PROBABLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN THE HISTORY OF MAN!!! We have been waiting for pistons over 4 months after having been told 4-6 weeks back in February. Now I've been calling both phone numbers, one cell and the main business line, literally everyday for the past two months without any response back. One time someone picked up, he was clearly dodging the questions on the time frame, then said he had to check on it and call me back. Of course, it's been over a month since then and no call back. We've left over 50 voice mails on two different numbers and no one has the common courtesy to even call us back with any sort of update. I don't know how any business can operate when they blatantly go out of their way to ignore clients. The kicker, our shop could send them tens of thousands worth of future business but obviously there is no reason to ever go back to this shop. We heard good things about them prior to starting this fiasco, but apparently nothing good is happening with this shop. I would stay far away from them if you ever want to see your old parts back or actually be able to get someone on the phone let alone a job completed by them.
