The owner is truly a amazing man the whole family is great when getting work done with them they treat you like family I would send all my work to them great price and work to match hands down the best around

Hands down super reasonable and very helpful. Got a great deal, warranty, and had a pleasant experience over all. He even took my car back the next week and had all the little things fixed up quick. Great shop, great cars, highly recommended.

I bought a Forester from Mr. Bertolino last year, he was very friendly, showed me the Carfax report from it and chatted a bit. His wife did all the paperwork, a very nice lady. They even put up with me taking it for a few hours to my mechanic (where I spent entirely too much time BSing, sorry Mr. Bertolino!) and worked with me on the price even though there wasn't anything other than maintenance issues that it needed.I didn't have any meaningful contact with his staff (one of which is his son, who was also very friendly and polite) while I was there, though I did turn up at lunch time and had to wait a few minutes, poor timing on my part, so I had a friendly chat. No complaints about anyone there, a bunch of nice guys.Overall I would buy a car again from Bertolino's if the opportunity came up.

Awesome place and really awesome place bought a ford exploer and really happy they are not like most car sales people they go above and beyond and are extremely friendly
