Had a couple issues with my car were able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. Thought there was still an issue was asking to bring car back in they looked at it again free of charge and explained there is no problem and why. Very professional and great to work with.

Took my truck for an oil change eric was very nice. They took my skid plates off looking for the oil filter. I asked them why they said they couldn't find the oil filter. I politely told him it was on top of the engine. I was then berated by the owner named Neil. Won't recommend I will never go back.

Trustworthy, Reasonable Rates & TOP QUALITY SERVICE! Thank you for treating our adult daughter like she was your own. Taking the time to actually "show her" what her car issues were & giving her solid professional advice! INTEGRITY & CHARACTER are a rare thing these days but all of your guys are Top Notch! I ve been selective about who works on my car and as a single woman I ve encountered mechanics who will stop at nothing to manipulate me to make a buck. I m so lucky I found The New Garage. I had no experience with these guys but needed a faulty strut repaired, so I decided to give them a try. From day one, these guys went out of their way to help me. They are fair, transparent, skilled, kind hearted, and just an all around awesome shop. When I had to have more work done than expected, they were amazing about working with me to make sure my car was safe and taken care of, even going so far as having the owner of the garage give me a ride home since my beloved Rav4 had to spend the night while they ordered the needed part. They went above and beyond for me and I ll always be super grateful. Shoutout to THE NEW GARAGE on 11 next to Enterprise HIGHLY RECOMMEND I m a little late posting this, but I needed A LOT of work done on my VW, and the VW dealership I ve gone to in the past was super booked up, which I understood bc I literally waited until the 11th hour to get this work done. I needed tires installed, an alignment, rear brakes & rotors, and an oil change . The New Garage invited me to bring in my car that day so they could take a look and show me exactly what I needed - and didn t need. After doing so, they explained everything to me in great detail, answering my numerous questions, and even spoke to my dad (an auto enthusiast who, even at 39, I respect above everyone on all things car) on the phone. The mechanics fit me in the schedule immediately following delivery of my VW s new shoes from Tire Rack and had the job completed in a matter of hours. These men were kind, reasonably priced (I called around to get multiple quotes), and very accommodating. I appreciated being treated respectfully and fairly & I highly recommend them!!! Literally a port in the storm. I got into a minor accident during a snow storm and called up this garage to see if they could quickly look at the car to make sure it was still safe enough to drive. Eric took us right in and he/ his great team gave us the peace of mind we needed. Highly recommend going to this garage if needed - they seem very honest and are very nice people. I was in need of a wire harness being replaced ASAP. They got me in at 3pm and had it all fixed for me that day.Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely refer them to anyone. I will definitely return to them if I need anything else repaired.

Best tire prices for my application out of 3 other businesses. Eric was very helpful in making my decision for the tires I needed. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment time, took my car in right away, 35-45 minutes later, I m leaving a happy customer.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was at 0% on my oil and was 1,000 miles past what I should be to get an oil change. These guys took care of my baby. They got me in and got my truck taken care of in a timely manner. They kept me updated and were very nice. They were reasonably priced too. I had my vehicle in on 06/16/2022 for a routine maintenance before leaving on vacation. On 06/19/2022 while still getting things ready to go, as we were leaving on 06/22/2023, I started getting several lights appearing on my dashboard.I immediately took it in to The New Garage to ask them to look at it when they had a chance and they were able to squeeze me in that Monday and Tuesday, with me picking it up on 06/21/2022.The vehicle ran great on vacation, as we are now home, and I just want to say thank you again for fixing this as a priority for me. They are reputable and trustworthy. After reading other reviews on here I decided to give them a try with one of my vehicles. They not only fixed what I needed but they also did me a few little favors too. They are honest and reasonably priced. They have earned my trust and I am going back again for more work on my vehicle very soon. Just called and scheduled my next appointment. I am recommending them.

They did a great job on the exhaust... the oil change however is the worst i ever had... they put recycled dirty oil in my car...ever since then for the first time since i had the car my engine light has been on... ive owned this car for 5 years never had an issue... i can't figure out what they did but i replaced everything and its still on... they completely ruined my vehicle. I do not recommend for an oil change... never again.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

We were having truck issues and just happened to drive by this business so stopped and asked if they would be willing to read our check engine light code. The mechanic took the time to help us and went above and beyond to fix a situation that could have been dangerous for us. Great guy. So impressed by his kindness and professionalism!!

I'm from out of state. Friday afternoon I pulled in to The New Garage with my radiator running hot and smoke coming out of my vents. The mechanics knew exactly what the problem was and scheduled repairs for Monday morning...Monday they fixed it quicker than they quoted and the bill was $200 less than they estimated....I chose them based on reviews here. The reviews are true. If I lived here, they would be my go to garage. Excellent service.

Lifesaver! I had read about The New Garage in the Bloomsburg PA Facebook group when others have sought shop recommendations. So when my brakes hit the floor while driving on Rt. 11 in Berwick, I knew who I wanted to call. They were able to take me right in due to some cancelations and quoted me a very reasonable price. There was even a decent discount for cash payment (so bring cash if you know you are coming in for work). The man at the service counter I believe his name was Eric, but not sure was friendly and personable as I sat there waiting for my car to be repaired. Two dogs also kept me company for a bit (if you are not a dog person, do not worry, their owner will get them out of your hair) and they were super cute! This garage is honest and fair. They will not nickel and dime you or try to get you to buy something you don't need. I would recommend this garage to anyone! And don't be discouraged if you are a woman. They will not take advantage of you if you don't appear to be a car person.

Took car in due to steering wheel locked up. Picked up car. The next day, son calls me to tell me that when you open window on driver's door, the passenger window goes down too. Called garage, spoke to Eric, he told me he doesn't understand why, they did touch anything electrical. But when picked car up, I could tell electrical was involved, radio not programmed, clock blinking. Once thought this was awesome place to go, not so much, that was back when they were first in business. My wife took her 2010 Volvo to one of the big box auto repair shops for a state inspection. They told her the car needed a repair that involved welding the exhaust system to the engine. The total estimate was in the thousands. More than the car was worth. We took it to the New Garage for a 2nd opinion. They fixed the problem for less than $500. Highly recommend the New Garage. They're honest, fair and reliable. Local is better.

I called about getting my tires balanced and two replacement tires. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. They got a great price for 4 brand new tires for my car. They made sure to find out what I wantedand didn't rope me into buying anything I didn't want or need. They are the best!

Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Pointed out some issues with my truck that needed addressed while installing tires. Did not push me to do these repairs, but advised me what needs done. Definitely recommend.

I will not trust any other garage. I got lied to to many times. Employees are friendly and they explain everything to you. They give you estimates and don't go over that estimate, by telling you they had to do alot of other things, increasing your bill. I wouldn't recommend the new garage to my dead uncle. Everyone acts nice until you question a fault in their work and then manners go out the door. The man working in the garage spit his food on the truck we had in for service and acted as if he were gonna start a fight because the service that he said would be done in a few days was not done after almost 2 weeks of the vehicle sitting. They are unable to follow simple directions. We ended up taking the truck to Berwick and had great service and the vehicle was repaired in a timely matter. Just skip the new garage and find a better location. They are extremely unprofessional.

They took a month to put my new motor in my car. They put the motor in my car and cracked my radiator I had the car back less then 24hrs before I noticed. They say they are not at fault. But was the last one to touch my car. It comes back with a cracked radiator and say they are not at fault. I will be calling the better business buru along with my lawyer asap

I had an amazing experience at The New Garage. All of the workers were extremely friendly and the service was so quick. To top it all off, we got a 5% discount for being BU students. I'll definitely be coming here in the future for any auto repair needs.

What a great staff! I took my car there to get new tires and they were very conscientious and honest of what I actually needed in comparison to some other garages that would take advantage of young women! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who may not have the best automotive knowledge and needs a garage they can trust!

My husbands truck broke down and the garage we took it to first said we would need a new wheel bearing and maybe an axle, we took then to the new garage and they said we were going to new a whole new rear end and was going to charge us $5100.00 to fix. In the end they are a rip off and we didn t need any of that except a wheel bearing. Will never go here again or recommend them to anyone. What a joke!!!!!!!

I just went to the new garage to get my brakes and rotors replaced on my mustang and they were very fast with the repairs. Their prices are also amazing compared to the average garage prices. 10/10 recommend!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

WOW SERVICE PROVIDED!!!! THANK YOU!!!THANK YOU THE NEW GARAGE!!I stuck on 80W, drove from CT to IL. Pulley and tensioner broke down on my van and driving belt start messing around the engine. I did couple research on the web and found The New Garage as best option as others didnt want to deal with it cause it was Saturday and short working hours and others asked for appt. As i am not from this area and I know no one, John helped me with towing service, they accept my car on closing time as it was saturday and they also been able to order parts and fix my van in less than 6 wrk hrs. All guys were very friendly. The guy who deal with my van show me what he performed on it.As i drive a lot and face with lot of mechanics, honestly i never had this excelent service.I'll never forget this experience.THANK YOU GUYS AND GOOD LUCK!!

I'm a VERY picky person when it comes to anyone working on my car. I do 95% of the work on my vehicles. Probably even more than that. But there are just somethings i cannot do. Like inspections, alignments, wheel mounting and AC. I dont use garages because places like Bardos will charge you $130 to replace two rotors that take 5 min to replace, and they were doing the inspection at the time.I even stopped in because my car was due to get worked on tomorrow and asked if i could drive the mechanic to my house so they can take it back early and not have my wife and I play musical cars. they said yea we can do it right now.In my experience, they are a good bunch of people and will always try to get everything your need done, completed and in a timely manner.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I wouldn't even give one star if I could!Whatever you do, do NOT use "The New Garage" in Bloomsburg. (That is the name, the new garage. Used to be "the garage") They will rip you off and do shotty work at best! They were to replace my exhaust manifold bolts and gasket on my excursion. After having it four days and me asking repeatedly how many hours they had into my truck for four days and no one could tell me. Gave me excuse after excuse. About needing to check the paper work or speak to the mechanic and what not. And then. When you call the owner, he refuses to return your calls. Some girl named Ashley claims to be in charge and states that you can't speak to owner. Steer clear! Just a public service announcement. Update!! Owner called me within 2 mins of me being told Neil wasn't available, yelling at me refusing to do anything about it. Claims he just walked in...Told me to take him to court and quit wasting his time. He said he would call the mechanic who referred me there (because he is a one man show and it was a big job) and told me the work wasn't done correctly and speak with him himself. They were supposed to do a lot of work to my truck, and when I couldn't get straight answers of time involved I finally told them to put it back together so I could pick it up. Since they didn't even complete one full task on four says. They told me on Tuesday that they were waiting on parts but could give me the amount of hours involved .And I actually asked if it would be cheaper or quicker to just replace the manifold. The owner (in person) said no you don't need a manifold. Then Thursday at the end of the day after 2 phone calls to the business for an update, I got a call stating I do need a a new manifold and cost double what they quoted me for the whole job of several things. I asked if it was cracked. .They said no. I said just put a new gasket on and put it back together (at the advice of regular mechanic)I don't want you to do any More work to it. I felt I was being ripped off because I'm a woman. They made me sign a paper stating they wouldn't guarantee the work before I could pick up vehicle. So I agreed to get it out. They also claimed my vehicle needed a bunch of stuff for inspection which wasn't needed. And then I took it to my mechanic for a different reason and he noticed that my exhaust manifold was missing several nuts and bolts was missing from a motor mount. I only two with this truck. It is not my daily driver so its not driven alot! He was very defensive and unprofessional and actually screamed at me on the phone. What a joke. They are supposed to be a good reputable place. They used to be. I don't know what happened.. I'm told the original owner died and passed if on to the current owner!
