These folks are rock stars! The repairs and communication to us from the shop were all excellent. Friendly, polite service. The manager Chuck was totally on top of things from the outset. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company (Amica) even though they found additional problems after the removed the back bumper and trunk.The car was drivable after the accident, or so we thought. Turned out the accident caused some electrical issues we where not aware of. I notified them, they looked into it and notified our insurance. They fixed everything and the work is perfect!Highly recommend them, they are super busy so it's important to keep that in perspective. That said, we never had to wait for a return call or an update on the progress.It would be great to never be in another accident but if we ever do I guarantee I will use Center Square Motors again!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I had a really good experience here, I had a scuff in my Tesla bumper and I brought it in for an estimate. They looked closely at it and ended up just buffing it out in the spot. Since it was so small they didn t even charge me. They definitely are fair, and have great customer service to the techs to scheduling the appointment.

Butch and his team did a great job repairing my Toyota Corolla after an accident and restored it to like new condition. They came recommended by my insurance carrier, but I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I've been dealing with Center Square Motors, in Blue Bell, PA,for almost 20 years; getting routine mechanical work as well as body work on my cars. Lately, they only do body work now. Recently, I had some minor work done on the front of my car, which need a new headlight, costing $400 and change, plus labor along with some minor body work. The bill for all the work was around $800. I received a call saying the work had been completed and the car was ready for pick. Also, I was told the headlight did not have to be replace; it was simply knocked out of its socket. So the bill went from $800 to around $250.I had to think how many other places would have just charged me the full amount and sent back the headlight for a refund for themselves. That is what you call HONESTY. I spoke to the head manager, Butch and expressed my total appreciation for their honesty and told him that this is why I've been coming to Center Square Motors for all this time. The work was always done perfect and the price was always agreeable.I would recommend anyone trying their service if your looking for some reliable and, above all, honest. I give them a AAA rating. I recently took my car to Center Square Motors and had a very positive experience. Paul was consistently informative and helpful. He explained the work that was to be done and kept me regularly posted on the progress. It's never pleasant to have to take your car in for collision work, but Paul made this a positive experience. I took my car to get repaired in July. I was totally impressed with the service and the staff. Eric Dietch, answered all of my questions in a thoroughly manner. When I finally got my car back, it looked spectacular. They did a great job and even cleaned the interior! I highly recommend this business to fix any type of car its worth it! Thanks again!

My car was recently broke into and my car window was completely smashed (thank you Philly!) My insurance directed me to them and they were immediately so helpful and able to see me quickly. I dropped off my car and Butch helped me get the best deal since my deductible was insanely high. My car was finished after two days and looked completely brand new! Hoping you all never have to deal with your car being broken into, but if it does, go here to get your car looking like nothing ever happened!Service: Body & Trim

I have nothing but great things to say about Paul ...My daughter had a car accident and I choosed to take it there cause when I call there customer service was very nice..It didn't stop there Paul the man that fix our car keep us updated on are car from start to finish... I recently had an accident. I agreed to have my car towed to Center Square Motors and it turned out to be the best decision! All the staff were exceptionally helpful and my repairs completed in a timely manner. They took care of arranging my rental vehicle and made additional repairs without question.I highly recommend Center Square Motors.

Not factory quality. Not happy about their work. I debated center square motor and another shop for my Lexus rx350 repair. This shop was not Toyota certified but got a lot of other certifications so I decided to give it a try. Turned out to be a mistake. They painted the hood but it have several of those dust spots. The surface was not clean when they did painting. I attached the picture for the biggest 3 spots. The hood has several other smaller spots. I don't like this but I don't have another week or two to send the car back for re work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck came out looking better than it ever has. The paint used was a perfect match. It took a bit longer than I anticipated due to shortages. They were extremely accommodating, kind, and patient.They even detailed it prior to returning it and expedited it to get it back as soon as possible. The windshield had to be replaced and they saved my registration stickers by tapping up a piece if the glass.The attention to detail, must be acknowledged. I highly recommend Center Square Motors. Paul did an outstanding job coordinating the repair of my jeep. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating while supporting a particularly complex vehicle repair. Butch and the whole team at Center Square Motors really took care of me. After getting my car broken into which is so stressful they got my car in super quick and took care of replacing the passenger side window and dashboard of the car in under three days. My car looks amazing, they even gave it a wash and detailing front to trunk. I HOPE I don t NEED to use their services again but if I do need any bodywork/paint work/windows replaced I will be going to their shop and their shop only! I can t recommend their services enough. Just so stress free and super communicative. These are the people you want to bring your car to!

Excellent body work, paint matching, and customer service. The work I had done was done perfectly, and the shop s manager, Butch, is an old-school guy who knows how to interact with customers and ensure that all of their needs/requests are taken care of. Their modern facility includes downdraft paint rooms, so the work is done properly. There are other shops in the area without them who have no business painting cars. I know because I ve been elsewhere and received subpar work. Center Square Motors in Blue Bell is the best shop around for body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Center Square Motors came highly recommended by our insurance adjuster. They were able to take my car and finish the work much faster than other shops I had worked with in the past. They were always friendly and responsive when I called and kept me informed on steps and progress. There were a couple of minor issues after pick up and they immediately addressed those. Highly recommended! Very positive experience in all aspects.

The customer service is wonderful. I had a dent in my bumper while my fianc� was away, everything was handled by Center Square Motors. From the insurance, to bumper replacement, to washing and vacuuming of the car. The car looked great! I was extremely happy with my experience and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable, fast place to have their car worked on, to use Center Square Motors.

PHENOMENAL!!!! I am so happy with the service from beginning to end I had this week with CSM. Kathy at the front desk, she is professional and courteous - handled all my paperwork perfectly. Amy did a great job with my estimate and follow up calls. I was most happy with her offer to get a ride home. And, on the same day I stopped by for the estimate, she also was able to get me in so that I could have my car back before the holiday weekend - exceptional service! And, lastly, Manager Butch, went over and beyond by not only handling the accident damage, but provided me complimentary touch up to the back of my car, saving me a lot of money. He also was able to fix my girlfriend's bumper, saving us from further insurance costs - the honesty and sincere care to deliver was just PHENOMENAL. I also love the fact that they did detailing to the inside of my car as well. CSM is an excellent team; they are professional; and they care about their customers. Very professional place. The mechanic name Butch is awesome he goes above and beyond for customers and I'm very happy that I sent my car there. The women at the front desk are very nice and friendly....the overall experience was wonderful . I recommend this place to anyone who need their vehicle fixed. Brought my truck I'm for some paint work, and am very satisfied with the great job done. They were also able to epoxy coat the frame, with not only protects , but improves the overall appearance. It was very enjoyable to deal with an old school business that truly cares about the customer. Make sure to hold onto Butch, as he is a tremendous asset to the company!

To all people that need Auto body repair.Center square motors Is a honest and professional auto body repair shop. I took my 06 mishubishi eclipse in for some trim work. I scheduled the appointment and they took it right in with no delay. They went up and above on customer service. The technicians are excellent And professional. The management kept me informed of all processes that was being done to my car. I have taken my car to other auto bodies and was never treated so good. This was not an insurance claim Just let you know. They quoted me a price To do the trim work And they stuck to the quote.Overall I will always use Center square motors to do any repair to any car that I have or will have in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Our Lexus was damaged when someone hit the rear passenger door and quarter panel in a parking lot. Center Square worked with our insurance company, Allstate, saving us a lot of trouble. The repair returned the car to showroom condition and it looks great. They always clean the car professionally before it is returned and provide a lifetime warranty on their work. We would not go anywhere else.Unfortunately, while our Lexus was being repaired someone scraped the driver's side door on our Acura. The damage was limited so I asked Butch Payne to work with me to avoid a second insurance claim. He gave me a very good price so we arranged for the repair. As he got into the job he discovered he needed to replace the door. Despite multiple offers on my part to cover his increased costs, he honored the original estimate. I could not ask for better service or a more professional business.Service: Body & Trim

I had body work and painting done here, I wasn t happy with the job at first but I expressed my concerns and they immediately called me and set something up that worked for me to fix the issues. They even gave me a loaner car to use for free while they were working on it! Very professional and extremely nice staff who are very focused on customer satisfaction!!
