Not only did they lie to me over the phone about when my car was being worked on, they refused to call me, and I gave them my number several times. Then when I do get my car back, after they had it for over 3 weeks, they headlights were left on, the car is now filthy, and there is scratches across the back of my trunk, which were not there prior to Alexander service center having it.NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!
