This guy knows his stuff I bought two keys off of eBay and he was able to cut and program both of them within 20 minutes very knowledgeable and very polite only charged me $20 a key which I thought was outstanding

He was absolutely wonderful. We were locked out of our house yesterday and I called several places. Retassie's Locksmith Service answered right away, was very nice, and have the Best Pricing/Service around! He even arrived early! FAST, EXTREMELY REASONABLE, & GREAT SERVICE-HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Needed a few keys cut for vehicles that I only had one key for, so I called and let the owner know I was on my way. I arrived and he had the keys done within minutes. I recommend taking the vehicle you need keys cut for so he can try them after. Excellent service and more than fair price.

Needed replacement car keys with transponder, not an emergency situation. Was able to come next day. Very polite and professional. Much cheaper than a dealership. Would definitely call him again.

My car wouldn't start. My son replaced the computer. Retassie came to my house and reprogrammed the new computer. Best keys and key fobs. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Best service and prices ever.

He was absolutely wonderful, he drove to me took my car door lock all the way back to his house made a key changed the lock and programmed it for only 80$ ! He was very friendly too.

I had a foolish "should've been better prepared" moment and misplaced a key to my motorcycle. Unfortunately I can't speak for how this company interacts with customers. I can, however, question the point of having a method to contact them that they don't utilize. I left them my information on a Saturday, understanding there most likely wouldn't be anyone to speak to until Monday. Monday comes and goes and still no word from them. It might seem small to most people, and yes, I could have called THEM, but then they shouldn't have set up a process that made me feel like they were going to get back to ME. Sooo I will continually take my money elsewhere, most likely to a company that will take the time to get back to me WHEN I WANT TO GIVE THEM MY MONEY. Thanks for nothing.

Tried to stop here to get keys copied after being referred. Sign said open. Door locked tight. Tried to call. Just rang. No answer. Will go elsewhere. Sont waste your time driving here.
