Had a tire emergency while on a road trip and stopped for help. Service guys were great and went out of their way to get us fixed and back on the road quickly. Great experience - would recommend to locals.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE BEING A RIP OFFFF. I went for a simple alignment and the car was worse off than before I brought it here, took it back they gave some mumbo jumbo lie about needing a camber bolt. Paid an extra 100$ after the 100 I paid for the alignment for the so called bolts. I am grateful that my husband is a mechanic and decided to double check to make sure they actually put in a new bolt because mind you, he had just finished putting new struts and knew what the original bolts looked like. If you charge me 103$ for new bolts tell me..... why are there no new bolts??? And have the nerve to argue back when a customer is clearly upset when being robbed. Do not go here this is bad business....EDIT**In response to the bogus reply below from the owner, it is a complete lie yet again. The mechanic drove the car right to the entrance where I was sitting, came inside to the front desk with me, and his job was to report to Sean that he did not use the parts I was about to pay for. But of course because you all have a hustle set up, if the customer doesn't catch on to this rip off hustle you guys are running, you can get away Scott free. And what got you caught was that my husband is a mechanic, if it wasn't for him being untrustworthy of mechanic shops, we would have been robbed of our money. The alignment should have been done right the first time by your shop because your mechanic knew what he was doing when he didn't adjust the alignment 100% the way it should have. And he did it on purpose so that we would have to bring the car back and get charged for another so called part. No thanks this is bad business. And you're only upset because you got caught and are now trying to cover your tracks.

this kost has been in severe decline. new management is not well. took my father's truck in for a tire rotation, and 2 weeks later, the lugs were so loose the tire was about to fall off. in that same time I took my truck in for an inspection, they failed it for perfectly legal tint THAT THE SAME STORE WAS OKAY WITH FOR 4 YEARS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS A PROBLEM, and they kept my insurance card and registration and didn't give it back.

Kost Tire has been so kind, informative, and fair for all of our car needs. Most recently, we had a sudden car issue right before leaving for a long weekend trip. Without an appointment, Chris dropped everything he was doing and was so helpful to get us the help we needed to get our vehicle back on the road. We are so grateful for Chris and the team at Kost. We will recommend Kost to everyone.

Kost changed four spark plugs, then refused to take any responsibility when one of the spark plugs blew out 11 months later, causing $700 worth of damage to the engine through stripped threads. Claimed that the damage couldn't possibly have been their fault and tried to blame the mileage driven.

I am very appreciative of the help received from Sean M. (Mngr.) and Maggie Y. (Technician) for their help to fit in my daughter's car in time to head back to school. They did a great job. I also highly recommemd Chris T. (Advisor) who has always been great to work with.

It s very rare that I leave reviews. However, the price and especially service by Kost Tire & Auto Service in Bloomsburg is worth writing about. My service manager was Chris Trapane and he and the staff made my experience wonderful compared to past experiences with tire shops. I will always refer my friends and family to Kost Tire & Auto Service in Bloomsburg and that is the best recommendation that I can give when it comes to something as important as a safe set of tires installed by an experienced technician.

My son was heading home from Penn State and a flashing check engine light ended his trip a long way from home. Kost came to the rescue and got the car fixed properly, for a reasonable price and extremely quickly, all without an appointment.

The crew here is absolutely wonderful! When a flat tire slowed my day down, the staff here went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was up and running very quickly! Don t hesitate to stop by this business when you re in need, they are the bee s knees!

We were passing through today and after receiving terrible service at another local tire shop I gave this shop a call. They were super friendly and went above and beyond to take care of our needs! We arrived right before closing and they still took care of us without rushing or making a big deal out of it. We were highly satisfied with the service! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I went there to get my breaks checked because of the vibration of my stearing wheel but he said there is nothing wrong with my breaks then I asked what could it be he said I don't know are u kidding me? I also told them to do a balancing of my tires which they never did !

This place has saved me from a lot of hassle a couple of different times. I bought new tires from a different place and then immediately ran over a piece of metal that punctured my tire. I didn't know how far I could drive, so I stopped at my a different place that was closer at first. I waited 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. I just left and took it to Kost.The guy at the desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in quickly and patched my tire. I was out of there in no time. A+ experience. If you need tires or you need one fixed, this is the place to go. Don't bother with any of the other shops in the area.

Kost tires is where I buy all my tires for both vehicles that we own always a good deal and great service. And for tires always get the road hazard coverage on your new tires. That has saved us a lot of money over the years. Fast and courtesy service.

We just stopped by the Bloomsburg pa kost tire with our camper to see if they could put air in our camper tires. They took care of us right away so we could go on our trip. They definitely will get our future business!!

The service was top notch. There are two reasons why I knocked off the one star. First was the price, it was $80 to get an alignment, which it a bit on the higher side of what it should cost. Second reason was the condition of the lobby, although they've made an effort to make it look presentable, the building is so old and run down, it's hard to make it look good with some well arranged magazines and a small flat screen TV. The place is BBB accredited so that's a big bonus. The place really needs some major upgrades. There's visible leak stains in random spots along ceiling. I will also give them a thumbs up for being patient with us. I was there with my special needs son, who can barely sit still, they tried to accommodate us the best they could, but it was tough with the shabby environment. Over all, I highly recommend their service.

Timely service. Face masks are a joke at this place. The technician got into my vehicle twice to move it. Both times he had no face mask on! This was highly disrespectful to me as they did not know my personal and/or health situation and we're in my personal space without consideration to me even though I had a mask on the entire time. The 2 salespersons also had either their mask off unless someone walked up to their counter or had it on incorrectly. I was highly offended/discussed. I was there to have 4 new tires put on and they came out to me telling me I needed other maintenance on my vehicle that I should have done, none of which I needed or didn't already have done to my 2018 SUV within the past month. Trying to take advantage of a female in a untypical situation is how I view that. I would not recommend this place to anyone! New tires were on my car within 3 days of initial call is the sole reason for the stars that were given. They should be ashamed!!!

Were unwilling to work with me price wise until I mentioned taking my business elsewhere. The cashiers could stand to be a little friendlier, but that's NEPA for you. They did get me in and out quick. It was an average experience.

They put tires on my car and they were so nice they took me to my appointment and picked me up when I was done! The mechanic Dave E. Is highly recommended from my friends so happy I went to see them! Very kind and they don't try and tell you things are wrong when they aren't! Will be going here from now on! Just sucks that since I have my car through red white and blue auto that I get free oil changes at Monroe.(which they always make me feel weird) wish I could go to kost for them!

The ONLY thing I like about this place was that they were nice to me. Otherwise a rip off, I took my sons car which they said needed a lot of work, ok I expected to need to pay for some things bc it wasn't a car off the lot. They charged over $900....and I had to take the car back 3 times to be fixed AGAIN. The third time I said about fixing wat they didn't the first 2 times and they proceeded to tell me it needed MORE work yet. I said no, fix wat I took it in there for (3 times) I now have an appt at another place bc its STILL NOT FIXED! after that much money and 3 times in and out of there only for them to try to get more money out of us. I am DONE. never again will they get our business....

Everyone was polite and their prices were competitive.Walmart refused to sell me 2 tires because the tread wouldn't match what I had on the truck. The guys, here at Kost, sold me two that were the same size I had on it without giving me a problem.

I walk in and the gentleman at the desk was on the phone, so I patiently waited for him to be done. After he hung up the phone it rang again right away and rather than answering an asking him to hold, he answers and proceeds to take an appointment and speak with him about alignment packages. Mind you I ve already been waiting for 10 minutes. I ended up just walking out. That is terrible customer service!

A little pricey depending on the tire but great staff. They changed 2 odd size tires for me 3 minutes before they closed and stayed late just to do it. They were quick effect and extremely helpful.
