Excellent service - from estimate to repair. Scott and Nick at the counter were polite and friendly. Busy shop which showed me I made the right choice. Scott, the manager, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. My vehicle looks amazing. Top notch!

Won't take my vehicles there again. Took it to get repaired and they reported that something else, other then what I said, happened to my car. Therefore 2 claims were opened and now I have to pay $1000 deductible. I didn't ask them what they thought, only I was told to take my car there from farmers ins. Due to all their "thoughts" an investigation was opened. Never again. My car has been with them for 2 months now. I called this week and was told they have all the parts and it would be several weeks yet! My rental is up in 11/4 and then I'll be without a vehicle. I'm not happy at all with this place!

Overall, I'm happy with the repairs Independence Ford did make. However, I'm not happy with the lack of communication. Make sure you are very specific about what repairs you want done when you bring vehicle here, regardless if you're going through insurance or not. I paid to have damage repaired on the drivers side of my vehicle, and they did repair most of it but not all of it. They never contacted me to ask about the additional damage, and I apparently wasn't specific enough when I got the estimate. They did contact me about the repairs to my back bumper, but no one contacted me about the damage on the side.I also asked for a quote regarding an auto bra and I never heard back from them at all about it. Apparently even when you're trying to get them to take your money they still will refuse to do anything more than they have to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team did an amazing job on my vehicle I m very impressed but the lack of communication that was it, I had to reach out and get updates my self but that is the only thing other then that they are very professional and got it done in a timely manner very impressedService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Slow as hell. Don t really care to get stuff done if you are going through insurance. Cash they will bc them getting it done means they get cash. Insurance? Nah they will push ur car back WEEKS and MONTHS.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
