. I am sorry but that is not going to fix the problems it is only going to delay them for a little while and then they will pop back up again! I need this car to take my children to and from Doctors appointments and many other things and I want to know that I have a reliable car that will keep me and my kids safe and not leave us stranded on the side of the road! I would be very careful buying a car from them if that is how they try to resolve underlying problems with their customers cars especially if those problems could become dangerous!!!!!!!!!!

They do not stand behind their vehicles, nor do they do any kind of maintenance before selling them. The warranty companies they use are also total scams. Beware. I sought help from them straight away and they told me they were not open to the public for repairs even though they sold me the car. They also sold me a faulty warranty. A year later and the car is dead, and they bold face lied to the attorney general saying I never sought help until a year later. Car is completely dead now.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and wanted to stay local. Carzone in Bridgeport helped me step by step and kept me updated throughout the process. Super friendly sales staff... Went to look at a car that goes for about 10k in most markets... They were selling one with cracked dried tires and a major suspension issue and wouldn't budge on the 10k price (the owner).I'm familiar with these vehicles (already own another one) I'd have to pay 1200.00 out of pocket for tires and who knows how much the suspension would have cost..... Found another Lexus gx470 a few days later that was high mileage but mint for 10k and bought it.... Friendly sales staff.... Owner is stubborn as a mule ... Carfax said the car was on their lot for 11 months.... Take the loss on the car and make room for more inventory silly..... You can't sell someone a 10k vehicle when it comes with 2500.00 worth of problems that are obvious to anyone who is paying attention.....

They sell used cars they repair improperly, useless warranties and will brush you off constantly if you come back for help. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They will also lie to the attorney general.

Went to look at a car, told him I lived an hour away and I'd be back the next day.Sent multiple texts at 9am the next morning, and emailed. Never heard back.Called on my way down the next day, and he told me right there he was selling it at that moment.Couldn't take 5 minutes to respond?Very unprofessional in my opinion.
