They already give great service. I'm just disappointed that after putting $2,000 in the car for repairs The service emissions light keeps coming on and I'm told I have to replace the catalytic converter for another $2,000 very disappointed right now. This is not the dealership's fault but the Honda manufacturer who did not build a car that could handle today's gasoline.

Got in for an oil change early. Service writer reached out and contacted me due to weather since there had been numerous cancellations. Was nice to be contacted and helped me get my car serviced earlier and got me home before weather got worse. Service tech went over car also. Checked tires and all other possible service points. Gove them a try.

Independence Honda has excellent customer service. Their waiting area is clean, comfortable, and you're able to socially distance. Easy to schedule maintenance.
