My family has bought cars and have had our cars serviced at Suggs Chevrolet for a few years now. The staff at Suggs are very consistent. Bob Sugg and his staff are as professional as they are courteous. We highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable, fair priced automobile that they will go out of their way to help you find what is right for you. As far as having your car serviced at Suggs, Bill will explain exactly what needs to be done, resulting in no surprise costs with your car and the service prices are very reasonable.

Sugg motor car is a great place for Vehicle sales and service. I bought a Ford escape and it is a excellent vehicle. Bob Sugg is very nice and helps you get into a great vehicle that fits your needs. Bill the service manager takes care of your vehicle and they have a great mechanic staff that is professional and has years of knowledge. I highly recommend Sugg motor car for vehicle sales and service.

Great full for my experience here with Sugg Motors Bob was so helpful & effective with the process of getting me into a great vehicle. I literally filled out a credit application and in the next less than 2hrs I was in a vehicle. I had a prior repo and was getting denied at dealerships who required more money down or a consigned which I did not have. Bob gave me a set price with no hidden fees or anything more than the price we discussed, so I was very pleased. Thank you!

Never ever in my life have I been treated the way I was by Bob Sugg. This review should have a NEGATIVE 5 Star. I'm up here from Florida in the town I grew up in, Boyertown, for my mothers death. Yesterday (2/14/2018) I happened to see a $12,000 Dodge Dakota truck I really wanted on the Sugg Lot next to Americana Diner on route 100. I call about it, I go see it, I say I want it. I get APPROVED for it. Bob then tells me I need another $1,000 CASH down besides my trade-in of $4,000. I have the $1,000 cash, Bob then agrees to let me overnight him the title for my trade-in Monday when I get back home to Florida. THEN TODAY (2/15/2018) I am told by Bob he CANNOT do the deal because he needs the title NOW... knowing the title is in Florida. AND he AGREED to SELL ME the TRUCK. HOW can he get away with this???? I finally found a truck I really wanted and I am DENIED BUYING it because I do NOT have the title on me???? Since WHEN has this EVER been an issue???? The title is a CLEAR title and the Florida DMV has a copy of it. How is this even LEGAL what he did to me on Valentine's Day after I have just dealt with the passing of my mother. SERIOUSLY???? WOW what a MEAN and RUDE man Bob Sugg is.

This has been the 2nd vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Sugg. I don't have to remind anyone of all the struggles we all have faced lately and with the current economic crisis I was reluctant to buy anything however needs are important and knowing a trusted dealership helps quite alot when making a decision. Thank you again Bob and your staff for being honest and working hard to satisfy the customer. In today's world its good to see integrity.

I went here to look at a car I was interested in online. I didn t have the best credit and Bob was so helpful getting me financed with a deal that would work for me. A couple days later he called me to let me know that his finance guy had found an even better deal with a much lower monthly price. He was very easy to work with financing and the car is amazing! Very professional and polite and honest. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a nice reliable replacement vehicle for my 18 year old daughter. Found a 2003 Nissan Altima online at Sugg Motorcar (low miles, 2 owner, low price, clean), to which was test driven. Service engine light was on during test drive. Bob had car diagnosed same day and immediately called my daughter and I to advise vehicle needed a new cat converter before we take possession of vehicle. He ordered the part, which arrived a few days later, and had it installed. I appreciate the communication from Bob and his desire to make sure vehicle is right before selling. Bob values his customers!!

I purchased a vehicle here with the extended warranty almost 2 years ago. I take very good care of my vehicles as my last vehicle was driven over 225,000 miles. My engine died on me so I contacted them about my warranty and they are now trying to make everything my fault even with service records. I paid for the warranty for nothing and now they will not stand by it. Do not buy from these people they do not stand by their word nor do they tell you how hard it is to file a warranty claim

I am an 18 year old new car owner. I wanted to make sure I got my first vehicle from someone reliable and who was dedicated to their profession. I had my eye on a car that was in terrific condition on their lot and had decided to take it for a test drive. Mr. Sugg was extremely helpful and took the time to explain and answer any questions we had. He made sure that we were kept in the loop and that we were happy. We were running late I m picking up the car but he made sure to wash the car and he stayed an hour after closing so that way I could get my vehicle. I absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants a reliable and trustworthy dealer.

I recently found the truck I was looking for on the internet four plus hours away from my home. After sending an email inquiry about availability and such on a Saturday evening I got a return phone call on Sunday and was told it was still available. I made the long trip to see it and was treated extremely well by nice professional people who care about what they do. After a short test drive I knew it was what I was looking for. The result was a quick and well handled sales transaction. I will say to all interested parties that Sugg Motorcar is a fine place to buy a good used vehicle. Jack Phelps

I bought a car from them 2 years ago mechanically cars been fine but few months after buying the interior top started hanging down very badly they touched a bunch of stuff areas up with paint on the outside of the car. Got me with a insanely high interest rate told me if I made extra payments that my interest rate would drop I ve made multiple extra payments and intrest rate has not dropped what so ever talked to the finance company and was told they don t do that and wasn t sure why the dealer told me that. They also kept pushing me to buy the car even when I was unsure this place is not honest in my option what so ever. I also looked into trading my car in other day somewhere else due to needing a truck and found out that the vehicle has been in one or 2 accidents and when I bought the car the car fax I was shown did not show any accident history on it. I would never buy a car or vehicle from this place if you are smart stay away!!

I was looking for a new, updated vehicle with a subpar credit score. Feeling very discouraged and like I wasn't going to find something that fit me, I got a call from Bob Sugg. From the moment we spoke, he was extremely helpful, transparent, and easy to speak to. I was nervous because this was my first, big vehicle purchase and I am extremely happy i did it with Sugg Motor Car! I love my new 2017 Chevy Trax! Even after purchasing the vehicle, Bob has remained helpful and accommodating with any questions I may have. I do not believe there will be any problems, but I know that if any do pop up, I will be in good hands and Bob will be there to help! I HIGHLY recommend Sugg Motor Car Co!Update: A couple of months after getting my new car, I was involved in a car accident. Thankfully, Sugg Motor Car Co has a body shop on site!! I was able to get my car in right away for repair and I felt OK with the company who was doing it because I've already built a relationship with Sugg. They even finished the car a day early! I love how his dealership is all inclusive! Notary, dealership, body shop!--just know you'll be taken care of.

Bob the owner was very nice. Worked with me to get me in the truck I wanted and was very honest. I would definitely recommend anyone to check them out. Very happy with there service. UPDATE: had a little problem with vehicle and bob and bill were right on it. Backed it up all the way. Definitely buy a vehicle off these people.

Do not take your car to Sugg Service department! I was charged 133.50 to clean carbon off of my spark plug. No parts involved, just labor. I was charged 44.50 to give me a price to replace my undercarriage. The service manager did not inform me he was charging me 44.50 to give me a price to replace the plastic undercarriage.

Horrible car. First 4 months of having the car my alternator went along with a couple other things. Still least then a year since I ve had the car and it s still been nothing but issues. Now check engine light is on. On top of it screw me out my loan over charged and made my interest rate out of pocket so I m paying way more then what the car is worth. Never go to them. EVER!!!!

Went in and looked at a truck they had, was very interested and was told I would hear back Monday on what they would give me for my trade in on my current vehicle. Got a text today, Monday, saying that they sold the truck right after I left. Would ve been nice to know Saturday when I looked because I would ve been able to go look at another truck that was exactly what I was looking for. Very unhappy with the fact I would be told numbers and able to discuss numbers today and got a good luck with your search for a truck

I recently bought a beautiful 13 GMC Sierra, one of the cleanest trucks I ve ever seen. From start to finish Bob Sugg was professional and courteous to my family and I. We are very happy with his service and will definitely be back in the future, I highly recommend them !!!

After finding the car, the process of buying the car was easy and relaxed. And everyone there was so nice. Robert Sugg, broke down every detail and was easy going, didn t force pressure and didn t talk me into another car. The first visit I got pre-qualified and the second visit, I was able to drive the car I fell in love with home. I seriously recommend Sugg motor dealership in boyertown. Best dealership ever!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We got a dodge caravan there a year ago. The second month the heater didn t work last winter. We spent over 700 dollars to get it fixed. We then spent 1800 dollars in November to pass inspection. Last week, the heater was blowing anti freeze and just got told it will be 1200 to fix. The blower, heater core, and tons of leaks needed to be replaced. I can t believe we put all this money into a car we just bought. I will never buy another car there again.

This is absolutely crazy. I called him before we came down with our newborn and and 2 kids for a 3 hour drive round trip but asked if anything was wrong with the truck at all and he said no. Nothing. I just drove it for the snowstorm. Said it shifts and goes into gear and 4WD PERFECT! This was a complete lie. We get here and it doesn t shift out of first gear and doesn t go into 4 wheel and doesn t go over like 25mph without sounding like it s gonna blow up. Don t ever waste your time here. I d rate zero stars if I could.

I bought a car from them a while back very nice people they drove the car to my office before the days of bringing into the office and it was a great time I also got at least $150,000 miles on the car just like my eyeglass shop I go to Brian's eyeglass shop very reliable very caring without asking

Disappointed ... My daughter in law purchased a Dodge Durrango with a broken rear seatbelt. I told them 2 times to order another one, but the refused to and they said it would be better for her to get it at a dealership closer to where she lived.The seatbelt had been tucked under the seat and so it wasnt visible until after we dug it out. We said something within the first week.She also bought a warranty, and her alternator went which they did cover, but they refused to fix the broken seatbelt ...

Took my honda crv 09Gave me an estimated of $240Then they told me that the water pump had to be replace,The serpentine belt had to be replace and the belt tencioner had to be replace for a total labor of $600. Took the car to another garage they replace the water pump and the serpentine belt for $220. My review is very poor
