Absolutely charming desk staff at check-in, I wish I had gotten the young lady's name. Hotel was clean and well appointed, the location was very quiet. Nice fitness center and guest laundry. New locks had been install just prior to our stay, always nice to see upgrades to security. A great value at off-season prices to check out the scenery & spring waterfalls of the Laurel Highlands. I hope to be back when the pool is open.

Checking in was very quick and easy. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Although they were updating the HVAC units in each room, the maintenance employees were very considerate and kept the noise to a minimum. The indoor pool was perfectly warm and clean. The King suite with a pullout sofa was far more spacious than I could have imagined. I'm happy I got that, over the typical double room. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend!Food & drinks: Many restaurants close by, door dash delivered to us here.Noteworthy details: Decorations for the holiday season were very homey and beautiful!

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. No bells and whistles here.The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the shower was very small. Not great water pressure in the shower. No smart TV.This hotel could use a remodel & update.

They serve a nice hot breakfast with fresh coffee. The lady working in the breakfast area was very friendly and did a good job keeping up with a very busy area. As shown in the photo, the accent chairs are definitely in need of a good cleaning!The room was certainly clean, but the appointments were much less than what we expected at this price point. The mattress was an uncomfortable innerspring model, and the TV faced the middle of the room, so it couldn't easily be watched from the bed or the sofa. We practically sank to the floor when we sat on the sofa that looked like it had been there since the 90's.

The Hampton Inn in Blairsville is amazing!! Super nice hotel in an incredible location...right on a beautiful golf course! If you get a room facing the back side of the hotel, it will overlook the golf course and some small mountains in the distance. Just an incredible view. You can watch people tee off from one of the tee boxes which is located right behind the hotel. The staff were super nice, the interior is super nice and I highly recommend staying here!!Nearby activities: A very nice golf course is attached to the hotel!

I worked with this hotel location for my wedding in December of 2022. While at first it was difficult getting ahold of someone (they had some staffing changes occurring around the same time), once I was able to establish contact, the rest of the experience was very positive. Creating a block for our guests was as easy as filling out a form, booking rooms for my bridal party was easy, however I did go in person to work with the front desk. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good enough! I will say, the only disappointing thing was that the block for our wedding was not all in one area of the hotel. Even my bridesmaids rooms were on different floors. I'm not sure if this is the norm or not. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend the space to any other brides planning a wedding next door at Chestnut Ridge!

Our room was very nice, however the customer service was pretty bad during our stay. We had questions regarding where to eat in the area and they had no recommendations. That s fine we were able to google some places. But when we approached the front desk around 7pm and asked for some extra towels and pillows the front desk woman was pretty rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. They had no idea what was for breakfast in the morning so overall we just figured it out and stopped bothering. I just wish the staff was more friendly during our stay, that would ve really made it a lot better. As of now I probably would not go back.

MARVELOUS!We came into town from Lancaster County for My 40th Birthday! Super 10/10 Pet-Friendliness! If You re a pet owner, No worries or cause for concern Here, You and Your Pet(s) will have the best Time together Here and the views are Spectacular! Plenty of Clean places to walk Your Pup(s) with a place That You don t have to worry about Walking them Because everyone Here cleans up after themselves!Breakfast was The Best Ever for a more continental style, super clean, And Let me just tell You Margi Is really a Star! I really hope someone from management recognizes Her, This is someone you want to promote and give every opportunity possible on their career path, she deserves it and has given myself, and every one of your customers I ve seen Nothing but an above and beyond performance, Not just meeting, But far exceeding expectations!, I m an award Winning Well Known Chef, Food Blogger / Writer on social Media and Let me tell You, You will have the best time ever at Breakfast and it ll all because of Margi, she is soooooooooo friendly, More attentive than most servers You ll ever meet, she kept everything clean, and Was Incredibly friendly to talk to, She even Came into work every day with great Recommendations for destinations to see during Our stay, and Made My 40th Birthday complete with Her recommendation of Buttermilk Falls which I never would ve known about if it weren t for Her, It was the highlight of Our stay, What she presents is so much more than just Breakfast, But Breakfast with Heart, I really Hope someone will recognize Her for a Job Very Well Done The Staff at the front desk couldn t have been friendlier, Jenny and Luke Were Very Friendly and While I only saw Luke once or twice, Jenny Always smiled when we came by and Was very friendly at Her post . We also Frequently Saw Lillie who was just Fabulous, super kind, always smiling and welcoming, A Great Personality for sure!!!! And Amanda the sales coordinator who always had amazing suggestions and was quick with information on the must see spots was also Superb! I really hope the owners of this establishment do something special for this hard working crew!All in All, This is one of the Best places to stay these World travelers Have ever stayed, It felt safe, clean, Margi was the Highlight, and The Pet Friendliness couldn t have been Better or more important to us! Checked in around 6pm, young woman at the desk was extremely curtious and efficient.Had a smile when we came in and when we left.Came back around midnight, was greeted by a frantic woman that treated us like we were intruders and questioned if we even had rooms that evening, when she could have just asked and we would have provided evidence.Seriously, she told us to not touch the doors and asked if we actually were staying the night.I ve never been grilled like that after entering a hotel like this.My partner and I have been discussing the incident for over and hour now, and I just can t let it go, it was so unprofessional it is insane.

The staff is friendly. Our hotel room has a beautiful view. The heated pool also has a beautiful view. (There had been a problem with it but maintenance got it repaired; and we were able to enjoy it). There is a nice area with a gas fire pit and grill (also having a magnificent view). The room is clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is amazing and fairly quiet. It isn t far from Idlewild, which is our travel destination. Highly recommend! (The only con is that the breakfast could be better, but there is a spot called Valley Dairy nearby that has a good breakfast menu). The hotel is very close to a Walmart if you forget or need anything. That is convenient as well.

Everything looked clean & the breakfast was adequate (pre made omelettes, potato wedges, waffles, oatmeal/cereal, muffins, etc). The only concern was the pool the water was warm which was great but it was very filthy & looks like it doesn t get cleaned. Visible dirt/scum on bottom & siding/tile. Noticed no water coming through the jets in the pool either, just a bit concerning. If you don t plan on using the pool then this hotel should be just fine.

Hotel gets a very HIGH 5 stars. Hotel was extremely clean, Room was Great very clean. All Employees we came in contact were very helpful, courteous. We were treated as we were part of the team. By far BEST Hotel we have ever stayed at. Daughter loved the pool, was very warm. Take out Breakfast was great. Keep up the AWESOME job everyone.

The staff here are amazing! We stayed here for almost a week and they made us feel like we were at home! Kathy makes the best breakfast every morning!!! The rooms are spacious and quiet. We had a room that overlooked the golf course and mountains and it was SO peaceful and serene. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

This welcoming hotel has spacious rooms, a delicious breakfast, and the location could not be better, the Chestnut Ridge Resort shares the same parking lot. The king room is exceptionally large, was well stocked with towels and all the items we needed for a restful night's stay after a fun filled wedding reception. Check in and out was simple.

It was a wonderful visit! Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in, throughout my stay, and through to when I checked out. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had many options to choose from. I would stay again!

The hotel staff was so friendly and extra accommodating. They went the extra mile to put information together about the area for our girls softball team. It was helpful to become familiar with the area. It speaks volumes for their customer service to take the time to do that. I will definitely recommend this location to others and stay here myself in the future. The view from the back of the hotel overlooking the golf course is phenomenal. It was also extremely helpful to have the restaurant next door to be able to walk to and grab dinner. What a great experience!

Staff is very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good for a post Covid-19 era. The night stay was quiet and noise-free. We will definitely come back.

The room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The free breakfast had a lot of different choices to fit different tastes or dietary restrictions. The fitness center was particularly nice. It was spacious and had all new equipment including free weights, a weight machine, and several cardio machines. I would absolutely stay here again if I needed a hotel in the Blairsville area in the future.

We stayed for a wedding this past weekend and couldn't have been happier. The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating, they let us check in early so we could get ready for the wedding. Room was spotless and very nice. Breakfast was free and it was delicious. Definitely will stay again.

I highly recommend Hampton Inn, Blairsville! I live in Florida and got married at Chestnut Ridge a few weeks ago and me, my family and many of our guests stayed here and had an excellent experience! The staff were extraordinary and so accommodating to me and my bridal party. The rooms were very clean and have gorgeous views. Complimentary breakfast was also a plus!

Girl at front desk is amazing! I have dealt with three hotels in the last week in Pa that flat out refused our diabetic service dog because he wasn't a seeing eye dog or push and pull dog not taking into account how valuable a diabetic service dog is. Not only was she extremely welcoming but she also on her own put us near the elevators so he was closer to back door when need be. Honestly Never had a someone think it out well with such care. The rooms are nice and clean and we'll sanitized. Can't give them enough stars.
