Truck was at shop for two days for manifold leak and a leaking tail shaft seal. Upon return of my vehicle cab smelled like exhaust fumes and the leaky seal was never replaced. They charged the warranty as if the work was done without completing any work. Manager was combative and said they fixed vehicle and couldn t find any leaks. Thats when I crawled under vehicle and took the pictures of the problems they said they couldn t find. SHADY GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS. Then the wonderful manager CHRIS BAKER gave me this loaner car as an appreciated customer. Remember folks you the customer come first.

The service department was great diagnosing our issue and handled it promptly & professionally. The service advisor, Cullen, kept us updated throughout and got it done for us within the same day. As far as the sales department not so much. After a sale, they don't care what needs repaired etc. it's the consumers responsibility.

My ford explorer was dragging a piece of plastic. I stopped in and Pete took excellent care to fix it and even filled my windshield washer fluid. Top notch, highly recommended.

I bought a new truck in October got a good deal fast forward to February I had over 4,000 lb of snow and ice total my truck came back April 1st and I got even a better deal thanks to Michael D vone

Absolutely garbage place to buy from will never ever buy a vehicle from them again. Salesman was absolutely great. Office people are garbage waited 3 weeks to pay off my other vehicle after I was told it was gonna be done the next business day. Also got told that I should not drive my vehicle because they waited month to get my registration sent out. This place is awful.

Professional con artist work here that represent the Ford brand.. I'd go to any ford dealership other than this one ,to buy sell or get a vehicle appraised !My personal experience was over 2 months of getting the run around for original vehicle service on 2019 f150 and then selling it due to high fuel prices and then more run aound because .....Fairway already sold the truck and was waiting for the new owner's check to clear before paying me in the bank ...long after the 10 day pay off notice !Fairway never had the funds to buy the truck to begin with !!!! This isn't how any professional dealership buys vehicles, as typically they give you a check on the spot or with the intended payoff notice 10 day time frame !

Lucas was amazing to deal with. We bought 2 cars in 2 days. He accomodated our availability and made great deals for us. He was personable and made us feel like family. I highly recommend him and would definitely deal with him again!

I had new tires put on my car and the service was spectacular! I actually had am issue afterwards with the tire valve and they helped me with that also. I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely go back in the future.

If I could give negative stars I would. The salesman made a huge mistake on our financing paperwork but wouldn't own up to it. The finance guy outright lied to us. The dealership was not willing to correct anything..just said it's your problem now. I can't stress enough to not go there!!

Not sure what's going on there, on the phone with internet sales they told me they had a black suv there and the white one was sold so I went down to look at the black one. I could not find the black one so I called again and they told me he lied to me and had the white one and they had sold the black one. Then they wanted me to come inside to talk about a deal. I said that I do not want to come inside. I thought internet sales was supposed to be on the internet or on the phone.

Had key fob programed and a window air leak fixed. Great service for not purchasing my explorer limited here. Would recommend this service department.

Very nice front end guy but not a single employee wearing a mask, with 0 effort by employees to require customers to wear masks. This place is for sure a COVID hotspot, STAY AWAY!

I bought my 2014 Dodge Avenger here, and did not do my research beforehand. I paid over $2,000 more than it was worth, there were issues with the engine, suspension, electrical, and it did not pass inspection a month later. They also lied about the car being accident-free. The most dishonest business in town.

Had an appointment to purchase a vehichle from this dealership, while in transit to appointment with them they sold the vehichle out from underneath me, very unprofessional, dont recommend this dealership to future customers who want a honest and reliable sale, there excuse was because I was not willing to give them my personal information over the phone so there would be less paperwork when I arrived, I should have to say no more.

I called to get some information on a vehicle that a salesman was selling. I've been there before a couple times before and they haven't be able to get me financing on a vehicle. The salesman treated me Horrible when I called again about a vehicle.. very upset with this place.

Sales manager was kind of rude needs to learn costumers are supposed to be first not personal meetings about stuff that don't have any thing to to do with the job but good service though
