Don t go here to service nor for a tow. Call midnight towing . Cops impounded my car 2 blocks away due inspection sticker issue , next day I call about the car he tells me 350 total that s the tow an a day storage I told him I ll see him tomorrow when I get off work this guy hits over 415$ to tow my car 2 streets over an hold it for less then 42 hours.. there a joke there halfassers. Owner is very knowledgeable when given details of how your vehicle is behaving. I needed to get a locking hitch pin cut off due to it being frozen so key would not open it and was charged $10 to have it cut off. Described how another vehicle was behaving and owner immediately told me the part I should most likely change. Very honest garage as far as I can tell.

Terrible company, they boot whoever regardless of whether you paid for your spot or not. I purchased a parking spot behind UnityMart, had proof of purchase and they still gave me a boot- over sticker placement. Ethically speaking this company has none. They prey on broke college kids and use anything they can to steal your money. Plus they charge you for "storage" when they take your vehicle from it's actual home.

Maustellers Service Center, on Scott St Bloomsburg (west end of the Fairgrounds) is a STELLAR establishment!!!From oil change to inspection and any work in between THEY not only do EXCELLENT work, they go above & beyond to get what your vehicle needs to fix what needs fixing !!!!Oil change & inspection on my 2013 Escape Oil change & inspection .... PLUS an exhaust leak on my 1997 Ford F250 - a part that FORD no longer carries, needs to be fabricated, Maustellers got it covered !!!!!!!! AWESOME ABOVE & BEYOND !!!!! .If you need vehicle service ... Call Bud Or Randy Mausteller ... You won't be disappointed at all !!!!!Services: Tires, Auto exhaust system repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Cheating company has tons of hidden fees they don't tell you about until its time to claim your vehicle, got a boot while parked in my designated parking spot and they charged me 200 dollars for it, I didn't have the money for about two weeks when I went to call to pay to get the boot taken off they had towed my car from it's parking spot that i paid for and charged me double plus storage fees which are never mentioned, they didn't even reach out to anyone to inform them that the car had been towed terrible owner, even worse business.

Great service and a driver who couldn't be more helpful and friendly, it was a slight weight because of AAA having a miscommunication was not the provider's fault but after trying to change my tire finding out the bolts were over tightened by the shop who just replaced them he went back for the tow truck as I changed my service to a tow with AAA treated my car like gold carefully loading and unloading the vehicle. Definitely would highly recommend this provider to anyone who needs great service

I have taken two different cars for two very different problems and have gotten nothing but top notch service! Straight to the point service at what I consider reasonable pricing! This guy told me that he charges 70/h and to repair a broken hose on my car would cost me 500 bucks. I was like no thanks took my car some place else and they only charged me 130 and they where asking 80/h yet they where way cheaper then these guys. Don't get cheated dont go here.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company, their staff is inconsiderate, rude, and deceitful. They extort their customers with charges that they add to the original fine, that they do not make known until you go to pay. I had a boot put on my car, and they charged me a fine that was understandable so I came back a few days later when I had the money to pay it, and they said that the price has gone up due to a daily charge that I has never been made aware to me. Then, when my parents tried to call and pay over the phone they cussed at my mom and told her we couldn't pay over the phone due to her attitude. I would not call them for anything, and I would not wish their service on my worst enemy.

When my car wouldn't start I was away at school and had no idea of any reliable places that wouldn't scam me. I called AAA and they hooked me up with Mausteller's Towing which, obviously, had the AAA certification and was great to work with. I was parked inside of a parking garage and instead of complaining about how much of an inconvenience it was going to be the man simply did what he needed to do and never made it feel like it would be a hassle.Originally, I had requested my car be dropped off at a chain location because I simply didn't know any better. After coming inside from the parking garage I told the janitors in my dorm about what had happened and the one passionately, and I mean passionately, told me to bring it to Mausteller's. She said it's the only place her family uses and the only place she'll ever go. When I called to ask him to change the route I was, again, treated kindly instead of an inconvenienceThey fixed my car quickly and at a fair price. They also took the time to explain everything to me instead of using jargon I didn't understand. I've been back one other time and they even remembered the car and the trouble it had before.The people over at Mausteller's are friendly, knowledgeable, and ethical. If you ever have car trouble you NEED to call Maustellar's!

They have 24 hour towing but reaching them after hours was a joke. Then tried to say charging for storage when we were trying to gain access to the vehicle for 2 days. Apparently if you need to reach these people there's a faded handwritten note on the window... Oh I'm sorry my mother was in an accident and was in the hospital I didn't see your trashy little note. Also 1999 called and said they want you to update your windows 98 website.

I give five stars to Quentin ( flatbed tower) that was extremely kind , professional , understanding and made us feel like we were a family member. Quentin went out of his way to assist us in getting to out destination after breaking down leaving the hospital. He was just so unbelievably kind to us that I hope his employer understands the value this gentlemen has to offer Maustellers Services! Please give this man a bonus!. Today you do not encounter such old fashion caring costumer service ...Thank you !

AAA suggested I take my car there to get a new battery in 2015. Got a supposedly new battery and went on my way. Fast forward 3 years later and my car battery is completely dead again. I called AAA and they came out to look at it. Turns out the "new" car battery I received from Maustellers in 2015 is around 10 years old....so now I have to purchase a new car battery. Avoid this place if you can.

For automotive repairs Mausteller's Service center is the place to go! Recently, I found a used 2006 Mustang GT for sale in Bloomsburg, Pa (70 miles from my home) and needed a local mechanic to perform a pre-purchase inspection for me. After I read the 5 star Yahoo review of Mausteller's from Michelle H. and saw Mausteller's A+ BBB rating I decided they were the place for me and I was not disappointed.Randy and his team are down to earth mechanics and really nice people and offer very reasonable prices. They looked at the Mustang for me and discussed the vehicle in depth. They provided me with facts about the car. After reviewing their feedback I decided to pass on the Mustang.That same day, I did purchase a different used car from a dealer 100 miles away from Bloomsburg, Pa. Had such a positive experience with Randy and his team that I made an appointment the next week to have that cars front wheel bearings replaced by Mausteller's. The price and time to repair was very reasonable and I am confident that the work was done correctly.Do not think the team at Mausteller's making the most of the internet yet so you will probably have to call them to make an appointment or discuss your issues. When they do go online with email capabilities my opinion is that their business will more than double in a few weeks because Mausteller's is in a college town and college kids are internet users.If you are coming from outside of Bloomsburg, pa and need to wait for your car to be repaired by Mausteller's there are a couple of things to do to pass the time. I had a terrific breakfast at the Bloomsburg diner which is a 10 minute walk from Mausteller's and then went to the town library a few blocks away where they had free wifi and large comfortable tables to sit and go over emails and read. Randy called me when the work was completed and it was an 8 minute walk to his shop from the library.For automobile service, I highly recommend Mausteller's.

Randy is the owner of the station and will work with you on repairs. If you can make do with something you can bet Maustellers won't be padding the bill. They repair and replace what is necessary for safe operation and don't try and soak you for labor. Mr. Mausteller and his brother have over a century of combined experience and have seen it all. They are able to repair classic cars as they cut their teeth on Detroit steel and do old and new tech. The Maustellers have helped countless people keep their cars on the road. If you are short on cash they have been known to finance the needed repairs to help people get to work so they can pay the bill. I assume that there are people who have an issue and won't recommend Maustellers but I haven't met any so far. They have helped me on several occasions to get and keep a vehicle on the road and I have nothing but good things to say about the service there.

My fiance was driving to work in the snow when she lost control of her car, she was 5 minutes away from the company, they charged her $200 to pull her out and it's ridiculous. He didn't tow her anywhere, he literally just hooked her up and pulled her out, nothing else. That's highway robbery if I've ever heard it.

My daughter goes to Bloomsburg University, her car wouldn't start, called AAA and took to Mausteller's garage. When I call them Budd was extremely nice and very helpful, they got my daughters car fixed the same day at a reasonable price, would definitely recommend taking your car there.

good service. they know there way around cars. Called AAA for a long tow and they sent these guys. They drug my rear wheel drive vehicle onto their flatbed in park and lost my tonneau cover on the way. Filed a complaint with AAA and they're claiming my cover wasn't ever on it. Awful experience. Hope to never have to deal with them again.

My boyfriend and I had our cars towed because we were never informed about an event happening on our street and they charged us $200 each. The man we spoke to about it was extremely rude. We will never do service with them in the future!

My conversion van broke down while at the dog show at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds. Talked to a few locals and ALL recommended I call Mausteller Auto. I spoke to Bud and he came to the fairgrounds to look at my van. It was the selinoid and he got it running. Thanx Bud!!!!
