Service department cracked my windshield and lied about it.Yesterday I took my car to this dealership to have a spare key cut and programmed and to get an inspection as I had just purchased the vehicle. When I handed them my keys my windshield didn't have a 7 inch crack running down the passenger side, when they handed my keys back it did. I noticed it immediately it's not a small crack. When I returned minutes later they refused to own up to it. These people have no integrity and I will never give them my business again. I have a bumper to bumper warranty. It's not like I need to scam them they broke my windshield and instead of being honest they decided to do business in the most underhanded way possible

Every time I come to the dealership it is a pleasant experience. They have taken care of us through multiple car purchases and leases, and they always remember us and go the extra mile for their loyal and repeat customers. Over the years I have gotten (2) vehicles that were not through this Honda dealership and regretted both, which is why I will be coming here for the rest of my car needs. I have primarily worked with Ric and Mark in the sales department, but everyone there is incredibly friendly. Never felt pressured to buy, and they always get us the answers we want without the hassle of other dealerships. The manager Josh has always made sure that we get exactly what we want, and has gone above and beyond to find the vehicles in this new crazy system. The finance people are great and the maintenance staff is never pushy, just up front and helpful. If anyone needs a new vehicle I could not recommend them enough! Ask for Ric or Mark and enjoy the experience! I know I ll be coming back when it s time, and I know I won t regret the decision!

Loved the place. Loved the service manager John who went above and beyond in helping us. We were stuck in Danville without any way to get to the place. Uber Lyft drivers weren't available. He offered us pick up. Thanks so much. Claudine helped us out as well with the repairs very quickly so that we can continue our journey further

If I could leave a zero star I would, me and my husband bought a truck from them. They promised a full tune up before taking it off the lot due to me finding a few problems with it that they stated they could fix before papers are signed. They might have fixed a cracked window but covered up everything else. Mind you we have only put 9000 miles on this truck got the extra warranty and they gave us their Little warranty as well, a month later it was back at the shop they gaslighted me as a female bringing the truck in stating it was the spark plugs. Remember they changed them before picking it up is what they told us. I said whatever I ll trust it. Got the truck back about three days later the truck started shutting off while driving down the road! I called them again. They tried to say it was the spark plug again. They could not find the other problem truck has been back in the shop 3 4 times and they keep saying that there was nothing wrong. Yet again the truck shut off again. I ve been trying to get ahold of a manager for three days tried to call John even though I know he will not take our calls and will not respond to messages.Do not buy from here.

To be honest, I didn't expect such a fantastic experience in a world where car dealerships can often be intimidating and unsympathetic. Went in for a "free" VIP annual inspection and failed on wiper blades "streaking and not clearing the windshield". I cleaned the blades and returned the car for re-inspection and failed again with the agent indicating to me "you didn't replace the blades". Took the car into my local mechanic the next day for inspection and passed with the cleaned blades. Draw your own conclusions. I love my Honda and may buy another, but not from this dealer.

I bought a used crv without a warranty and had some issues a few weeks later. Turns out the catalytic converter was bad and there was shifting issues. I brought it to there attention knowing they could say it was sold without a warranty but they fixed the issues which would have cost $2500 and didn't charge me anything. Nice to know they stand behind what they sell. I would definitely buy another car from them.

Service technicians are not knowledgeable about the vehicles that are sold from their lot. Two unrelated experiences that I was lied to about the condition of my vehicle. Very poor costumer service from the service department. Sales department was wonderful- but you need more than someone to sell you the vehicle. You need good service once it s yours.

Recently my wife and I purchased the most recent of a few vehicles I have purchased from Honda Independence. The service is always incredible and accommodating. The sales representatives are beyond knowledgeable and will do their best to find the vehicle that is perfect for you. If the incredible service isn't enough the Honda VIP package included on qualifying purchases is in my opinion a perk second to none. Being able to know that included in my purchase my vehicle is being serviced by such a great group of people at little to no cost to me is very reassuring after a few bad experiences with other dealerships. I know Honda Independence will continue to be my first and generally only stop dealership.

Very Shady place. Sales is a joke. Place is a rip off. Highly recommended a different dealership. Have to laugh at sales manager top of the shady list what do expect from a used car salesman. Fell dirty after dealing with them. Did not buy anything. Gave me same BS about could sell cars an auction for this amount. Go sell them. Hopefully people won't buy your cars.

I always have the best experience here. Josh, rick, and everyone else are always professional and help however they can. The communication is great and I m always explained everything. I drive 45 min to go to them. Wouldn t go anywhere else! Thanks guys!!!

I can t thank Ric enough for working with me over the last few months to get me into the perfect car. He made the entire process for a first time car owner extremely smooth, understandable, and relaxed. In under 5 hours, I was able to find a car I loved and drive off the lot. I m so in love with this vehicle and am even more satisfied with how the entire process went.

The customer service is horrible at best. I went to look at a car for my son. The salesman said it's going to VW dealership to have some work done. That's fine. I want the car to be right. He said he'd call me once they got it back. A few days go by no call. So I call and I'm told it was sold. So the salesman wasted over a half hr of my time and couldn't even give me 2 mins of his time to call me. Don't waste your time with these people.

Called and spoke to Neil. And asked him why the website had no msrp. He stated the vehicle i was interested in they were going to sell $4000 above that. After asking why he stated they can and gave me the attitude he could care less.

Absolutely had the worst experience with the service department. Called on a Thursday regarding my cars issue asked if I could have it towed that evening they would work it in on Friday. No call Friday, stopped in Friday after work they said they would get it in Saturday it was urgent I needed my car and no loaner. Again no call Saturday. They were Closed Monday for the Holiday. Called first thing Tuesday was told it was next to go in. Again after lunch I called and someone was to call me back, they didn t. I stopped in that evening and there were two gentleman at the desk and were very disrespectful to me in regards to my car and what could be wrong, along with telling me they didn t have a technician to look at it. So what were they doing behind the desk??? So I told them I would have it towed elsewhere and they talked down every other Honda dealership in this area along with other places as if they were the best. Well Wednesday morning came still no call after voicemails left regarding my car and a tow truck coming. When I finally got a call they told me my battery was completely dead and they couldn t look at it at all now until it was a full charge. I asked them to push it out of their garage and I would go elsewhere. The receptionist was very nice and understanding to my concerns trying to get the techs to look at my car. They also told me it wasn t their issue I didn t have a loaner. I also purchased my car from them 5 years ago and was told I would get a loaner anytime my car was at their shop. I have never gotten that experience the few times I used them. They were very disrespectful and full of bull****!

Really pleased with the service and ease of the transaction. All staff were very friendly, laid back and welcoming, which is a sharp contrast to other dealerships I have worked with and visited. I would recommend this dealer over any other Honda dealers in the local area based off of the support I received here. I received everything I needed - nothing more, nothing less. Thank you!

I ve been loyal to this dealership since college. Both my husband and I have had Honda s and they have always been very reliable and dependable. I ve never felt pressured when leasing/buying, as they take the time to know your needs and are very respectful of your lifestyle. Great customer service, good people to do business with.

Generally a pretty good dealership. Worked with us on the price and had the car ready along with all the paperwork before we arrived. It was probably the fastest car purchase process we've gone through. Once we arrived at the dealership, we simply signed the regular paperwork and were on our way in less than an hour. Everything went pretty smoothly overall.Oddly enough, they forgot to place an inspection sticker on the vehicle. We didn't notice until after we left and there was nobody there who could perform the inspection until the next day - meaning we had to drive back about 45 minutes just to get 2 stickers installed. At least they refilled the gas tank when we brought it back down.They also placed the dealer decal and license plate cover on the car despite us asking multiple times not to. It was also a dealer trade made specifically for us, so it clearly wasn't communicated to whoever prepared the car for purchase. When asked if they could take it off, the person who would do it wasn't there either. I ended up carefully taking off the decal and removed the license plate cover after we got home.Had it not been for those rather annoying frustrations, I would have given a better rating. They were pretty close to being a no-hassle dealership for us but they still had some issues.Either way, they're still significantly better than other dealerships like Motorworld and the entire experience was decent.

Pretty shady. My first clue should have been when they inflated the MSRP on a quote I asked for. Do they not know people can get that online? So big day I contact them about purchasing. I get the classic this is the last one and how there's a shortage of these - no other dealers seem to have a shortage of them, been getting a lot of offers. Then the double dip kicker "we won't sell it to you unless you have a trade in" - because you know we have to make even more off you by selling your used car after inflating the price of your new one.

Purchased a Honda SUV from them in 2019, purchase process was simple and pleasant. The service department is quick to respond to requests and has a nice comfortable waiting area.2022 Edit: waiting area is getting a bit worn, seats could be replaced to freshen up the look.

I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty through salesman Isiah in February and he was beyond helpful and patient. I made the drive down from central NY and he was helpful throughout the whole process. If you re considering purchasing a car from this dealership, Isiah is the one to go to, 10/10 recommend!!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a '16 Accord coupe, and they made it one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had. If your thinking about buying a Honda give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed. Oh, and ask for Neil, he's one of the best car salesman I have ever encountered.
