Mike was helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy. His knowledge through years in the industry helped fine tune my equipment needs. I was overly surprised by the ease of financing and the streamlined signing process. Their service department had my mower deck leveled and installed the same day when the expected date was 6 days. They delivered that same day for free with the fuel tank full. Interaction with Mike and the service team was like a visit to see family. Very easy and laid back atmosphere, but with the service and respect every customer expects. Five stars isn't enough rating. I have already recommended CH Waltz Sons to friends.

I m writing this because I m really impressed with the customer service that I got from CH Waltz in my busiest time of the year. I called in a time of despair because my new tractor was not running properly. I had to call the service department and I heard the last thing I wanted to hear The service manager is on vacation but I am covering for him. Immediately I thought that I was not going to have my tractor for another week, but what I got was exactly the opposite. Blaire was covering the service department for the week and went above and beyond to make sure the machine was picked up, repaired, and delivered within a few days. Turns out a mouse was the culprit and the tractor is back on the farm and running as good as new. I really appreciate what they did for me. Everyone from the technician (who tried to talk me through some stuff) to the service manager and the delivery person went out of their way to try to help me. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Very happy and pleased with CH Waltz sons in Bloomsburg. Very friendly and helpful staff including the mechanics who were great to talk with to get their insight, working on them everyday. Had several visits and questions for them prior to the purchase of the MX6000 tractor. They were great and would recommend anybody that is looking for a quality piece of equipment to definitely take a look at Kubota and spend some time with them. Enjoyable experience!

Well, just had the delivery of our SVL 65-2 to supplement our Kubota line (U35-4 mini excavator, BX25, B2601 and RTV 1100C). The experience we had in purchasing all of our equipment from CH Waltz in Bloomsburg has been outstanding. Everyone at the shop is extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. Seth was great in guiding us through all the purchases, and steered us away from things we did not need on the track loader. We have been to other Kubota dealers but none compare to our local shop. We highly recommend CH Waltz and the great individuals (Seth, Tony, Mike, Blaire especially) who work there. Kudos!Pictures are delivery and first day in the woodlot logging some hemlocks.

Had a sthil saw go bad, took it in 2 days later walked out with a brand new saw. Warranty for stihl is unbelievable. No questions asked. Great service, nice bunch of people. Would recommend.

Purchased several Kubota Tractors with cabs and attachments. Mike in sales is very professional, knowledgeable, and offers good sound guidance with your purchase. My experience with C H Waltz has been very good, staff members are always courteous and helpful in all my needs. I personally rent equipment pretty frequently for my business and farm use and I m yet to have a bad experience.

Have to say dealing with Seth has been absolutely a pleasure. I didnt shop here until a chance call with Seth. Now its my go to dealership for new Kubota's. Now I even started taking my equipment here to be serviced. So far so good. Happy with prices and work. I would highly recommend Seth!

Sales person Mike was a pleasure to deal with. Explained the zero turn features and options. Listen to what I wanted and delivered. The service team installed all my accessories the way I requested and set up the unit for delivery. I wish all my purchases went as smooth as this one. I have been dealing with CH Waltz for over 10 years (both buying and renting equipment) and I can t say enough about how really great they are. They ve always come through for me and have superb pricing and equipment. The staff (especially Blaire and Seth) have always been so helpful and knowledgeable about what I would need to get a specific job done, and are always friendly and accommodating. The number and variety of equipment they have for rent is unbelievable. I am writing this review so they know that their efforts are appreciated, but I feel like I m letting the cat out of the bag. It s alright though I know they got me covered!

Bought a new Stihl 180-C BE. John at the service desk was awesome. I didn t want the green chain and bar so he swapped it out for me with the yellow bar and professional chain. Great people to deal with and fair prices to boot. I ll be back for more of my Stihl power tool needs. They re the best in the area.

Urgent need for a rental to dig my parents well line to repair the line; no water to their house and they are in their 80s year of age Blaire from C H Waltz was amazing ! Kindest, professional person I have met in a long time. Really had empathy for our situation and came through like a knight in shining armor ! I will defiantly be spreading the word about this business; pricing is very reasonable too. Top notch ! Thank you Blaire !

Went to look at a $40,000 tractor. I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. Mike was yawning filling out the quote and never followed up. Ended up purchasing from Reading Tractor.Do yourself a favor and let Mike get his sleep. Go somewhere else

We bought our tractor from here and have rented equipment in the past. Always, always a great experience but today takes the cake: last night we had an emergency and Blaire in equipment rentals was lightening fast to help us out and get equipment at our door within an hour. It s going to be a tough day, but made so much easier because of how CH Waltz looks out for their community.
