The staff at Total Mobility are exceptional. Tara is very patient and caters to the customer's scheduling needs with promtness and professionalism. Charlie is just about the friendliest salesman on earth, and has the patience to answer endless questions (which is bound to happen with adapted vehicles). He is polite but also a straight shooter. I highly recommend having a dealership that both, sells you the vehicle as well as handling modification and adaption issues in-house ...(I made the mistake on a previous modified vehicle, by not doing that). Bob is a thorough mechanic, and sees to needs if you address concerns with him. Cudos! ...the lobby took some getting used to, as it has just about the largest collection of taxidermy mounts.

We had TMS install two chair rails, and Charlie, our rep, made everything very easy for us. The prices were very reasonable, and Charlie was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. We'll be in the middle of another construction project, we'll definitely be calling TMS again!

We have dealt with this Total Mobility and Charlie Santa for many years for wheelchair conversions for our son. They are very professional yet at the same time you feel a personal touch when dealing with them. They provide a great quality product and work with you on any issues that might arise and do their best to get you exactly what you need. Phone calls are always returned promptly. I only have good things to say about Total Mobility and their staff and would recommend them highly.

We highly recommend Total Mobility Services who installed and programmed our adaptive driving equipment (the Bever smart steer). Communication with Charlie Santa at Total Mobility was very easy, and accurate. Service was highly professional and exceptional!! We have had zero problems with the equipment we had installed more than 4 years ago, which we are still using. Do not hesitate to contact Total Mobility Services for adaptive mobility needs.

Total Mobility has been my go-to dealer for all my vehicle accessible modifications since approximately 1993. I always tell people, "Maybe they don't have the showiest showroom, but they have the best mechanics. No matter what the problem, they stick with you until it is fixed. They have your driving safety and ability to drive at the center of their service. The best quality of service comes at a price. As the adage states, "You get what you pay for." I would sooner pay for top quality mechanics, than pay less and have to constantly return because it isn't fixed. They know what they are doing. In this day of multiple vehicles and multiple models it takes a great amount of training and instinct to work on accessible modified vehicles.Recently, I had a battery problem and called Warren. He worked with me until we figured out what happened which took about 45 minutes. Most garages would have told me to have it towed to their facility, then they would have worked on it. Warren knew how much it meant for me to be able to get it started. After all these years, the people at Total Mobility feel like family.

I have been buying my wheelchair accessible vehicles from Total Mobility since 2004. They have been absolutely great every time!! If I ever have a question or problem I always get 100% satisfaction from the people answering. Ray and Brandy have always treated me like a friend not just s buyer since the beginning. Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Santa who made my latest van purchase extremely easy and fast! Thank you! You couldn't ask for a better maintenance crew than they have there either! Fast, friendly, and always explain what they are doing, even if it is just scheduled maintenance. Thanks guys! I always have several Total Mobility business cards on me and when people ask where did I get my vehicle I tell them and give them a card. Have recommended them a 100 times over the years and will continue to do so! Thank you very, very much to everyone there.

Total Mobility is a professionally run asset to the MD/Pa/WVa area. My wife and I have been loyal customers for over 10 years. The staff is knowledgeable in every aspect of the handicap equipment industry. Our home is about 45 minutes from Boswell and it is worth the trip. If you are looking for dependable, honest and trustworthy company. They re the real deal!

Charlie was great to work with. He took the time to make sure everything was just perfect. When my hand control set up was originally off a little bit he jumped right in and moved things around while I was there. Then we took a second test drive just to be sure. I would completely trust Total Mobility with my vehicles.

They have a great staff that are helpful whether it is a phone call or a visit. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. I have had adaptive driving controls in handicap vans with Total Mobility for 15 years. They also installed an elevator in my home. Their modifications, servicing, and repairs are outstanding and completed on time. I would highly recommend them.

We have worked with Total Mobility for 15+ years for handicap equipment. Several years ago we bought a full size van and had a wheelchair lift installed. It worked fine, but really required 2 people to operate, one in and one out. We took a short trip and rented a minivan with ramp from Total Mobility. This was all it took and we decided to go to a minivan. For the simple reason my wife could use this by herself. Total Mobility has been a great asset getting handicap equipment. Sandy and Jerry

Scott was who I dealt with at total mobility. He was extremely helpful. The guys in the shop were very knowledgeable and did very neat work. I am very glad that I went with them for getting and installing my equipment.10/10 would recommend

Charlie Santa and the entire Total Mobility Staff have been amazing to work with. The Turny Evo Seat has changed our lives with the ability to be on the go all the time!! Its reliable, easy to use and makes transporting our son so much easier. One of the best investments made!! Thank you to Charlie and the 2 wonderful gentlemen that installed this seat so perfectly!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

I ve been in a wheelchair for 23 years and I ve been working with this business for more than half of that time. Other mobility businesses treat you like a number, not here. Everyone that works there is amazing and they will do all that they can to make sure that you are happy. Thanks for everything guys, and I ll be back to get a new wheelchair van, hopefully soon!

The recent purchase of my new Chrysler Town and Country wheelchair van from TotalMobility was the absolute easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. My salesman, Tom was by far the most compassionate and kind salesman I have had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge and understanding of my situation was excellent. The van provides total freedom of movement for my wheelchair-bound husband. We have the ability to go places and enjoy life again. I cannot thank Tom enough for everything he did (he went way above and beyond) to help me achieve my goal. My sincere appreciation to TotalMobility (especially to Tom) for a job well done!

Great caring staff to work with. Commited to going the extra mile, whether running out to buy a toy for my service dog to play with in the waiting area all day, lunch for an aide and I, to being commited to making sure my new wheelchair accessible van is set up perfectly for me and providing custom modifications to make my van work for me...

Total Mobility modified a John Deere gator so that I could drive it. Also rented a van from them for a full year with no issues. Very good organization to work with.

So being in the automotive field I have clients who have multiple mobility issues. I could have went much closer than this location however these folks are true professionals and care about the client. Thank you and hope to do business with again in the future when the need arises

Been going here for years and will continue going here they put controls in for me for all different vehicles. They put in stair lifts they put in Bruno lifts for me and ramps. Always a pleasure dealing with them too friendly
