Tried to charge my girlfriend 400 dollars for one tie rod replacement. I don't mean all four tires I mean one tie rod. Then couldn't even put the new hub caps on and decided to paint a broken one along with the rim to hide damage.

My car was in an accident they did the body work to fix it. But when we had the car returned to us had all kinds of problems that we didn't even have before the accident or before it went to their shop. Erie insurance covered it but refuses to believe there's more that happened in the accident and Dexter's just wants me out their hair and tells me to take it so.e where else. They even gave a so called brand new battery but it died not even 2 weeks after getting it. Dexters is refusing to do anything about it they just keep dodging me or tell me that it doesn't make sense. SO OVERALL DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THAN IT WENT IN WITH. Worst experience with an auto shop ever. Until they do something to make it right I will keep this posting and rating up for the hundreds of people who actually read my reviews on places in and around Bradford. All I want is my car back to at least the way it was before the accident nothing more nothing less. I will be leaving this review every where I can until something is done about it Dexters.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Superb experience. 65 yrs old and my first experience with an Auto Body claim. Everyone was helpful and friendly and made my whole experience a win! Oh, and my car looked awesome!!

They have always been helpful in getting an appointment when needed and making the time without a vehicle as minimal and painless as possible.My family has been very happy with the service and the people here. We never go anywhere else.

I took my car here for a PA State Inspection. The online appointment scheduling process was very easy and they had the inspection done within an hour. The office staff was friendly and professional. Al also responded quickly and was pleasant when I emailed him with some questions that I had after my appointment.

Quick and professional service. I got an oil change on my 19 F-150 right at 7:45 the time of my appointment. The price was awesome and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Besides being good at what they do, Dexter's absolutely cares about their customers. My mother-in-law took her car there for years and always spoke highly of the service and care she and her car received. When we had a chance to use them ourselves, we saw how right she was. Al especially treated us like family, as corny as that may sound. They were definitely HONEST too, as I went in there ready to get a full set of tires and was told I didn't need them yet. You can't do better than Dexter's. Highly recommended.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment

Dexter's deserves an A+++ for the quality of their work and and an A++++ for customer care. The body work that they completed on my Subaru Outback after a deer collision was great. Their responsiveness and follow up was some of the best that I've seen with any type of service provider.

I scheduled an appointment for an inspection and asked them if they could put in a blower motor I had that I had sitting in my car and they did both but charger me $151.05 to do those and put in one marker bulb. A job that I did once in my driveway that took me 10 minutes and they charged me $80 for. I only had them do it because I figured it would be more convenient for them to do it instead of myself in my driveway. The other time I brought my girlfriends jeep in for an inspection and they failed it and said it would need $4k worth of repairs in order to pass. We took the jeep to another shop the next day and it passed no problem. Dont take your vehicle here unless you need a place to spend all of your money

My Son (student at UPITT Bradford) ...service was prompt and courteous...quality of work to be determined after time of course. Cost...a lot of hours for starter and front swing arm on a Nissan. Price of parts competitive. Only detractor in my review is cost of labor. And it wasn't an emergency weekend job. So..a 3.

My water-pump went bad near Bradford PA on the way from DC to Buffalo, This shop was very accommodating, the staff were friendly and honest and the shop fixed everything for a fair price. Very happy with the experience, especially since I was far from home and in a tough situation

Best all around collision/ garage I've found in Bradford. Al is exceptionally delightful to deal with even after working in the automotive field most of my life and I trust his and his techs recommendations. My go-to for collision and inspections.

What a great place!! We took our truck there after damage from a deer. Not only did the truck get repaired flawlessly, they also cleaned the truck for us. What a fantastic surprise!!! We will totally go there again.
