Went in to inquire if I could have a tire replaced and how long it would take. The tech at front desk said they can do it now . I was there for 2.5 hrs. After being there for an hr, a tech came out and said I need to replace all 4 tires because I can damage my transfer chase. He said the other 3 tires are old and the difference in measurements between the new tire and the other 3 tires can cause damage. I had just bought all 4 tires less than a year ago. I told him to just do the one tire. I have attached below pics of the 3 old tires and the one new tire. See if you can tell which are the 3 old ones and which is the new one. I am sharing this because I do not care for businesses that use scare tactics to get more out of customers.

Ryan the store manager was amazing! My tires popped and I came in very overwhelmed and irate. He was able to calm me down with product solutions and set me up for other services I needed. I will definitely be using Mavis for my tires and mechanical needs in the future!But... you don't have to take my word for it... while in the facility I overheard 2 other customers praising his customer service and compassion for people!I recommend this place to anyone looking for tires or service. Hands down!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I needed a new tire put on my car ASAP. The wonderful technicians were able to get me in five minutes before closing, the day before Easter. No more than fifteen minutes later I was back on the road heading home. Thanks to the gentlemen working there I am able to go to work tomorrow and be able to see my family for Easter. Everyone was very personable and seemed happy to help. I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely be going back to them for any further service I need on my car.

I stopped by on a nice day randomly and asked the White shirt if he could quickly throw some lug nuts on my car (all 4 wheels). I asked what he would charge me. Not only did he accommodate me and swap them all out, he did it quickly b4 I finished my Rita's gelati. Great service.

Ryan handled a not so great situation which was no fault of his for me and my family with respect ,kindness and compassion. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I had a screw in my tire, they took it out and quickly determined that the spare had to be put on. The installed my spare and were quick, knowledgeable and they DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING!!!! Fantastic place. Thank you guys for saving my day off!!! Will definitely refer to friends and family!

I just want to recognize the amazing group of gentlemen at this location. I m completely new to having a car, just got my drivers license 3 days ago, just got my car 3 months ago and I came in with a nail in my tire. My first question to myself was (What the hell do I do?!) I drove to this location feeling very anxious to get this fixed After a short wait and witnessing Ryan interact with a rather unsavory customer I knew I was in the BEST hands. Immediately we broke the ice and the guys started working on my tire. The whole team is fantastic, energetic, personable (and let me tell you, they re all very handsome too!) and I felt so welcomed and taken care of. This will be the spot I come to going forward. Treat these men with respect and they will reciprocate it 10 fold. Gentlemen! It was such a pleasure, you guys made my night!

Needed my state inspection done, set my appt for today. Ryan at the desk was incredibly kind, funny and helpful. I wasn t fully prepared but he helped me anyway. Picking up was a smooth process and they were generous with the cost. Definitely recommend! Oh, and Rob is a hard worker.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Mavis. My check engine light was on and my car was sputtering when accelerating. They were able to get me in right away. The manager Ian and the technician Rob were patient and answered all of my questions as well as provided excellent customer service. My repair was completed in about an hour. I will definitely be back.

I got into an accident that left me with two flat tires. I was frantically looking for a place to replace my tires because I commute for work and Mavis saved me. Ryan, the manager, helped me out and had my tires replaced within the day. He and his other colleagues noticed my breaks were in EXTREME need of replacement and did those for the next day as well. He was honest and is very fair with pricing. He does not try to sell you things you do not need. I would recommend Mavis Discount Tires! Thanks guys!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Ryan was incredible to work with and provided status updates along the way. The hard work and dedication to this company shines through. The customer service was outstanding, and the result was exactly what I was looking for. A safer car for my family :) They went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. It was my first experience with Mavis on Stefko and I was 100% happy with the service I received. Lewis kept me informed throughout the day as to what was happening with my car, and Ryan, the manager, went through the entire bill with me, point by point, and answered any questions I had. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful not just about the customer but his technicians. I will definitely go back and am happy to have a place I can trust and recommend in my neighborhood.Thank you Ryan and all the folks at Mavis on Stefko Blvd in Bethlehem. The guys here were AWESOME and helped me out on a late minute busy night after the car in front of my threw out their vape pen and it exploded in my tire. I ended up replacing all of my tires and they went above and beyond having multiple techs work on my vehicle to make sure it was done that same night. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely helpful and personable and will definitely return for any future maintenance needed.

Ryan manager amazing every time I go in! I never feel like I m being taking advantage of but they truly want to help. Josh who serviced my car was such a pleasure to work with. He showed me everything he was doing and even told me what was needed primarily so I didn t break the bank. Customer service here is A1! Thank you

The employees at the shop are very nice and quick! They remember their customer and do all they can to help. I went the to get an inspection and oil change, and they were very efficient! They appreciate your business and are honest about what needs to done for your car. This is my shop for all future car issues! Thank you Bruce and all the mechanics!

Excellent customer service explain everything in simple and great detail I also noticed the bays where they bring in the cars or exceptionally clean and every employee recognized us coming in and leaving by saying hello and or goodbye as we were leaving.. been bringing our cars there for over 10 years always great service

Finding a screw in your tire is never a pleasant experience, but today the team at Mavis on Stefko Blvd got me in right away and fixed up quickly. They've always been friendly, respectful of my car, and have done quality work. I definitely recommend them if you need new tires.

I got a flat tire on the way to a wedding ceremony. Thankfully I was right in front of Mavis so I pulled in hoping they could help me with replacing my flat with the spare. They jumped into action even though they were pretty busy. They kept my tire and replaced it for me the next day. Very thankful for their help and will be returning as a customer in the future.

STRONGLY Recommend Mavis! The manager Is seriously fantastic and the service staff proceeded by him is equally amazing! The guys are always all super polite, very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. If ever I have to wait for a service here I don t mind because the staff keeps a nice clean waiting area and restroom-, Good Vibes and atmosphere . If youre like myself and want Fast, efficient, affordable service you can count on every time then I d highly recommend the stefko blvd Mavis of Bethlehem!

Ryan and team were amazing!!!Not only did they take care of me, they prioritized my repair and fit me in without an appointment. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. Him and his team were efficient, organized and friendly.One of my best experiences at a mechanic shop. They ll be me and my families go to place for tires, oil changes and inspections.

This was the 1st time I was at Mavis where I met two incredibly nice gentlemen.Ryan and Luis. They were sympathetic regarding my problem. They treated me with respect and friendliness. My problem had the potential in my eyes to be very expensive however they researched my husbands record and discovered that he had purchased a warranty that was still active and they replaced my tire at a very reasonable price. In further discussing the car issues I found them both eager to put my mind at ease when I expressed future needs the car may have. I will always go back to Mavis as not only was the car taken care of but their kindness to me was so sincere and much appreciated.Marion D.

Unbelievable experience. Booked appointment on Thurs for Sat to learn Saturday they had no record of the appointment and couldn't fit me in to simply change 1 tire, which I already had with me. They rebooked me early Sunday, as I had to work out of state that day and needed the tire changed to get there. Showed up Sunday and waited over 3 hours for 1 tire change, which several employees struggled with. This is what your business does right, tires?? I'll never go back and wouldn't advise anyone else go either. Get it together Mavis!

Ryan and his crew at Mavis are amazing. Ryan took such great care of me, he has restored my faith in human kindness. After losing my job, swerving to avoid an accident only to get taken out by the awful shoulder of the road that literally ate my tires and wheels, Ryan worked within my insurance budget and beyond took great care of me. He communicated with me every day to keep me updated. His customer service is over the top amazing as well as his professionalism! It was a fluke I had my car towed there. Now I know it was more than a fluke it was a god send. Thank you beyond thank yous, Ryan and all your crew!! Have blessed holidays and a wonderful rest of 2023! Now I can t imagine doing business anywhere else!

Edit:I brought my 2019 Honda CRV with 30K miles in for new tires. I ended up needing to get 2 posts replaced on my car and left with "Christmas lights."Unfortunately the store manager Ryan was not helpful enough in diagnosing the issue with the 14 dashboard lights and told me to just drive the car and the lights will eventually go off. 500 miles later I had to bring my car to Honda and was informed I had a damaged wheel speed sensor. After contacting corporate by way of phone call, email and posting reviews of my experience, I was on the phone with a general manager fairly quickly (less than 3 hours from the start). He offered to cover the cost at Honda to diagnose the vehicle (by way of a voucher good at any store) and is repairing the damaged sensor for me (at another affiliated store).While the Mavis location I dealt with was a nightmare that lasted a few days, once corporate was involved a solution was quickly offered and I am content with how it is scheduled to be resolved. I personally won't be returning to the Mavis I originally went to just because they didn't offer me any solutions to a problem it seems clear that they caused. The manager Ryan also accused me of "stealing" something that they think they left in my car. I offered them the chance to come to me and inspect the car for the missing piece of equipment, but instead he continued to throw around statements even days later accusing me of keeping something that I never even saw.So... Five stars for the general manager stepping up and handling my issue very quickly and reasonably. It's good to know that the company is backed by corporate management that takes action. Zero stars to Ryan for not helping fix an issue his store caused, and for not understanding that maybe, just maybe, one of his employees misplaced something instead of accusing a customer of taking something I have no use for (it was the part of the diagnosing tool that connects to your car - without the ipad looking thing what the heck am I going to do with it??)

Went out of their way to make space on a lift for a fully booked day to identify the source of a leak for me. Took me back to show me the possibilities and helped me make an informed decision. Really appreciated the quick and professional help, and you can tell they aren t JUST here to make money
