This place is corrupt .my daughter had lost control of her car and ended up in a ditch the police had this company come out and they took the car it was Christmas Eve I went and picked it up day after Christmas they charged me for 3 days it wasn t even there 24 hours over $500. Cash only very corrupt stay far away!!! Also they only towed it 20, 30 feet.

Friendly Staff, used them twice for Motorcycle Inspection, they don't work on Motorcycles just Inspection.One time walk in, other time I had to make an appointmentWould recommend them for sure.

I was driving through going back to New York City and my brake light kept turning on and off. I Google searched and this location came up. I stopped in and the lady was extremely nice and she got me help really quickly. The guy came out and in less than 10 minutes I was back on the road. He didnt charge us literally fixed and sent us on our way. While the service was simple I'm very thankful for the kindness.

Getz is great. I locked my keys in my Hummer, with it running! I called at 6:30am they were there by 6:50am. The tow truck driver was very professional. He had the door unlocked in less than 1 minute. Thanks Getz for the great service!

My clutch went out about 1/4 mile from there shop. I am handicap and had no phone or way of getting back home. The workers were very nice they towed my car and let me use there phone to call my brother who payed and uber take me back home 60miles to Lancaster.they gave me a very fair price to fix clutch. And thank them all for there help and will call them tomorrow to see when my car will be ready. Thanks

This could have been 5 but read below.Called AAA to have my flat tire changed to a dummy. They selected this Service Center. The customer support woman at Getz's is horrendous to talk with. She was basically badgering me for expecting them to come that night since the crew had been out all day. I understand that, but that is why people pay for AAA. It was 7:30pm when she called, they are open til 9pm and are 2 miles from where I live for background. I explained I was at home and car is garaged. She tried to push it to the morning but when I asked if they could be there at 8am, she told me I had to call AAA again at 7:30am to put in another request. I could hear the truck driver in the background talking on the radio to her that he had no issue doing my tire before heading back to the service station. So she took it upon herself to cause a problem. When the driver got to the house, we were ready with garage door open, light on and waving to driver from garage door. She called me and in her rude, blunt, unprofessional tone told me I should go greet the driver. I told her I did and she was the rudest person I have ever spoken too and hung up. Read through other reviews and you'll see a common theme, not sure why Getzs keeps her on. To top it off she is well known to the customer service at AAA and they don't care for her. All that said, the actual driver was courteous, quick and friendly and easily earns a 5.

Just recently had one of my cars inspected here again. I have been going to Getz for Close to 20 years. I can't believe it's been that long however when you walk into a place where they know you by name and treat you like it's always the first time you've been there, that's what I call service to a T. They have always been gracious, and go the extra mile. It is so hard to find a place that treats you with respect and integrity and most of all, take care of you. I can always leave there knowing I get fair pricing, great service, quality parts and my vehicle is safe on the road. Would highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

I don't know about other's experience, but their towing service to me was commendable. We left a broken down car hours away from our home. They were able to get the car out of the breakdown area, and move it to store at their lot. They delivered it to my home two days later which was fine. The driver was also very courteous.

I don t care what anyone says about this garage I have an older car with high mileage and this garage has kept my car in tip top shape since I have bought it ! They are amazing and very helpful they have never let me down and have fixed so many things that other garages could not and are very trustworthy and reliable! They always get my car in ASAP and they never over charge me or my husband best garage I have ever found hands down! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. I just had more work done to my car and something happened and my ac went back out again because of another clog and they got it back in as soon as they could and got it all fixed replaced all the parts again and I didn t even have to pay anything at all out of pocket the second time! They are just amazing and have great mechanics!! I absolutely love this garage!! Thank you getz for always being there for all of my families car problems!!

After reading reviews about Getz Auto service I was skeptical on taking my car there. My car was done in a days time and I received updates on what was wrong with my car and the time frame and price on what it would cost in the process. Everyone was professional and courteous and someone took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it. (Very helpful when you don't know anything about cars) They cut me a more than reasonable price on some complicated work and gave me a used tire for an excellent deal. I'll certainly be going back!

This may possibly be the worst towing experience I have ever had. After my accident I wasnt even allowed to get my daughters car seat out of my totaled car until I handed over my title. I am a very down to earth person and more understanding and reasonable than most.I was treated terribly. I even called to ask for hours and was yelled at over the phone.

I have been using Getz Service Station for a few years now for my cars. They have always been open and honest about their pricing and since i work close I get someone to pick me up and drop me off which requires me to give them a specific time where they have to be completed by and they have never missed that deadline.They have good tech's there who seem knowledgeable about the task. They were honest when I was going to take my Audi there that they don't have a lot of the needed equipment of the German cars because they use such specific tools and requires training on those but in general don't waste your money on dealerships for $300 brake jobs these guys get it done quick and reasonably priced.

The only shop I take my vehicles to for repairs. I've used them since I was 17, They bent over backwards for me. Even towed my hot rod for a reasonable price and helped me get it in my garage. Bought a old truck from me I couldn't repair to help me out. They are fast, reliable, great prices, and the family atmosphere when I enter. They remember my name and vehicles. I'm a customer for life

If I could give a negative star review I would. My car broke down during a snowstorm and I called AAA. They dispatched Getz and I received a notice they would arrive in one hour. My dog was in the car and the car was in the middle of the road so I did not want to wait in the car with the dog and get hit by another car in the snow. I had a friend drive me 1/2 mile down the road. I was notified by AAA I would get a call 10 minutes prior to the arrival of the tow truck. I got a call that the tow truck was at the car. I said I would be there shortly as I was 1/2 mile down the road. The gal rudely said he will wait five more minutes. When i tried to explain that I did not received the promised ten minutes notice she just kept repeating he would leave in five minutes. She could care less. The tow truck driver was equally as rude and effectively acting like he was doing me a favor. He spoke condescending and quite frankly was a complete jerk. USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY! They are rude plain and simple.

Getz is great! I highly recommend them. I was introduced to Getz Automotive three years ago. I had just moved to the area and needed to find a reliable mechanic. I am very mechanically inclined and, from a technical perspective, I fully understand the basic operations of all sub-systems in an automobile. Not only is Getz reliable, but I can honestly say their repair prices are very very reasonable. I know how long certain repairs take, and Getz ALWAYS gives me a fair price that is reasonable for the time involved. Brad, their service manager, is awesome. Four months ago, I had taken my SUV there for rear rotors and pads. A winter storm was approaching the next day, and I didn t think that my vehicle would be done before the storm. I called at 4PM and Brad told me they wouldn t complete the job that day. I was not upset and I was okay with this. Then at 5PM (one hour later) Brad called me and told me the job was done! It turns out that two mechanics decided to stay late and work on my car together just to get my car done before the storm. Each one took a rotor and brake pad on each side of the vehicle! Talk about teamwork and going the extra mile to get the job done for the customer. I was very impressed! Then today, I called there (4 months later) to ask them a simple question. I tell Brad my name and immediately he says yeah, the Honda CRV . I was impressed that he remembered me and my car! That s a great service manager! Trust me, Getz is a great place to take your vehicle.

Explained things thoroughly indicating that it would take a few days to get a Lexus alternator. A faulty one came in. They sent it back to get a good one and still finished ahead of their prediction. Would highly recommend them

I've been taking my vehicle here for state inspection since I moved to the area about 4 years ago. The folks at Getz have always been great as long as I've been bringing my vehicle there.Last inspection, I had needed to replace my brake caliper, which was luckily still under warranty. I swapped this out at the parts store, and brought the new one to Getz to have it installed. Brad in particular was very helpful with this swap, and had even stayed about an hour past his shift on a Friday to make sure I got my vehicle back in time for the weekend. I thought for sure I would have a ridiculous bill to go long with this extra work on top of my inspection, but I was very happy to see that the bill was much lower than I had expected.I had originally come to Getz because they were the closest and most convenient location to get my vehicle inspected each year, but they've certainly earned my loyalty on top of the convenience. I will continue to bring my vehicle to their shop as long as I live in the area as I feel great service deserves continued business.

They did an awesome job at a reasonable price! honest, local people, and I appreciated there work...they went above and beyond and walked me through all the issues with my vehicle, with sound advice letting me physically walk under my car and see for myself . They towed my truck to their shop and fixed the blown spark plug. Thank you, so far so goodJust got back from a customer. Can't believe how much better the gas mileage is now that they fixed the spark plugs.

BEWARE OF THEFT!! My car broke down on the highway outside of Allentown, PA, and I called AAA, and Getz responded. They are the local AAA provider. The driver of the tow truck was wonderful and took the time to figure out what was wrong with my car. They had time to fix it in the morning, and I was so relieved. I arrived to pick up my car in the morning, and the vibe was weird, aloof and unfriendly. The guys who were hanging around the desk scurried off when I came in asking for my car. The young woman behind the counter was abrupt and rude, made zero eye contact, threw my keys across the counter at me, and grunted. I gave thanks for their help getting my car fixed and got zero response. I went to fill up before hitting the road, and discovered that several personal belongings had been stolen. A police report has been filed, but I doubt I will see justice. Out of State plates make easy targets for scum like this. I believe the employees stole my things, yet will probably never be proven. AAA will be hearing from me next. GET FAR AWAY FROM GETZ!!

Do NOT let these people touch your ride. My wife made the mistake of pulling with a low tire pressure one morning on her all wheel drive SUV. The 'mechanic' 'fixed it' with a stab plug--a very quick and dirty fix that ultimately destroys the usability of the tire by causing the leak to migrate through the steel belting to other locations in the tire. Since a new tire has to be within a certain tread depth of the other three tires in an AWD vehicle, you often end up having to replace all four tires instead of one to keep the vehicle running properly. Just a few more minutes with a traditional patch from the inside and a new valve stem would have done the trick--but thanks to Getz we now getz to buy 4 new tires for 800 bucks. Seriously thinking about legal action through small claims court at this point.

I wish I could give negative stars. The most rude ignorant people I have ever dealt with. If you rent a Uhaul there plan on being treated like an inconvenience and then they will make you walk about 1/4 mile to get your truck and then do the same thing upon returning the vehicle. And if you refuse to park it back in their other lot you will be cursed out and called names by the owner.Steer clear of these "people" and tell Uhaul you refuse to do business with them. You can also tell they don't care about how people perceive them because their so called office and store is a run down dump.

Friendly people. I've been having battery issues and need jumps to get going, but my hours of work prevented me to get to a garage. So I took advantage of our battery service with our AAA plan .they accommodated my needs while I was working and was done in the rain .much appreciated!!

I ve been to many auto repair shops throughout my life. Getz service was my greatest experience. They fixed all the little problems (oil change, wiper fluid, lug nuts, & I was very pleased with their service. I just found my Mechanic

I was in a car accident and called AAA to be towed. Getz was the towing service dispatched. The elderly man who gave me the ride/tow home was very nice and comforting as I assume he could sense I was stressed.

Convenient. Old pumps (they had to run the credit card before pumping from inside, not pumpside). Doesn't take Amex. Seemed overpriced: name brands were $0.25 cheaper 1/3rd of a mile down the road I was bummed to learn.

The staff was very professional went above an beyond! Tony was great! Definitely recommend them if you need a tow!
