Emmet and Sergey were extremely helpful during the sales and paperwork process. If there was an issue they fixed it fast. They were very upfront about the fees and pricing. We bought the car very smoothly for my first vehicle with my boyfriend :) if I ever need another car I'll definitely return! Went to work straight after the dealership!

These people are scam artists. They do not look over their vehicles before they put inspection stickers on them. Bought this car February 2023, would not pass inspection February 2024 due to a 12 inch hole in the rocker panel. They would do nothing for me, I will not ever buy from them again will not recommend them to my enemy. Do not do business with these people you will get screwed over. This much rust damage does not happen in one year, even if you live next to the dead sea.

For being a first time buyer at a dealership, I have to say it was one of the greatest experiences I have had. I was able to leave with a car and satisfied as well. Raymond was really patient, kind, and helpful. He was able to walk me through everything and find a car that was right for me. I will definitely be coming back and recommending him to friends and family members. I was definitely stressed and nervous about going in and getting car and not knowing much about it, but he really knew what to do and walked me through everything, and took his time in giving me some options and see what was right for me. Thank you Raymond!!

I recently purchased a vehicle here for my daughter and the staff turned around my previous bad experience at this dealership from a few years back. The gentleman I was working with, Frank - he was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was pressure free and comfortable. Sergey also patiently walked me through all the financial particulars, adding to the overall 5 star experience. I am very happy with the team at Star Auto and will be back on my next purchase, thanks again Frank and Sergey!!

Ashrubal Pichardo (our sales rep) and Star Auto Mall. Deserve the 5 Stars I gave them. Living in the Lehigh Valley for 34 years and raising a family. I have bought from 4 well know (based on how much they advertise) large dealerships and 2 - 3 smaller used car dealerships as well as a well known rental car company used vehicle purchased. Ashrubal was on point from our first contact. He was friendly, helpful and transparent. A refreshing trait for any salesperson in any field. But hard to find at car dealerships. He did not try to "Sell us" and he did NOT over promise and under deliver. I would say we arrived at Star Auto Mall around 1:30 PM. Test drive 2 vehicles we were interested in and by 5:15 PM I left the dealership with a beautiful 2020 Subaru Ascent. No hassles, no I have to speak with my manager and no up selling all kinds of unneeded after sales. I also must thank Ted (the General Manager who knows his stuff and was equally as awesome as his sales rep Ashrubal.) It would be remiss if I didn't thank Paul (business manager and his associate Bobbie.) They were professional, very knowledgeable and transparent too. There is a woman there who does everything. I believe Eleanor, who is the glue for the whole dealership but took the time to offer my wife an I some food and drink. Because she overheard I had not eaten before leaving our home. She is a shining star. Would I recommend Star Auto Mall and Ashrubal. ABSOLUTELY! In fact I already have. The Subaru Ascent does most of the talking for me. People love the SUV and my honest appraisal of Ashrubal and Star Auto Mall. One last thought. I don't usually go on social media to share my experience or review. But these folks, especially Ashrubal went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase. I have had the SUV 2 weeks and my excitement to drive it has not waned.

I like this guys, i bought a nice car here. Deal was fast, fair and friendly. Most important the price i saw in web site was the same when i came for test drive. I appreciate decency. Special thank for you Jasmeet you did the best sale work. it was fast, friendly, polite, you gave me all info i need. You sent my car to dealer to check and fix recall report. I use it and i am happy. great job!

Wife bought a 2021 Kia forte from this store, airbag light was pulled (so the faults + lights didn't show on the dash) and the car was in a prior accident that wasn't disclosed, airbag module & passenger seatbelt were inoperable. This is inexcusable to sell a vehicle with such major safety concerns. on top of that, the vehicle after 2 WEEKS needed rear brakes as they were metal to metal.avoid these scam artists at all costs

Went on a Sunday afternoon to look at cars without anyone bothering me. Found the car I thought would best suit me. Bought it the next day. The salesman Ray even picked me up at the airport where I was returning my rental car.

I personally had the best experience buying my first vehicle from here. Emmett went above and beyond, thoroughly explained every detail to me through the process. He was extremely personable as well as knowledgeable on the vehicle itself. Everyone else there was very friendly as well and they don t harass and haggle you which I loved. I highly recommend Star Auto Mall 191 and Emmett to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Was very pleased with my experience at Star Automall. Was given a very nice discount and really please with how hospitable Christian was.Two week update: check engine light came on a day or two later and I ve been trying to get in contact with the dealership and can t. Already spent $308 on a repair that did not correct the issue. Would be nice to get a call back.

Thank you, Jazz! The purchase might have started a bit rocky but it ended well. The other folks were friendly as well! I love this car. It's such a big upgrade from my old 1998 Camry. Now I no longer have to worry about my car breaking down on a daily basis.

Frank you re the man. Definitely my go to person brought my 1st and 2nd car from him there. The services are great, he talks fast and seem like he may be rushing u but he from NY so I didn t expect anything less.However, this 2nd car has brought me so many problems that I didn t even have to think about with the first one. When I brought this car it was newly inspected so when I went to get it inspected they wouldn t do it... however 11 months later when its inspection time... my car failed. The car has THE WRONG BRAKE PADS ND ROTORS! This car is an limited edition which mean most pieces are LIMITED EDITION as well.... they put on whatever that fit, costing me today OVER $800 because now I need 2 new tires as well. Smh.I would still recommend getting a car from them.... HOWEVER TAKE IT TO GET INSPECTED WITHIN THE FIRST 2 days no matter what!!! It will save u frustration at the end!

Jazz was GREAT!!! Purchased my first car from here and he was super helpful and very funny as well. Im glad he was my salesperson :)Recap- here I am a month later with the Nissan sentra I purchased from here. I went to the dealership repair shop for something. The guy who was working with me explained to me that my brakes are at a 2. Not sure why they didn't tell me this nor did they provide me the carfax when I asked them to.

Frank went above and beyond in all aspects of the total car buying experience. His attention to detail, the patience he exhibited throughout the process and his superior product knowledge.He demonstrates exceptional service, at the highest level during every experience.It was a once in a lifetime experience! We need more people in the world like there staff! They were organized, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate us!I will definitely recommend Star Auto Mall on Nazareth pike in Bethlehem thanks to frank!! I'm very happy with my purchase. Not the best dealership. A ton of hidden fees. They removed the floor mats from the car that we bought as they were cleaning it. Then had us sign paperwork stating "they didn't owe us anything" when asked what that meant they stated, "for example floor mats". Didn't think much of it since there were floor mats during our test drive... until we got in the car after signing and there were NO floor mats. They claimed to make an appointment for us at a Nissan dealership to have a sensor fixed. When we showed up at the Nissan dealership for our appointment, it was never made and didn't exist. Tons of shady behavior. We did get a car and it runs well. But the experience was not good. Also, they are begging people to leave 5 star reviews so don't be fooled.

I am the proud new owner of a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport AWD. Jasmeet Jazz Singh had it picked out for me before I even got to the dealership. He also pulled two other cars but I ended up going with the Outlander. Jazz Singh and Ishmael Rodriguez were both incredible to work with and they had me in and out in 90 minutes with my new to me car. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will definitely be a repeat customer!Also, my daughter drew Jazz a picture and he put it up on the wall immediately and made her day.

FRANK was truly amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure He provided the best experience, He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and very attentive to me. Nothing but a headache after buying a 2015 chevy equinox with those guys. They supposedly do a full detail in the car before selling the car, but after using the vehicle for a couple days the battery won't hold the charge, the sold us a vehicle with damaged parts and THEY NEVER CALL BACK after being promised for the last 6 times.They don't care if we're in the middle of the road, they just want your money. I had to pay for the battery from other party for 220 dollars cause is the regular price and the one compatible with the car, and apparently they refund only 50 dollars cause they say that is the regular price... WHAT KIND OF BATTERY THEY SELL??An extreme disappointment and definitely not a go to place to buy a car. PLEASE DON'T

The whole process of really seamless. I went in test drove the car I wanted and once I told Paulie it s the one I wanted i was out of there in about an hour. I hate the car buying process bc your literally in there all day and these guys really helped. I love my car !

BIG SHOUT OUT TO FRANK! !!!!!!!I did the the credit app via online and they did an estimated appraisal via pictures and video that I sent in of my trade. Got an approval for the loan within less than a hour, I spoke with a gentleman named Frank on the phone prior to coming down. Frank had the car I wanted all cleaned up and ready for a test drive the same day!the entire process was easy and transparent. I never felt uncomfortable during the purchase and I was extremely pleased with my experience with each employee I dealt with.Frank has since gone above and beyond to assist us in our ownership and has checked in with us from time to time.This was an all around 5 STAR experience and I would highly recommend purchasing from FRANK at Star Auto Mall on Nazareth pike!!

Beware of hidden add ins. They slipped a 900 dollar theft coverage system into my purchase price without telling me. I guess its my fault for not triple checking but I wouldn't trust these guys one bit if you do show up. Coverage system is apparently "not cancelable" because it is "installed" which is a few stickers on the car that I offered to take off.
