8/21/23 Blew a company recap!I-84 and hwy 6 in Pennsylvania.They gave me an 1.5hr wait time and showed up on the dot, literally had the new tire on in 20mnts.Really nice tech, super friendly.Call these people you won t regret it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Waited three weeks for a tractor tire repair they finally sent some incompetent tech that had no clue what he was doing spent fire hours replacing the tube and pinched it. Said he d be back next day to fix it. I waited five weeks finally had to call again to be told by the truck tire manager the tech was fired he d send someone else out. After three mores weeks I had to call again only to be told more excuses. I was told trick would be there Thursday, of course he was a no show. Finally showed up Saturday no phone call only to be told the tire was cracked so this one wouldn t fix after the first one did incorrectly. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Inconsiderate drivers. Caught this one hanging out on the park taking up 3 spots. This park is used by a lot people who work nearby to take their lunch and most sit in their cars. There's a small handful of shaded parking spots and this person was selfish enough to park in THREE spots.Edit: Owner's response is not correct. This person was not here for 20 seconds. They were there before I arrived and at least 30 minutes thereafter. The time is also incorrect as this photo was taken around 11am. Also, it still disregards the selfishness of parking in three spots.

The best commercial truck service around i have used them several times now through budget truck rental as we rent several trucks for months at a time for are company service tire truck centers shop out of Flanders NJ is unbelievable always there quick and know exactly what they are doing very professional thanks again

This place is a complete joke. They make the whole area smell like burnt rubber every other day. Their truck drivers are completely incompetent and drive like they own the road. Their work truck drivers are even worse, they will straight up cut you off and hit you if you don't get out of the way of them.

I received excellent service from these guys. They don t slack like a lot places where they keep you waiting and overcharge you. Here, they fixed several issues I had on my Cascadia, even faster than originally expected. The cost for parts & labor were honest and fair. Also Don was great with his communication.Not much more one could ask for. I d recommend them for sure. Thank you guys!

I can t say enough about this company, my husband and I had a blowout on 81, we were driving a roll back with a car on top!! From the time our blowout to the time they drove out to fix the flat was just under an hour! Then we get a call back making sure we were satisfied!! Number one in our book, my husband is driving back down 100 miles to have them do all of our tires and service the truck! Thanks again, for answering your phone and showing up! I believe it was Jamie who helped us.

I work there. Good hours, good co workers and the quality of customer service is great. My supervisor, Bill, awesome supervisor. Bob and his office staff are great, articulate and have great customer service skills.I stay smiling as I work cause it's a good place to work in! Love my co workers, awesome people.

My driver had a flat tire on his trailer right after all places were closing for the evening. One place gave him the run but Service Tire Truck Center after hours team didn t miss a beat. By the time I gave them the credit card and when the tire was fixed, only 40 minutes had passed! Unbelievable!It s so nice to know there are companies out there that work hard especially after hours and when you are traveling out of state. Thank you!

Leonardo showed up ahead of the projected time and was professional, and courteous. He did an excellent job changing my tire and got me on the road as quick as possible. Excellent service!

Had blown tire on my class A motor home. I'm on Rt 78, trucks flying by, I called, was told they had a tire and would have a Tech out, 60-90 minutes. Well 50 minutes later he arrived, polite, professional, efficient, the tire is on motor home. Fantastic service! Great price on tire, fair price on service call, perfect. Give the Tech a raise. Thanks for everything.

The tire was installed unproperly. The nipple of the tire was placed unproperly way, pushing the adjacent tire. As a result, the tire was deflated and erased.I didn't expect from them to pay damaged tire so at list i asked to refund my money 37$. I was told they cannot do it by the phone so i should call to my bank and do dispute what i finally did. In all most 3 month i found charge of 37$ in my bank account!They lied to the bank of requesting some proofs of me by email witch they never did!Not asking even to pay for new tire. just give my money back unprofessional people witch you not deserved but no, for 37$ you are lying. Shame on youI called to my bank and sent them : photos , receipts and explanations from professional mechanics shop who fixed the mess they left after yourself.Lets see what they come up with now.

Went here for service awhile back for a flat repair and had a not so good experience.Now I wasn't rude but I feel like the worker was. And after some confusion on my part, which I apologized for...I swear the worker called me a spic as he turned to walk away from me.I rather go somewhere else to give my money too.

Making a delivery today. The reciever approaches with either an attitude or a severe case of ' i don't care' syndrome. I read your rescponse. You said i was seversl hours late for my appointernt. My appointment was at 0800 hrs. I got there at 0730 hr.s. and was empty at around 0930 hr.s So much for a couple hours late. My critique was not to insult you it was just an observation. Have a wonderful day.

For commercial drivers and commercial fleet accounts this company is great. We have an account, I just show up when I need a tire fixed and I'm in and out, usually under an hour. Great people and service.

I just went to Service tire to ask a question and the service representative came out and explained to me all my questions and gave me a quote. Very nice people to deal with. The price they gave me to replace all my truck tires was the lowest in the area.

Had some tires mounted and balanced for our motorhome... We supplied the tires one was bad so I needed to replace it job isn't done yet but they are very accommodating and helpful.... can't foresee any issue with their service or work thanks

Entered the wrong address and after waiting 2 hours they went to the wrong address then they told me I have to wait another 90mins to 2 hours after they entered the wrong city great deal

Went in for annual truck/ trailer inspection. Left with charges for PM which i never requested and they claimed they checked fluids/ tire pressure which i know they have not.
