Highly recommend coming here, I feel the prices are reasonable and they did awesome work. Matt was great to work with, kept up to date with what was going on and discussed prices before moving forward with anything which is very much appreciated. The loaner car program is a life saver and so cool they offer that! Overall they seem very professional and knowledgeable, would definitely come back if I need their services.

Matt and his team repaired my W204 C-Class's broken exterior and interior door handle. Last time, I used Lee Myles Auto Care & Transmissions in Reading, and I decided to come back to Lee Myles in Birdsboro because it is closer to my home.Lee Myles teams know how to fix Mercedes-Benz professionally at a reliable price. Making an appointment was easy. I used Lee Myles's website to make an appointment. Then I had a call with Matt, and he explained every detail about the repair kindly and professionally. He assured me that he had repaired Mercedes-Benz door handles many times. After the day of the appointment, I went to the shop, and they provided me with a cozy room (rest area) in the shop and also a loaner car (Chevrolet Malibu) so that I could go home and come back once my car was repaired. Matt provided me with price estimates so that I know how much I should pay. I was worried that the repair could take more than one day (I needed a same-day repair), but Matt and his team finished the repair on the same day, so I was able to pick up the car.My car was repaired perfectly, and I paid a reasonable price. My Mercedes-Benz dealer quoted me $730 for a door handle replacement (they replace the entire door panel instead of just a door handle), but I saved a lot of money by using Lee Myles Auto Care. They also changed my cabin air filter. Matt also gave me a warranty for the repair, so I am very satisfied.Thank you very much to Matt and everyone at the shop. They are great people with kindness, honesty, and professional skills. I will come back to Lee Myles Auto Care when my car needs repairs.

Very sad i went and called them in good faith for an estimate. Never got back. Apologized said emergency will call next day. Never did. I called them back finally got a price and they were so high. I was disapointed. There are other well qualified trans places and already got a good price. Just a shame brand names dont always mean anything. I feel bad because they all seemed nice but felt like i was begging for a price than it was such a crazy price i would have to be nuts. Im so sorry. If you are thinking of going here do some checking FIRST.

Have taken my truck to Ford dealership and a dozen other mechanics and none of them could fix alignment issues for YEARS. Brought it to Lee Myles and they addressed issues and fixed. Great customer service and knowledge of how to fix problems properly!

Have always had great service over the years. Stopped by today without an appointment, regarding a strange noise, and Nick figured out very quickly what my problem was. Apparently, I had picked up a small branch in my travels! It was the least expensive repair all day! Thank you again!!

Truly grateful for the team at Lee Myles. I spoke/worked directly with Matt, who did an amazing job explaining and assuring any of my concerns. Lee, the technician that worked on my car, did a very thorough job. The appointment notes were emailed with a detailed (pictures included) report of findings. I ve never received this kind of respect and care from a shop as well as open and clear communication.I will be coming here for car issues/maintenance from now on and have already mentioned to friends and family that this is THE place. First time there Wow! Amazing experience! Felt like I was walking into someone s house I ve know forever!!! Such amazing people, Nick, Matt, & Justin (Mark ) just an amazing group of people to work with! The work done was affordable yet precise. Thank you to Dylan (tech) whom I didn t meet, but did great work!One more thing the extremely well detailed, well explained report that came with the car was the first time I had ever seen something so detailed at a shop! Best auto repair experience I've ever had! I have gone to Lee Myles now for two state inspections now. The crew take the utmost care with the vehicles and document everything in the process. They even provide a report and breakdown of the results with pictures!The results showed there were some issues that needed to be addressed immediately as well as some things that will need to be cared for later on down the road. They discussed everything with me in a very open and honest conversation and took the time to understand personal circumstances before deciding on the best path forward. I have had the best experience with Lee Myles. Whenever I have a question they always give me an answer that I can understand as someone who does not know much about cars. They are always so kind and are always sure to make sure they are making fixes to your car that need to be done. Super friendly but crazy expensive . Price gouging type expensive. Piled on every cost they could and I question the percentage the parts are marked up. I requested they only perform the necessary repair work, alone with items only required to pass inspection. They did not listen. They still did extra stuff including the serpentine belt. I was told the did that because they were already doing the alternator. If that was the case then why did I also incur the labor charge for the serpentine when I was already paying for the reinstall on the alternator? This bill was a minimum of 20% higher than warranted. My wife's 2017 Tucson had some engine and performance issues and after doing to a dealership (To make sure it wasn't another recall problem) we decided to go to Lee Myles. The dealership had talked down to my wife and she said they made her feel like they were trying to take advantage of her. At Lee Myles they were so nice and thorough with everything. When talking to us they explained everything in detail and to make sure we could understand. Even gave us documentation and pictures of everything. Being a car guy it all made sense on what they wanted to do. Within a few days they had everything repaired the car was running like new again. Everything went so good with her car I took my Jeep in for inspection the next week. We've have been looking for a good mechanic shop since we moved and we are glad to have found this place. We will definitely be going here for now on with any and all car services.

Although I'm very satisfied with the service I requested and the timely manner it was done. However , I know the service includes inspection of car vitals, but I took my cabin filter out as I don't want it in there. The service team removed the locking knobs to the glovebox and didn't replace them. So consequently when I opened it everything in it fell out. 8-28-2023 Update:Thanks for the response. You stated that the master technicians spent "significant amounts of time" on the testing for my 2018 Cruze. I appreciate you for not billing me for certain things, considering I already felt I did not get a good value. However, do not hang those things over my head and make me seem like the bad guy now that I am giving you a poor review. My wheels should not have taken that much time/effort to remove, especially if you have the tools and know-how to do it. Assuming it was done, they would have seen right away that my entire brake system was on its last leg.You say you prove the value of the service by providing photo and video documentation. I never received such documentation via text/email. In fact, something I omitted from my original review is that I never got any texts, calls, or updates of any kind on the vehicle from your team. I had to call THEM to check on it. At the time, I was blaming my cellular service, thinking the calls from your team weren't coming through. But I had no voicemails even or evidence of any prior calls when in areas with full bars. I had to call YOU guys to get an update and check if I could pick up. But regardless I still never received photo and video documentation.In regards to the hatchback, we did in fact receive all the documentation for that vehicle. I should clarify in that I made a mistake when mentioning what the dealer did for us. The dealer diagnosed and repaired the electrical issue AND the control arms, as well as installation of tires we bought at Walmart, for the $1.5k. Even after the cost of the tires, we were under $2k. Your shop was quoting $200 for 1 tire. I understand safety is important, but talking about safety and how we really should spend $800 on tires is annoying and pushy. We know NOBODY who feels the need to drop nearly $1k on just tires.Again, while Justin was very cordial, your "master" technicians couldn't be bothered check a brake system. You guys are great at selling the solutions, not so great at providing them. How was the braking system not covered in a diagnostic? If safety is SO IMPORTANT to you guys, why were they not checked?If you honestly thought I was going to be chummy and call up Justin and be like "you'll never guess what", after paying you guys to get us nowhere, you're fools. We paid you, you got us nowhere, we had to drop another couple hundred on diagnostic fees elsewhere, and you thought I was going to be happy?Intermittence shouldn't always be an excuse. My problem was quite obvious. Your team cares about safety SO MUCH yet they let me drive with bad pads+rotors after performing "diagnostics". Do better.Original:Not impressed. While everyone is very amicable, they could not properly diagnose a 2013 Ford C-max hybrid.Quoted Over $2k worth of work including Body Control Module. Took it to Tom Masano Ford a month later and they said the BCM was fine; a miscellaneous panel or something needed to be replaced. Like a $1500 total including new tires. I honestly can't believe they charged us to diagnose the car even, considering they said they could not properly test the high voltage hybrid battery. Why make us pay if you don't have the proper tools and equipment to diagnose the car?Then they couldn't diagnose a whining noise with my 2018 Chevy Cruze. If I recall they said they took the wheels off and used a stethoscope.A month later I took the car to Mr. Tire in Selinsgrove, PA where they told me all my brake rotors were shot. Got 2 replaced and the other 2 resurfaced and the noise has stopped. As I said, I'm sure they told me that they took the wheels off. If so, how did they not see my rotors were wrecked?Great place to go if you want friendly faces, but they seem to want to rip you off otherwise with diagnostic fees for cars they can't even diagnose properly or at all.

I called first thing on a Monday morning with brake issues, I use my truck for masonry work they squeezed me in and I was out the door with new rotors and pads in the afternoon, the communication about the work needed and the cost of repairs was excellent I highly recommend !!!
