The team at Monro Blue Bell went above and beyond on 12/28, fixing my flat and another tire that needed replacement. Ty went above and beyond by personally driving to pickup the new tires when Monro s warehouse had a delay. And, the tires he got, were less expensive, so his heroic act saved $100+ off the original total quoted. And, with little hope at 8:30am, we were complete by Noon, and our family was off to Poconos for a planned trip. My family will definitely go back for auto services at Monro. Very trustworthy.

I have been dealing with Monroe since 2004 and I have always been satisfied with the service they proved. My son now takes his cars there as well. Keep doing honest work and you will always have me as a customer.

Called ahead on a Tuesday afternoon. Took me immediately and had my oil changed in 20 minutes easy. Friendly and courteous employees. Good job guys!

It s been a long time since we had our own, trustworthy, local mechanic. In fact, maybe I never have, but I remember that my parents always did. It s great! I never would have expected to stumble across such a gem at a chain place down the road! I went a few years ago for an oil change and I was impressed enough with the service to start checking in there about other things, like confirming (and modifying!) what the dealer suggested. Forrest has been a terrific mechanic, technically and as a customer-focused service provider. I really appreciate that he teaches as he goes, explaining issues as well as solutions. HIGHLY recommend.

The new manager, Vasco, and the technician (sorry, I forgot to ask his name) are the best!I drove over a huge pothole on the way to work at the hospital on Saturday morning and, sure enough, saw the low tire pressure light come up on my dashboard when I got back in my car to drive home after my shift. I managed to drive up to East Norriton on Saturday evening to go to Goodyears, which is where I usually go to all of my tires-related problems. Unfortunately, the door to the office was locked, even though it was only 5pm. So I called Monro, and Vasco told me to bring the car in. After I got to Monro and when I and the technicians walked around the car, the front left tire had almost flattened. It was a miracle that I was even able to drive back from work. The technician showed me the big puncture on the side of the tire. Vasco looked online and ordered the tire for me to be delivered on Monday. The price he quoted seemed very reasonable to me. The technician mounted the spare tire for me. So I was able to drive home and then go to work on Sunday. Vasco called me on Sunday morning at 9am to notify me that the tires had come in. Throughout the whole process, Vasco and his technician were most kind and gracious and punctual. I highly recommend Monro in Blue Bell if you're in the area!

Went to get my tire repaired as it had a nail in it. The hospitality is incredible. Instantly got met at the front desk by a friendly mechanic named Forrest. He checked out my tire right away. He explained why he couldn t repair it, rather than just telling me. On top of that, he lifted my car to show me a problem area that he felt when driving the car, but didn t press me on the matter. Very honest. Also, him and Sonny showed me around the undercarriage and engine of the car while it was lifted and educated me on a few things, as I was interested and may go to school for automotive engineering. Lastly, Forrest topped off my fluids free of charge. Forrest and Sonny are some great, honest people. Highly recommend Monro at Blue Bell.

Forest and Monro Auto were fantastic! My car was having issues that didn t continue to occur upon arrival to the shop. He gave me sounds advice about next steps, filled my window washer fluid just to be extra helpful and recommended a few options moving further. Highly recommend Monro Auto!

Needed a tire patch but the location of the leak wouldn't allow for it. Given they were relatively new tires, the service manager gave me alternate options to fix (but had to take it elsewhere) - he didn't want to see me spend $300+ for a new one when it didn't really need it! I really appreciated the honesty and how helpful they were.

If I could get more than 5 stars I would. We have been bringing our cars here for the last three years for regular maintenance and today we were truly blessed to be cared for the way we were. My family and I were in a car accident trying to leave the garage and Forrest and his staff attended to us and treated us like family. They helped make sure we were all ok, sat with me and my 9 month old baby, helped us take all of our belongings out of the damaged car, offered guidance and advice. I just can t speak more highly of Forrest and his kindness to us always but most of all today during the scariest moment of our lives. Thank you thank you!

Came in to get a headlight fixed and I inquired about key fob replacement. While they don't handle fobs, they gave me good information on how to get it done cheaper than at the dealership. Great people, great service.

I don t even know what to really say besides Dan, Forest, and Jim being the 3 musketeers of the Auto Repair Shop. Nowadays it s so hard to find good, reliable, HONEST mechanics. And they fit all three pedigrees. I had a situation with my warranty company not wanting to get my vehicle paid for and fixed by Monroe, but they were extremely patient and despite massive amounts of appts, they still managed to squeeze me in and fixed my vehicle immediately as soon as I got the green light from my warranty company. These guys set the gold standard for how all Auto Repair shops should be. Also, they will never fix something that doesn t need repair. Honesty speaks volumes along with these gentlemen work ethic. Thank u guys for everything and have my business for life!

Great workmanship, very good hours, and fair pricing at this location. Manager Randy is always pleasant and customer-focused. I take all my vehicles here and highly recommend.Update: Top notch again! Honors appointment times, great service and fabulous customer service. Keep it going!Update: Gets better each time. They got me in and out for an unscheduled oil change plus a great deal on brake pads which were badly worn. Love this place!Update: If you've ever needed a trusted auto service shop you should go here. Great work Randy, TJ, and team!Update: Fast flat repair. Also rotate and balance work saved me a bunch vs. getting work done at the dealer. Thanks!

Wonderful service and an even better staff!! Randy is an awesome, straight forward guy and I had the most polite experience at an auto shop. Got an oil change for my wife's car the 1st time here, brought my car for an inspection and oil change shortly after. Will be getting my wife's car inspected here as well. Couldn't recommend anyone else in the area!! These guys are great!!

Randy is simply the best and most honest mechanic I have ever had the personal pleasure of dealing with. His thoroughness and ability to communicate with customers is second to none. Gives you all the options available and has no problem showing you exactly what or why any recommended service/repair is needed now or in the near future. In my opinion, best independent shop in the area with fair pricing.

I have been to Monro several times now and each and every time I am more amazed then the last. The service given but manager Randy ( who also works on the vehicles) and his crew is superb. Every time I was told by Randy how long the service to my vehicle was going to take and the cost, it was what he stated.This auto shop reminds me of the dependable and affordable shops people went to 25 - 35 years ago (which are so hard to find these days).I am sold on Monro and will have my wife and my vehicles serviced there from now on.Thanks Randy and Monro for giving me confidence again in an auto repair shop!!!

I'm very happy with the Monro Auto service center at Blue bell PA. They provide great service at a fair price. The Blue bell branch is headed by their manager Randy Kolsky. - Randy is very professional, polite and thorough. He explains the scope of scope of service / repairs very clearly. He provides a detailed breakdown of of the cost before he proceeds. I noticed while i was there that Randy personally answers phones and also schedules new appointments. He also works (hands-on) performing repairs in the service bay between all this.On my last visit i was in for an Oil change and a cracked pipe in the exhaust system on my old Honda van. When i requested if he could also squeeze in and complete a PA. State safety and emissions inspection, he managed to accomodate me and completed everything while i waited. It was a long wait, but i was pleased all the work was completed in one visit without me having to schedule a second appointment and trip.The total cost was reasonable and less than i anticipated.Based on my experience(s), i recommend you try them out. i have previously recommended friends and family to this Monro branch and they seemed generally pleased with the work performed and the cost involved.Note: I am not at all familiar with other Monro locations and this review relates to the Blue bell PA branch.JayC.

Randy and his team are phenomenal! They always know what is going on with my car and fix it in a timely manner. They do not nickel and dime you for work that is unnecessary. Monro also sends out coupons to your home address. I haven t had to pay over $20 for an oil change, it s great! Please consider Monro in Blue Bell next time you need repairs or work completed on your vehicle!

My family has been going to Randy for a few years and he is very good. He is always helpful and you can trust what he is telling you. Good service at fair price and great workmanship. Get you in and out in a fair amount of time.

Got my car inspected and barely passed; but appreciated the honesty in not trying to force anything that wasn't needed. They provided the recommendations that my tires would need to be replaced soon and offered some options.I've always had a good experience here with the team being 100% honest and candid with their recommendations and it's where we go whenever we have jobs we don't need the dealership for.

Have been coming here for about 15 years. Not the closest location to me, but I've found them to be honest and reasonably priced. Check their web site for coupons, you should never pay full price for any service. No high pressure sales tactics, they share the facts and let you do what you want. The manager, Randy, is always pleasant, polite, and helpful. I've tried other Monro locations, and the staff makes a difference - I end up coming back to Blue Bell.
