Me and my husband are extremely satisfied with my 2022 Mazda Carbon Addition . A deer hit my the whole driver side and you cannot even tell it was hit. I give this place number 1 if you need any repairs due to accident ect.Thank you to all that made this happen.Very nice & respectful people FANTASTIC WORK Linda & Brittany were amazing ladies communication was great

Hey, I am very happy with the job performed on my truck. It seems flawless and was completed in a couple days. The advisor Travis was professional and accommodating made me comfortable. One other point they are very accommodating to military personnel and veterans.

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I had a coupon for a free detailing. When I called to make an appointment, both the receptionist and manager gave me a hard time about the coupon. I did not pressure them to honor the coupon since it was a few years old. Begrudgingly they agreed. Once I arrived, I received the same rude reception from both the front end and the manager. It was clear from the start that I needed a ride both ways. After 7 hours, they called to day it was done but there was no one available to come pick me up. They finally brought my car back. Once I turned on the car and heat vents - lots of debris came out. The gear shift had dirt (literal dirt) all around the base. I needed to clean my car from the detailing this establishment allegedly preformed. I will never go here again. I do not recommend this establishment!

The overall experience was really good. Only critical review was how long it took to get an inspection of my car. After that, the experience was phenomenal. My car was finished in a little less than two weeks. Sometimes, excellence takes some time. I would totally recommend them to anyone if you're looking for great attention to detail!

From scheduling, drop off, rental car meet up, calls to update and pick up - five stars! No one wants to have to use a place where their car needs repaired but if you do - hands down come here. Everyone was great, respectful and professional.

Brought my Mazda6 here after the front was wrecked by some jerk in a huge pickup truck in the parking lot of Bear Creek Ski Resort and he fled the scene. While there was a wait for parts and my insurer was astonishingly unresponsive, the folks at CarStar were great. Linda and Brittany were pleasant and kept me up to date. Just picked up my car and so far so good, fingers crossed. Looks great, but we all know a car just isn't the same after an accident. Ugh.

I am very happy with the repair service I received for my new car. The work is excellent and the communication was great. I appreciated the phone calls on Tuesday and Thursday. Linda and Brittany would call with updates on my car until the work was complete.

It was very easy to set up my appointment. Walking through my estimate was super simple. Everything was explained to me. They called me at different intervals to tell me about my car progress which I appreciated. Everything was so smooth very friendly staff, extremely transparent in the whole process. I would highly recommend.

They returned it unsafe vehicle to me, just so they could get paid instead of totaling my vehicle .We brought in our vehicle for service after an accident involving a deer. The damage was all undercarriage of the vehicle. After nearly 5 weeks, the vehicle was finally fixed. After I picked up the vehicle, I noticed the brakes were making noise. The receptionist told me to give it a few days (she was very nice) because sometimes that happens. The sound continued so I brought it back in. The tech told me that the vehicle was missing the entire back break due to it falling off. The missing break pad was on the side where the deer damage occurred. Kind of strange that a brake pad would fall out right where the deer hit me. We always took care of this vehicle. His excuse was it s an old car. We bought in a good, well-maintained vehicle and left with a worse one that was unsafe to drive. Awful experience.The car should have been totaled but they wanted to get paid. They skipped out on something that was easy to blame on the owner to ensure they would be paid versus totaling the vehicle. They valued profit over my safety.

Carstar Fred Beans is truly amazing. I got rear ended on 422 and ran everything through the other drivers insurance which was a nightmare. Fortunately I told them I had a preferred shop and got my car into the caring hands of the people at carstar. From that point on it was smooth sailing. They kept me posted with updates throughout the process and didn't drag their feet on anything. Everything was done very timely and to perfection. I couldn't be more pleased!

I only gave 4 stars because when I came to pick my car up after the work was complete, which was done perfectly, it looked brand new!! Even cleaned and washed!!! The girls at the desk I went to pay and get my keys seemed very rude!! I don t know there names, but when working with public , they should treat everyone the same.

Never in a million years have I experienced people as rude as this place! Went in to pick up a rental and was spoken to with complete attitude. Women at the front desk were speaking about me to each other while I was sitting there waiting to be picked up. Completely unprofessional!!! Would never go there!

Our car was backed into and needed front end repair. Our insurance company recommended Carstar of Boyertown. The estimate said the car repair would take 3 days. I knew that wasn t really possible and expected it to be about a week. They did call and update us by phone once a week. Weeks were going by and we were being told that all work was done but they were waiting on a new headlight that was on National backorder . Could not give us a date when it would be here. After 6 weeks I asked them for the part number, I decided to find it myself. I found one at a dealership in Florida and several aftermarket headlights. So I called back and asked to speak with the supervisor and gave him the information. I was then told that he would need to get approval from our insurance to use the aftermarket. He also said that the FL dealer would probably want more than normal for the headlight because it was hard to get? They should have done this research on their own. After they received this information, our car was completed in about a week. So total, they had our car 7 weeks. They did a good job on the repairs, but they took way too long.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop gets 5 stars for being prompt and communicative. They did their best to make sure my car was taken care of last minute and was able to go the extra mile to make sure my car was detailed inside and out before recieiving it back.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I had a decent experience here - a lot of miscommunications which, reading other reviews, seems like commonplace. My car wasn t done when initially said because they had to order parts which is fine. I didn t mind driving the rental. By Tuesday my car was done so I got a call that it was finished. I told everyone I talked to that I needed to come get my car 7:30-8 am Wednesday morning. There must have been confusion with that because by Tuesday night around 6:30 I received a call from someone saying my car actually wasn t ready and needed to be detailed and it wouldn t be ready until 9. Which does not at all work with my job. But I tried to make it work. My own boss suggested I leave work early instead to pick it up, which was a good idea. So calling this morning at 7:30 sharp to be sure it was ok to come after lunch to get my car, the receptionist Brittany said my car is actually ready. Which is frustrating because I was told 9 and now suddenly it is ready. But I was already on my way to work. She proceeded to be very rude when I expressed concerns about being charged for the rental and being confused that I was told 9 am just yesterday. I wanted to be sure that by coming back later in the afternoon instead of the morning meant I wouldn t have to pay for the rental. She kept interrupting me and just seemed generally annoyed. I ended up speaking to the office manager (Travis I believe) because the receptionist kept interrupting me and he told me they ended up working on my car late last night and finishing it, probably after I got off the phone with someone at CarStar at 6:30pm. So I m not sure if I would return here for service. I had them fix my car two years ago and everything then went well. I understand things happen. But being in a business where communicating correctly with customers is important, it was disappointing to have the interaction I did.Service: Body & Trim
