We are loyal customers of Krause Toyota almost 20 years! When the opportunity came up to purchase a 'like new' used Prius, we were excited! Cliff Swoyer and Tara made the experience easy and wonderful. The service department is so reliable and personal. We are thankful that we found Krause 2 decades ago!

We just bought our 2024 Sienna from Krause, and the entire experience was positive. Beyond a great vehicle and warranty/service included from Toyota, the group at Krause including our salesperson Cliff, and Tara, were friendly, welcoming ,and a pleasure to work with. Purchase process was easy to start online, and we were kept up-to-date through build and shipping. Everything was explained carefully, and the staff was not pushy at all when we arrived at the dealership for pickup and signing. We will definitely consider Krause Toyota for future car purchases!

I started my search for a new RAV4 at Koch 33 in Easton. They are a slimy dealership and I decided they would not make a single dollar off of me. I looked around online and found the car I wanted at Krause. I set up an appointment to go meet with Fred and drive the car. Fred was awesome, there was no high pressure selling and no typical slimy dealership games. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I will continue making the drive out to Krause for all future car purchase, they won my loyalty in the way they treated me.

Was having issues with my transmission after ignorantly getting my transmission fluid done by Valvoline I was having a hard time trusting a service place in taking care of my '12 Tacoma. The master mechanic has ran into some issues during the drainage and fill of new correctly temped fluid, but after a issue with removing the plug the service team and owner were gracious enough to fix the plug and pan that was defected during the process at no cost. Thank you guys for taking care of your customers and being the epitome of integrity. Will absolutely be making this place my home for future services.

My son was shopping for his first car, on line for months, then spoke with 3 dealerships. Was told the car he wanted was rare, tough to even order. We spoke with Chad at Krause and they had one coming in 3 weeks. In 2 days Chad had my son set up with the car and competitive financing. It arrived 5 days later. Walked in and it was ready to go, and they honored the quoted price on the trade-in. Tara in finance was super efficient and respectful. Drove it off the lot in about 90 minutes. Unheard of!We were bracing for the typical 48 minute keyboard-clicking, price- quoting banter this industry is known for. It never happened. Buy here for a better experience.

I had a great experience buying with Jim and financing with Jason. Great communication, no high-pressure sales tactics, and individual attention. I'm also looking forward to returning to Krause's service department with Sandy and Mike. I bought from and serviced through Ciocca for my last car and had the total opposite experience of everything Krause offers. I am SO GLAD I was able to come back to Krause. They will have my business from now on.

Worked with Jim at Krause to purchase a 2024 Grand Highlander. He was very clear to explain timeline for production and discussing costs, etc. Once it was in production, they called to let me know color (got my 2nd choice, which is beautiful) and all the features I had ordered. Jim did a great job setting expectations. Picked my vehicle up this week and I love it. All employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend Krause as they did an outstanding job.

We took our 2016 Camry to Krause for a "check up" and State Inspection. We also had a persistent maintenance light keep coming on. The Service Dept. at Krause scheduled us in a timely fashion. I had feared it would turn into a large project. They quickly resolved the issues, offered us a coupon discount and were very helpful and friendly. I could not be more pleased.

I got my Pilot from here in October 2022 & I told Joe I was going to leave a review (a little late) but I had to make time to let you all know how wonderful Joe Castrovillari & Jason Wehr are & how much they ve changed my life. I was driving a death trap before I walked into Toyota Krause. I had a hard time getting rid of my car & got denied from like 5 other dealerships. At the time my credit wasn t the best & I also didn t have a co-signer. Idk how they pulled the strings that they did but with a small down payment I got approved. The process was unbelievably quick & peaceful. They took care of everything & explained all that I needed to know. I was also able to trade my car in for $$ towards the new one. I was in & out of the dealership in my new Pilot in 2hrs. Thank you both so much for taking care of me!! If you re reading this, I m a young woman & this was my first real big girl purchase. These are your guys & you will be very well taken care of!! Thank you again!

Took my Tacoma truck in for it's 20,000 mile Complimentary Service.And a Recall for a sensor.All work done in a timely manner.Very Friendly and Professional Staff.No Charge for Service Today.The Grounds and the Facility are in great shape and well maintained.Also spoke to the Sales Staff. Very Nice Easy Going.Great waiting Lounge with coffee and TV.Also Snack and Drink Machine. That costs money.Men's Restroom is clean and up to date.Great Selection of Cars and Trucks. New and Used.Great Location.Just off major Highway.It was easy to make the appointment. No auto call.A real person answered the phone when I made the appointment.

I've been wanting to get the the TRD OFF ROAD PREMIUM for quite sometime, this past month I started shopping for it from local dealerships and some seemed shady to me particularly one that was charging $3000/$5000 over MSRP, I won't mention any names but I found it odd that they can get away with price gouging. Anyways I came across Krause Toyota and found a Black TRD premium on their site, entered my trade in and I was contacted by "Cliff Swoyer" I made an appointment to see him and from that moment I felt comfort for the first time at a car dealership, they looked at my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0t they gave me a very fair trade on it. The 4 Runner wasn't on the lot it was still sitting in the New York harbor awaiting delivery but I had every confidence in what I was getting because 'Cliff" kept me informed with text messages of the manufacturing date, the day it was shipped, the day it arrived in NY and my anticipation was going wild till the day "Cliff" sent me a photo of it in the dealership parking. It took about a month but she is a beautiful black on black 4 Runner which I will enjoy for many years to come. I finalized the sale with "Tara Bellhorn" who does the financing at the dealership, I was very impressed as well with her professionalism and she worked to get me the numbers that were within my budget. Mind you that Cliff has been there for 25 years and Tara 31 years that tells you something about Krause Toyota, I don't thing I would go anywhere else. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and all my services would be done at their dealership. Very happy with my purchase and the service that I was provided by the two professionals that took care of me.Thank you Cliff, Tara and Krause Toyota!

Cliff was very knowledgeable about the car and helpful in showing us it s features. It was a used car, Krause Toyota did a thorough job of inspecting the car, and did over a thousand four hundred dollars worth of repairs to it, after we said we would take it and put a down payment on it.

I had a very nice experience at Krause Toyota. They were very helpful with the purchase of our 2014 Venza limited. Our only car went down, and we had no transportation to the dealership. Fred our salesman came to our house and picked us up for the test drive and brought us to an pre-inspection place before purchase. It was a very no pressure purchase. I would recommend Krause Toyota. We are very happy with our purchase.

Just had a set of four Michelin tires put on my Tacoma. These had been recommended by Mike, the Assistant Service Manager. Admittedly, this is a rather standard and straightforward job, but as always, it was carried out seamlessly and perfectly right from the start. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, the respect, and the personal attention I was shown. This has always been my experience when dealing with Krause Toyota Service Department. I would never go anywhere else!

By far the absolute best customer service I ve ever had buying a vehicle. Jim the sales associate was very knowledgeable, non-aggressive in his sales approach, and spot on his delivery date. Joe the sales manager, was knowledgeable as well and very down to earth in his approach. From the service department, who kindly fit us in to put a cover on the bed of my new truck so we can go on our planned weekend trip, to Tara who patiently answered all our financial questions, we felt treated like VIP customers. We will definitely be back to service our vehicles and return as future buyers.

Recently purchased a Certified 2019 Toyota Camry SE! As a first time car buyer, I highly recommend working with Kraus Toyota, especially with Jim, because of the welcoming environment, the in depth explanation of the whole process with car buying, and actually trying their best to get you a good deal. I was prepared to walk, but from the min I sat down in the chair, it was only going up from their. They helped me get to a comfortable APR, considering I didn t have the best fico. Thank you Krause, but especially a big thanks to Jim!

How come every time I bring my car in for inspection it's not registered? How come you all can't do the maintenance and keep up with my responsibilities too? UGH? I swear this happens to me every year. Krause always gets me back on the road right :) Thank you guys and gals, specifically Adam (who I called twice for my title# facepalm) and Sandy who had to stop working and call me about the dang registration. I was at Cracker Barrel mid coffee! And I can't forget the party who cleared Pablo (my spoiled 10 y/o Prius) for another year... thank you.

Serviced my Camry today and am 100% satisfied from the minute I walked in the door. Customer service was fantastic! Will be returning.Update:! Dec 2023 Bought my second Camry at Krause and like the first time I am happy with my buy Cliff and every single person in this dealership are always friendly and great. Cliff made sure to take his time to show me the car and answered all my questions.

Just had my Camry serviced at Krause. They are always very professional and thorough...and most of all trustworthy which I really value. That trust building starts from the top with the Krause ownership, all the way down to the mechanic. It is easy to see why they have built so many long-term customer relationships.

Jim made the buying process very easy. No hassles and no pressures. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at purchasing. Tara/F&I did a good job getting me through all the paperwork and on the road. Overall - as easy a car purchase I've had in a while.

Was shopping for a used car this summer because the stupid small Miata didn t work with my 6 4 frame with a L5 S1 disc herniation. Settled in the Camry hybrid due to its refined styling, mpg, size, and reliability.I must have called 30 or more dealers trying to find one that would sell me a car. Due to the chip shortage, inventory was low and the dealerships selling at MSRP were few and far between. Many dealers wanted me to wait multiple months and pay over 5-7k above msrp.The minute I contacted Krause Toyota, the salesman Joe told It to me straight and said he can get me a car at MSRP, but I ll have to wait. Joe originally said that ll it take about 6 months, but the car came in under 3 months wait time.When I got to the dealer I was in an out in an hour. There was no nonsense, no surprise factory installed 2,000 dollar clear coat protection, no funny business that makes people hate car dealerships at all.Tara, the finance manager was also amazing and very pleasant to work with!I will be recommending everyone I know to head over to Krause Toyota if they want to be treated fairly, and not price gouged on a vehicle. No surprise that all those shady dealerships are still calling me, months later, trying to sell me a car.They are Americas oldest Toyota dealer for a reason!

Fantastic dealership. Cliff was awesome! Was 100% comfortable with him from the first phone call to the last signature. He stayed late to make sure I knew all the technology and helped me get everything set up. Also was kind enough to pick us up from the airport in rush hour! Jason was great as well. The whole car purchasing process and trade in was wonderful. Jim Kleinschrodt was exceptional in explaining the car's details and hooking up our cell phones to apple car play. No hassles with the trade in, no low balling, and no high pressure to add additional warranties, etc. A great experience from a great dealership!
