Called the auto center three times within three hours to inquire about a car and was told that the one salesmen was too busy to answer my questions. The car I was interested in had no accidents reported or a reconstructed title on Shaeffer's website. After driving two hours to look at this vehicle I was then informed of all this information. Salesman was quite rude and arrogant, giving me excuses on why he couldn't take my calls.

They do sell nice autos and I purchase one. The only thing is you get 90 day warranty for a car you're going to be paying for five or six years.

Had to get a drivers side window installed and had a small time window. They were very accommodating, got it in quickly and for a fair price.

I have to say thank you to Cory for servicing my car. I came in just before closing and he helped me. I had an emergency situation and he fixed it. Cory was super nice and fixed my car while I waited. I encourage anyone looking to fix your own car or buying a new one to go to Scott Schaeffer auto sales and repair. They are the best!!!!Thank you Cory!!!

This is a fantastic place to find a great value in a used car, or just to bring your vehicle in for glass or Auto maintenance.Cory has been very helpful in the process I absolutely recommend you check out their website they have everything listed and prices are very fair.

Really appreciated the great experience buying a car from Scott Schaeffer Auto Center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable and the car was clean and serviced prior to my purchase. They even allowed me to have my local mechanic look the car over to help me make a decision (and there were no issues found). I definitely will return when it comes time for another car, and I highly recommend this dealer!

I brought my Volkswagen SUV here to have a new windshield replaced. Everything went perfectly.When I made the booking they made sure that the correct options for the glass were covered, and they were $50 cheaper than other online quotes I received. I chose to wait in their small waiting room and the work was done in the same 60 to 90 minutes that I had been told on the phone. I am very happy with the service received, and have nothing negative to say :-)

I first went to Scott's about 11 years ago when I moved here from NY. The reason we still use them is because they're simply the best in this area. That includes excellent quality of service, very reasonable prices, and outstanding customer service. This entire operation from front desk to mechanics are top notch.

After a failure to repair both dings in my windshield by another company...the second ding spread...FAST!!! and far. Needless to say a replacement was needed. To my despair the other said company told me....I took the risk, they won't replace my windshield...NICE!!! So I started calling around....one place was Scott's Auto Glass....ended up being the BEST thing I ever did. Got me in the next day, and done in less than 45 minutes. I was back in my jeep (yes with official jeep windshield) and at my office in no time. Great people...fast service, best price...if you need glass help...that's where to go!!!

Wow, what great service I got!! I went to Scott Schaeffer's for a windshield replacement in my motorhome. I also asked if they could check why my engine had a misfire as I had been to another shop and they couldn't find the engine problem because it did not give a code. The new windshield is done and the engine runs great!!! I would highly recommend you give them a try, they fixed my problem when others couldn't.

I have been going to Scott Schaeffer for years, my car is always FIXED when I get it back, with no problems, and the bill is often lower than expected. I'm also impressed with how quickly I get my car back. They have rescued me when stranded, offered rides home, and treated me in a friendly honest manner. I would, and have recommended them to my friends.In short, I really like Scott Schaeffer's .

Went to Scott Schaeffer for a windshield replacement, because they were recommended by a relative. Because Safelite was supposed to do the job, and came out looked at my car and said they didnt have the tools. We called Scott Schaeffers and they got us in that day, and they did it for cheaper than safelite was going to. Our windsheild was badly damaged, but they put a new one in in less than an hour and a half. They did an amazing job and I cannot express how happy I am with the job they did.

I took my car in for inspection and got it back with a crack in the windshield, the car was washed the night before and there wasn't a scratch on it, they denied it and wouldn't fix it, save yourself some money and go elsewhere.
