Exceptional service every time I go in! Very understanding of having my kids with me, and gets the work done quickly. Their prices are more than fair, and they don t nickel and dime you. Great team! I highly recommend

Friendly and all that good stuff. Seem to know the tire business pretty well, I worked with Ross the salesman and you got everything lined up perfectly.Place was neat and clean. As for an auto center can be. They've always given me exactly what I pay for, and sometimes some extra advice with my last vehicle.I spent a little more by going here but I think I got a better experience. Thank you guys!

While on a trip from FL, my water pump started going out. Greg, the service technician, was very communicative and helpful in diagnosing the problem. In short order, they had me back on the road. Overall, their prices are reasonable & their customer service & professionalism were excellent. Kudos to Greg for going the extra mile.

Incredible!!! They treat you like a human and are reliable, trustworthy and very understanding of circumstances and situations. They never made me feel stupid for any question I asked and always pick up when I call. I don t want to take my car anywhere else but there from here on out!

Honestly the best place around to get tires. They don't try to tell you some mysterious folklore that ends with your vehicle needing some obscure part (like some other franchise that rhymes with sheeve stannon)The prices are the lowest for quality product and they offer a card that's easy to use and same as cash for 6 months.Overall very pleased with this establishment and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Has my vehicle inspected. They were very thorough and professional, and reasonably priced.I also get my oil changed, and 4 new tires also reasonably priced. They do a great job. I have been going here for a year. They have me as a customer for life.

The best & trustworthy place in entire Bloomsburg. They do very fair business, highly experienced services mens.I have tired many others in Bloomsburg but non like Bastine tyre.

Bastian is the place to be for automotive repair! Very friendly staff who are extremly understanding. They were quick to find a spot for me to get my headlight changed, and I will continue to use them for years to come. Wonderful people!

I went up there not being familiar with the area nor being in pa for over 20yrs, they looked my vehicle over gave me cheap and fair prices and got my vehicle back on road with sticker for my family,kept their word at what they quoted me and the time also. Would definitely recommend them others. They are kind and friendly and good at what they do.

I called over a week in advance to make an appointment for inspection and brakes. I drop my car off at 8 and walk around bloom waiting for them to call me. If it wasn't for the rain that sent me back to the shop they probably never would've planned to call and tell me that they had the wrong brake pads and it's going to be at least another five hours till they come in. Despite this mishap, my family and I have been coming to bastains for years and they always do great work and they're always friendly. The same day, one of the workers was kind enough to have a new insurance card faxed in because mine was expired. He even went the extra mile and insisted I walked out the garage so I wouldn't get soaked in the downpour outside.

Fair prices, great customer service. They follow up nicely on your car. I ll pay a little extra to go somewhere I can trust to communicate honestly about my cars needs.

I have trusted Ross and his crew with my daughter's vehicle while she is at Bloomsburg U. They have ALWAYS gone the extra mile in making sure her vehicle is safe.Ross and Brandon call me to keep me updated on repairs and have done the inspections and emissions for 2 years now. GREAT PEOPLE and SERVICE

Ross and the gang are fabulous. I ve been going here for 5 years and I ve never been unhappy or not satisfied with their quality of work, or interactions. They ve always been very honest and forthright about what needs to be addressed immediately and what can wait.

The service here is spectacular, I have been able to get my car in for service, and then get it back on the same day, as well as having friendly staff members that will suggest things to keep in mind with your vehicle, as far servicing it goes.

The kindest people I ve come in contact to when it comes to auto shops. Just went for an oil change and some noises about my car. Gave me a cheap estimate for it all. Will definitely be going to them for an issues with my car 10/10 would recommend

Great friendly service. Hopped around from a lot of different places from Shamokin Dam up to Bloomsburg over the years until I tried this location in Bloom. I don't mind driving out of town to have work done on my vehicles because I know it will be done right.

I am a new RV owner traveling across country when I saw my low air tire. I called and they invited me in. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they fit me in. They checked all six tires, confirmed they only needed air and instructed me on the proper maintenance. Although the tires were not purchased there, they honored the guarantee and didn't charge me. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Great sevice and trustworthy. Today as I was traveling through the area my breaks started grinding. I still had 600 miles before I was back in my home state. I decided the break repair couldn't be delayed. I checked Break Repair/goggle reviews and decided to try Bastian Tire. I am glad I did. As a women, and from out of town the thought in the back of my mind was, I may be taken advantage of, but not here. Not only did they fit me into their day's schedule, they repaired only what was needed, and had me back on the road in less than 2.5 hours. Thank you Bastian Tire!

I would like to thank all the employees at Bastian s in Bloomsburg, Pa store for the years of excellent service. They are awesome and making every effort to complete repairs/service within time they quote at a reasonable cost. Their customer service is exceptional; I can recommend anyone that's needs tires or maintenance to visit Ross at Bastian s Bloomsburg store.I give them more than 10 out of10 stars.

Brought my car in for an oil change. They offered a free tire rotation, so I said yes. Had to wait an hour and a half until my car was ready (mind you there was no one else there) The mechanic told me he broke my lug nut and will be charging me an additional 8 dollars to replace it. Since then my steering wheel has been vibrating and I cannot go above 60 miles an hour. Took it to a different place and they said the lug nut was put in crooked and has potential of breaking if I don't get it fixed ASAP. You may want to think twice about going here. People seem extremely inexperienced, especially since broke a lug nut during a simple tire rotation and can't even replace it correctly.

Prices are a little high compared to local garage but they do a good job. parking is tight . They have a large selection of different tires for every vehicle . If you have a flat you could do much worse than bastian

Great Service and Convenient location. A little tough to park if busy. Use the side lot across from the Garage bays if you can't find a space where customer parking is labeled.
