I went to advanced auto after many attempts to acquire a part for the muffler of my uncle's everywhere I went before either did not have it or wanted to sell me a 400 kit for one part when I walked into advanced auto in Bloomsburg I met tim in minutes he looked up exactly what I needed at a price I could afford tim turned a frustrating couple of weeks into a moment of relief that's why I gave five stars and will take my business their from now on

Definitely don't ask Tim for any help. He will sell you a drivers side caliper instead of a passenger side even tho you tell the guy about 10 times it was for the passenger side. Then he decides to give my wife attitude which doesn't sit right with me.

While trying to purchase car detailing supplies we were approached by one on the associates informing us of some great deals in the front of the store. So we went and tried to take advantage of the deals when a different associate went to ring it up he told us that the deal wasn't what the other associate told us even though it was advertised under the products very clearly he tried to ring it up again then told us he just couldn't give us the deals. Never asked for help and was very rude. So we just left and do no advise any one to go there if this is how they treat customers.

A little weak. Only one employee. Went here for a battery and was explained the difference but then changed my mind. With that the employees attitude changed because he had to put the more expensive battery back and install the lower priced one. If i had the equipment that the guy at williard battery has at place business on the strip i would of went to him or walmart to save the advance auto employee the aggrevation of him having to do his job.

Looked up a part online. Called to order the part to a store. Since I saw the part online was missing an important component, I asked if it was possible to order a set that did, hoping perhaps that their expertise in this matter would be greater than mine, and being a distributor, perhaps they had access to more information than I did. Upon speaking to Mike, an employee at the store location, he assured me that the part he could order would include the aforementioned needed components. So we had them ordered to the store, however upon picking up the item, I saw that it was exactly the same item that I had seen online and did not have the components I was promised. I immediately wanted to refuse the sale, but the associate I spoke with upon arriving to the store insisted that "there are none with those components included" as if trying to reassure me that taking my business elsewhere would be a waste of time, but he was literally just showing me the store website (the same page I had already visited from home). So I guess there's absolutely no benefit to speaking to an associate! Furthermore, If an employee cannot read a simple product description online and get that right, how can I be sure this other guy even knows what he's talking about? On top of all of that, the component I needed was as expensive to order as the kit that never included it, so now my bill had essentially doubled.In the end I was forced to purchase the extra component and take the hit to my wallet, because I simply needed it right away and didn't have the time to look elsewhere, and I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible because I was livid. I left the store feeling angry and frustrated and cheated. I don't know why I bothered to do business with an employee of a company that knows less than I do as a consumer. Absolutely will not be doing business here again. Online stores only, people! Just order your products yourself or talk to a mechanic. Do some research, and you'll already know more than the average store associate. Don't waste your time or money with unprofessionalism

Prices are high when compared to competitors and staff doesn't offer assistance when entering like another store I frequent. These reasons are why I removed 1 star. Gentlemen that assisted me at checkout was friendly and knowledgeable.

Depends on which store, but Bloomsburg is harsh, manager is a grump, touchy, touches and comments inappropriately, store has gone down hill, hire new people who know nothing.They need to update, clean out the old, worn and tired and bring in new energy and happy people willing to be there and help people

Danville, PAAttendants in the Store were very helpful and took time to suggest the right items for my car. Store is well organized as well. It's the place to check out.

Good selection of fairly niche parts. Employees are knowledgeable and willing to look up parts on their system to see if they fit your vehicle.Their staff was happy to let me order online (currently 20% off) from my phone in store and pick up once the order came through their system. I will continue to shop here over Bloomsburg's AutoZone because of the staff at this location.

I had the best customer service at the Bloomsburg location this evening. The gentleman held the door for me, found what I needed (on sale), and even checked his pockets for a dime as I looked through my wallet for one. Seriously, I'm very impressed! The gentleman had long brown hair and a beard.

Awesome place with very helpful staff. I had them replace a battery for my car and they did it no questions asked and no problems. The people there obviously know their stuff and their prices are very reasonable, unlike a lot of other places you can take your car to. I recommend!

Only 2 people working, And one was the manager, And she was outside installing a battery for some guy. The other girl inside just started working there and didn't know anything about anything, She kept saying to everyone just to be payshent. She will be in soon. Every one had been waiting for to long and just left. Very bad customer service. Unprofessional. Going to AutoZone from now on.

Good experience here, the manager was very nice and helpful when I needed fuses for my car, and another employee installed a new car battery for me while I waited. Prices were reasonable and my battery came with a 2 year warranty.

Back wiper came apart. Replaced at good price. They even came out in the drizzle and put it on car for me. Friendly and fast! 1st rate *****

Just go to autozone was given the wrong part twice in a row and the store manager tried to say I only needed one copper crush washer on each brake caliper hose witch I know from working as a mechanic is not correct and would of just leaked

Nice clean store. The younger guy didn't really know much. Had to get other guy to assist on finding proper bulb that I needed.

Extremely over priced. Went for a car battery. They were charging $121. Got a better one at Wal-Mart for $50. This place is ok for car parts if you can't find them elsewhere, but they're very pricey as well.

My boyfriend stopped here to get windshield wiper blades for my car. 30 minute run around on why they don't have this part or that part. Why do you not carry parts for something as simple as wiper blades??? And if you know you are lacking WHY WASTE SOMEONES TIME???? 30 mins of my life I will never get back because of incompetence.
