I have to give a shout out to Ed Hess. This was a return visit for a leaking tire. He was able to quickly find the culprit, which was a 1/2" long piece of metal about the size of a pencil lead. At the time, I was very frustrated but Ed had me laughing before I left. This guy needs a raise for his great customer service skills! He turned a bad day into a great experience. Thanks Ed!

Quick, and they went out of their way to check out a tire sensor for me. Price was excellent.

Now there was a long wait because of the remodeling going on in the service center. But they were upfront and honest about the time it would take and had my vehicle oil change and pit service done before they had promised it done. Would love to have the patience of the Service guy that waited on me. Very patient even when customers weren't patient. Great job and as always will recommend service center there to all my friends and neighbors.

Came in with a destroyed rear tire. The Walmart guys made sure they had the proper new tire and were very cool. They explained that any old tire could hurt my truck and then ordered the right one for me. Great service!

We had a tire to go out on the road. It was getting late in the afternoon. I called the nearest Walmart. It took us awhile to get there. They were getting close to quitting time. They were waiting for us. They were so helpful. Even the lady who answered the phone was most helpful too. I can't say enough of how appreciative we are. Thanks Bradford, PA for coming to our aid.

Service was great, quick and efficient and the guys in automotive answered some questions I had and didn't make me feel like they were stupid questions.

There's no walk-ins allowed....but they don't answer their phones. How does that work? I've called at different times across 4 days. I always get transferred to the regular walmart phones and always get transferred back to the auto section but nobody answers no matter how long I stay on the phone. Very frustrating.

They were fast and efficient, however, their scan to track the progress of your vehicle wasn't working. Other then that, they were great!

Went there for a oul change and the lady was very rude,never let us know when the car was done plus broken headlight and car now pulls to the right and inliterally just got a al8ngment 2 weeks before..discustedvwith this place.

They sell tires but because I ordered them on the Walmart website, the store wouldn't put them on.
