Easiest process to buy a bike I have come across, from purchase to delivery. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole experience was seamless, everything was done without even stepping in the dealership. Will use again down the line when it s time for the next bike!

Very good service. Wasn t sure what I wanted but they let me sit on all the bikes on my own to see what felt comfortable, and were around to answer questions when needed. Decided to buy a new Triumph Speed Twin and definitely like my purchase. The transaction was easy and delivery was free and only took a few days.

At first, I was almost going to buy a Honda Monkey from a dealer that was closer to me (like I was prepared to go down that day to buy it). At the last moment, I remembered Martin Moto, which was more than an hour away from me. But, actually, it was the first dealership I had ever been to when I first was looking to get into motorcycling (over three years ago after I passed my permit test). I pulled up their website and found they had a 2023 Honda Monkey in the color I wanted, listed at a slight discount being a 2023 model. So, I requested a quote through the website. In less than fifteen minutes, I received a quote for the 2023 Honda Monkey that was lower than any quote I received from other dealers. They didn't charge a setup fee, which saved at least $400 off the out-the-door price. Add in the fact that they offered free delivery in a large area, and I was sold.All of the transactions were done online and through email. It was very easy and I did it throughout my work day (Don't tell my boss). By the end of the day, I had purchased my first motorcycle and it was set to be delivered the next morning to my house! Matt, the delivery guy, was extremely friendly and kept me informed of when he was going to arrive.I still cannot believe it was that easy! Look forward to doing more business with you in the future!

Martin Moto is my go to dealership, between my wife and I we ve purchased multiple motorcycles from them and every transaction has been super smooth and easy. Factor in no setup fees and free delivery within a surprisingly large radius, it s hard to beat the value they are offering. Shout out to Brian and the entire Martin Moto team for creating an excellent customer service experience. I ll be buying bikes from you guys for years to come.

Took my bike for an inspection. They said no one was in front of me so they could get me in right away. That's where the positives ceased. Ten minutes in, they tell me that they can't get my bike started. It just "buzzes". Probably need a new battery. Also needs a front tire. I just laughed and went to my bike. And to my surprise, it started right up. That's because I installed a new battery that morning. And against my better judgement, I let them replace the front tire. The price of the tire was good and the mount and balance was high. Then I didn't get my bike back for over two hours. Knowing how much they love money there, I'm assuming they were trying to get me to buy something else. They received the last of my money. Never again.

Talk about Customer Service!I have visited the dealership a few times prior to my purchase, and was always greeted with a smile. They have a big selection of bikes for all styles of riding and the closest at just under 1 hr from home. The browsing experience each visit was no hassle and an easygoing atmosphere. There is complimentary water and snacks for everyone which works out great for when you visit with kids. The staff lets you know that they are available and don t follow you like vultures.As for purchasing experience, it was the smoothest I have ever experienced. I worked with John who was knowledgeable and easy going. This dealership will actually allow you to test drive the bike (you need to be licensed and have gear, provide Id and sign a waiver) which is unheard of. Usually at other dealerships that I have asked about test driving you basically have to be ready to buy the bike. I was looking for a comfortable cruiser to ride 2 up and was even allowed to ride with my wife as a passenger when I took this bike for a test ride. Long story short, they were willing to hold the bike for me (with a deposit of course, less than what I would have expected too). The bike came with dealer warranty, full tank, and goodies. After riding home I found my driving lights that came with the bike didn t turn on and had some hardware missing. They were ready to take the bike in the next day to resolve my concerns at no charge. I look forward to my next purchase with them as they make you feel valued when coming to their dealership and stand behind their product.

I purchased a triumph from them because they were the only dealer within 100 miles that had the bike in stock. Long story short, the bike was delivered without being built to what I ordered because of back order of parts. I should ve refused delivery but they didn t have a timeframe on the back order parts at that time. I never had the chance to get the motorcycle back to them to get the parts put on and now they want me to repay for them again. Sometimes life gets in the way! If the bike isn t built with your add on or they are on back order, refuse delivery until complete! Safe riding!

I called since they advertised a used Kaw Mule with 15hrs (light scratches since used on farm) for just under $8500. Then after all the fees they were at $9803... Got 5 quotes from other Kaw dealers that were that and 2 less for a brand new unit. Said that to salesman and well he didn't have anything to say. There freight was the highest of any dealer I called. Its amazing how many price swings you will get on the same unit when calling but I didn't anticipate the used one coming in 3rd cheapest. I didn't have a great experience here today on the phone. Gave 2 stars only since they were prompt on getting responses.

I have family that has gotten bikes and gotten their bikes serviced at Martins before and they ve had great experiences. I just purchased a bike with assistance from Cordell and the experience was great as well. He made sure that the bike that I was looking for was held for me before it was even posted on the website! The purchasing process was super quick and easy. He even followed up with me after purchasing to see how I ve been enjoying the bike!

The staff at Martin Moto helped me secure a limited run dream bike that I didn t think I d have any chance of owning and the entire transaction was a pleasure. The Martin Moto team are top notch, which is why they ve become my go to dealer despite the distance I have to travel to get there, it s been worth it. This current purchase is my second bike from Martin Moto and I highly recommend them if you re in the market for a new or used ride.

As a first time motorcycle buyer I could not have asked for a better experience. They not only sold me a kickass piece of history on two wheels that I plan on cherishing for a long time, they were also accommodating fairly priced and did everything they could to make my experience perfect. I worked with Dennis directly and he is a personable and helpful person who aided me in getting the bike of my dreams out the door. Customer service being "good" or "bad" can be very subjective, but blatant negligence is inarguable. While the sales team at Martin Moto is acceptable and eager to earn one's business, the service department's performance has me writing off the entire dealership. My 2023 Triumph was with their service team for a month for warranty repair of a failed gear position sensor mere weeks after buying it new. In fairness the time required for delivery of parts was well outside of their control, as is the build quality of Triumph's motorcycles. Though other's experiences may differ, communication was often arduous.Unbeknownst to me at pick-up this past Saturday, my motorcycle s reassembly was done incorrectly and the brake light was inoperable. For the sake of others' understanding, the parts that needed replacement are obstructed by the rear brake master-cylinder and accompanying components. Before I picked up the bike, it was test-ridden to check for completeness of repair. While riding the bike back home, more than once, following cars kept getting much closer to me than is safe as I slowed or came to a stop. At one point passed on my right by a Dodge Ram at a changing signal. I had not noticed until parking in my darkened garage that night that my brake light was "stuck on" and would not shut off. Motorcycles are already difficult for drivers to see and judge safe following-distance from on the best day, and my brake and tail light functioning incorrectly only made this much worse.Besides being closed Sunday and Monday, it would be entirely unsafe to ride the bike back to Martin Moto. Not wanting to wait an unknown amount of time for them to pick it up and eventually repair, I investigated on my own. I traced the issue to the rear brake light switch by disconnecting it at its connector. The brake light immediately shut off, and then functioned correctly with the front brake lever being applied. Removing the entire rear switch from the bike but reconnecting its wires proved that it was still functional when operated by hand. At Martin Moto, the rear brake switch assembly was put back on the bike and tightened down, never adjusted to interface with the brake pedal correctly. The bike wouldn't even have to be "on" to know what's correct installation and what isn't.I'm glad to not be surrendering my bike or my own time for another minute at Martin Moto. I feel bad for riders that don't have the same tools or know-how that I do and must place their trust fully in Martin Moto's service department. This entire situation could have ended tragically; even days or weeks later if the technician-induced malfunction wasn't noticed at all.Triumph America has been made aware of this situation.

After acquiring quite a sour taste of most dealerships, Martin Moto was a breath of fresh air. I had an annoying electrical issue with my Triumph, and called several dealers that were close to me but they couldn't take me sooner than the end of the summer. I called Martin Moto and their service manager, Jose, told me to bring it in whenever. The bike was fixed up and ready to go within 24 hrs. Jose was SO incredibly nice and friendly, he went above and beyond explaining the diagnosis and solution in every detail making sure we were fully informed. He was out sick when I came to pick up the bike yet he still called to give me all the information. Best customer experience in my over a decade of bike life. Thank you!!!

Just bought a ninja 636 there, and currently waiting for delivery today. But in the meantime, I couldn t be happier with the experience and service I received at martins. All staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. But cordell answered every question I had, super knowledgeable, pleasant to have a conversation with and be understanding of where I m at as a rider, Andthen he even helped push a bike threw inspection and service quicker to get it to me faster then originally planned. I Recommend this bike shop for all needs. Variety of helmets and other gear aswell. Can t wait to come buy another. Thanks a ton cordell!Edit: after having a buddy look over the bike with me, front pads are all but shot, the rear tire has 3 cracks in it that easily can be pulled apart with fingers. No reason these tires and pads shoulda been left on this bike and inspected like this. Service area, yea unsure how I feel about it at the moment. Iffy.-AH

I ve been satisfied with this place from the first time I walked in. They ve got an awesome selection of bikes. They also have free coffee, bottled water, and ice cream, and a really nice customer lounge. Basically it s just a cool place to hang out if you re a motorcycle enthusiast.I ve gotten my bike serviced there a few times and have always been satisfied with the work and price.The best experience I had was buying a new bike. The Triumph Trident I purchased is very popular and bikes are sold months before they come in. A lot of dealers would mark up the bike, or inflate other charges. Martin Moto stuck to MSRP and was generally fair, honest, and straightforward with their finances. They also threw in a few extras which were appreciated. Bill kept me well informed during the wait for my bike, he was a pleasure to work with.Overall I ve had nothing but good experiences at Martin Moto and recommend them highly.

Stopped in to look at their inventory since I was in the market for a new bike. Bought my fist bike from them 10 years ago and enjoyed the experience then. Got to talking with Tyler, one of their sales associates. After a great chat and a nice test ride I left with a deposit on a model I was extremely interested in. Short time later Tyler messaged me to say the bike was in and I could come test it out, showed up and left with it a few hours later. Everything about this place is amazing. The staff is super nice and well informed. The team loves motorcycles and it shows.The buying the bike process is just as great as picking out a bike. They don't rush you out the door and explain everything so you don't feel lost or over your head.This is one of the best places to shop for a bike in this area. Would highly recommend!

I worked with Kelly to buy my 2021 CB1000R, it was easily the best buying experience I've ever had. Responses from them were quick, informative, and reasonable. Transaction took place completely over email, then the bike was delivered to me the same day after agreeing on price. Never had to step foot outside. My experience with Martin Moto was stellar. I was in the market for a new Street Triple. I chatted with Cordell on the phone, agreed on a price and picked up my bike all within 24 hours. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The process at the dealership was painless. Cordell had my bike prepped and the paperwork barely took any time. They even threw in a free battery tender! I would highly recommend this team - they will be my first stop for future motorcycle purchases.
