Terry's Towing Service i would give no stars if i could. smh. they pushed my brothers bike with back of a flatbead truck into the spot they had it in. they had the pieces to the bike laying on top of random cars open in the lot for anyone to potientally take. this isn t how you treat somebody s property. the bike wasn t even that bad before they towed it. when approached about this issue was spoken to very disrespectfully by the workers and owner and they tried to deny the extra damage done to the bike. owner Terry said it s not my problem have a good life ** the girl in the office was very nice. also. says they are always open but told us they were closed on weekend. $500 for them to damage a biket.Service: Motorcycle towing

COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable business practices. They refuse to take accountability or acknowledge anything my family and I are saying. They blocked us on Facebook to avoid their treatment of our property getting publicized.They pushed my cousin s bike with back of a flatbead truck into the spot they had it in. He was literally in the hospital with broken bones and a cracked skull while they did this. They had the pieces to the bike laying on top of random cars open in the lot for anyone to potientally take. This isn t how you treat somebody s property. They made the condition of the bike far worse than it actually was after the crash. When approached about this issue, my family was spoken to very disrespectfully by the workers and owner and they tried to deny the extra damage done to the bike. owner Terry said it s not my problem have a good life

Professional, courteous, and timely. They went and picked my dumb truck up on the side of the highway and took it to my shop. My dump was back to the shop with in an hour and a half. The price was fair.I will definitely use them again if needed.Service: Car towing

Very high priced for towing. They towed it at appropriately 2am and at 9am I was there to pick it up and the Cost was $500.00 for a 5 mile tow. Smh I had to hand over my title because I didn't have the cash to pay it and each day it sits on their lot the price goes up.

Incredibly fast service at a very fair price and tow truck drivers could not be more pleasant. Such a great experience compared to other towing companies I've had to use through my roadside assistance.

Super nice guys got hung up with a low bed semi trailer could have charged what ever he wanted I didn't have a choice being from out of state and having the road blocked but he didn't was very fair even cut me a break thanks guys hopefully I never need e tow again but if I do will definitely call you.

Very quick response and excellent services along with care for vehicles and customers provides a wide variety of services and is very skilled and delicate at vehicle recovery and now serves the kittaning area with a garage in a addition to their original shop in brackenridge
