Needed two tires for a tow dolly. Found these people via a Facebook Marketplace listing. Not only did they have the tires I needed, they were able to get them put on the rims for me, saving me the time of taking them somewhere else. In and out in under 30 minutes. The tires are perfect. Would definitely recommend and have them on the lookout for a couple tires for a vehicle of mine.Service: Tires

Wow! I was beyond satisfied with every second I spent speaking/working with King s Towing! I called them, spoke with Kelly, and she gave me a quote and had a driver on their way to me within 2 minutes. The driver, Tom, arrived within 15 minutes and was so incredibly quick and experienced with what he was doing. Working with Kelly and Tom made what can be a stressful experience into an easy and very friendly tow! Way to go Kelly and Tom! HIGHLY recommend!Service: Car towing

My tow truck driver was amazing. It was a difficult task to get my car on the bed because of the damage,but we got it up there. He also gave me information to get the repairs done.

King's Towing was a great help to our agency. We had a staff member get a flat tire upon arrival to client's home. I called King's Towing, who had someone out within 20 minutes to help get the tire changed for our employee. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very kind and helpful. The gentleman who came to help was very nice and made sure my staff member was back on the road to get to her next case. We were charged exactly what we were quoted and had no issues with how things were handled. We will absolutely use King's Towing in the future if something like this happens again. This is hands down the BEST TOWING COMPANY IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY AREA. I had made the mistake of getting a rented box truck stuck in wet mud at a point that was pretty far from the road as I tried to get furniture into my home in warm winter temperatures that left the ground not as hard as I thought it would be. Nonetheless, I had been calling around to multiple tow companies and many turned me away saying it was inaccessible or that it was too risky of a tow for them to accept. A couple of them tried to come out and gave up just looking at the situation. But the guys at Kings Towing were confident even in the first phone call conversation and after they were here, came up with creative ways to use a winch and get the box truck unstuck! They put in the effort that many others would not even consider doing and for this reason, they are worth nothing less than a full 5 stars! If they could get me out of my very sticky situation that I was in when others couldn t or wouldn t, your tow job will be no difficult feat for them. They are true professionals, very courteous, and very reasonably priced on top of it! I don t often place reviews for companies, but I felt a strong desire to make sure that the quality of their work is accurately being reflected on here - I recommend them highly!!Service: Special vehicle towing

Kente (my apologies if spelled wrong) and Tom, went out of their way to help me late at night when i realllyy needed some help. Super friendly, professional, and even went out of their way explaing what was happening to my car so I could avoid issues in the place. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They sold me a car for 4000$ which they swore had nothing wrong with it. I got a couple days use out of the car before it completely broke down on me in the middle of the highway. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money buying a car here.

I had a back door failure on my 2020 Chief Cherokee. The battery was dead. Tom came over to the Hotel I was staying at. He tried to jump from the "battery Posts" under the hood with no luck. Tom took the time to open the battery compartment under the drivers seat and connect his battery box there. The Cherokee fired right up. I would still be stuck at the Courtyard if not for Tom and his knowledge. Thanks so much!Service: Battery

I highly recommend using their services. The price was very reasonable and the service was immaculate. He showed up very promptly and managed to assist me but also help relax a quite nervous woman with her first car issue. Great mannerisms and highly knowledgeable so i felt i was in safe hands. King's Towing was the third company to respond to my AAA request for assistance with a blowout. The other two said they couldn't help me change the tire (I was unable to loosen the bolts). After being disabled on an interstate shoulder for 5 hours on a very hot day, we were deeply grateful for the assistance provided by King's Towing.

I have been a customer at King's Auto for the past 4 years; they have serviced all of my vehicles with excellence. I had the opportunity to spend time at the shop and have interacted with everyone there. They are professional and courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. The pricing was fair and competitive. These guys stayed past closing time to make sure I went home with my car. My 2010 Mercedes C300 needed 4 tires and brakes all around on the fly and it only took an hour! Amazing job guys, I made it to work on time. Thanks again.

Yesterday my boyfriend was working (delivery driver) and his car broke down. It only took King's about 20-25 minutes to show up. The gentleman and lady were kind, courteous, careful, and speedy.The rate was surprisingly fair and we were overall very pleased with King's service. Not sure those folks name, but again, their service was great. Would definitely use again!

I called Kings after 3 hours of sitting on the side of the road waiting for Roadside service to show up. After three calls that made it blatantly obvious that our roadside service has failed us we cold called Kings and Kelly answered and was at our site within minutes! She was excellent and quick to get us off that bridge and to a safe spot so we could change our tire. She offered help if we needed it definitely went above and beyond. She didn t have to rush out clearly no one else would but she did and we will not forget that. Thank you from the chick in the purple Jeep!!Service: Car towing

My experience with King's towing was accidental and stressful. While I didn't have my visitors pass in the window it was my fault (I forgot it in the glovebox). Kelly listened to me and brought someone else out to maybe work with me, another woman I didn't catch her name. I was told that was the price. $350, $50 for a storage fee. The receipt was for $350. So I managed to get the cash from my friend who already gave me a ride and make it back before 2:00 pm when the office closed. Once in the office Kelly handed me the paper work to sign and it was $400. I had the $350 cash as they didn't take any cards and it was the price written down. So I ask her to speak the owner to explain the whole ordeal. Kelly went to him, came back and said he wasn't going to budge. So I asked her once more to have him come tell me that as the owner. We talk and he ask me to meet him half way at $375. Mind you its past 2pm and I remind him that this was the price I had before I left to borrow money and only had the $350 on me. Kelly backed me up on this. I called around to other tow companies and was quoted $200 230. So in my experience and opinion is they charge too much. If I wasn't for Kelly I wouldn't have been able to get my car out. Thank you Kelly you deserve 5 stars.

Blew my tire at 5 in the morning I call the service they tell me it's 150 for the tow which is fine. Once the driver gets there he starts fighting with me cause my car is in the left lane and I can't move it. So he tells me it's going to be extra because I'm in the left lane. I told him I'm not paying extra cause my car lost control in the left lane. We continue to fight about it I tell him I'll just call someone else if it's that big of an issue. He then tows the car to the location I give him my card to pay n he then starts fighting with me that they take cash. I tell him no one told me that so I tell him I'll go to the ATM he continues to carry on being disrespect and unprofessional. He tells me they take card but it's gonna be a little extra. The woman on the phone tells me they charge an extra 25 dollars to run my card. Walked away from the whole experience feeling scammed.Service: Car towing

I contacted King's Towing after hours (8-9pm) about having my company van towed, it broke down and was parked in a lot and had to be moved ASAP. He didn't hesitate at all, told me to give him about a half hour and he would take care of it for me. He told me I didn't have to wait for him, too go home and get some sleep. He even sent me a picture of it after he droped it off at my mechanic. Awesome service at a very reasonable price. I would recommend King's Towing and Auto Repair to anyone needing a tow. Once again think you for taking care of me after hours.

I needed to have my car towed back to Scranton area from Bethlehem last night. King towing was the only tow operator to call me back. They provided prompt, professional service at a good price. The driver was great to work with and I could not be more satisfied. Thanks for a job well done

Tom at Kings Towing is the best! He was on time per the estimate and very professional transporting our motorcycle. He even went above and beyond to help us get our motorcycle exactly where we wanted it when dropping off. Also, the rate was good. Very professional and fast. I've had them tow cars for me and repair vehicles for me. Never any complaints. Their head mechanic explained everything to me. The owner worked with me on Property tow contracts and the girls in the office are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and parts needed. I recommend them for everyone.

####2021 update Review #2. Turns out this is the second time I've relied on King's and I'll explain in a minute but just UNBELIEVABLE. Again they made a bad situation so nice and easy and simpler for me.I wish I had just remembered that they were amazing before and I would have had everything done yesterday.They went out of their way to send me high res pics of the tire to replace the one that died on me, they had someone come out to me take off my dead tire and go back to put the new tire on the rim and recycle the garbage one.And then came back to put it on. And very upbeat, friendly, professional. I didn't catch his name or the woman who I spoke to and have been texting back and forth with but I cannot say enough good things it's just hyperbole at some point.But they came through and every little issue I had that came up they were willing to adjust things like having them come to me to get the tire and just added on a small fee.For everything done, and a really new or barely used tire that was an exact match came out to only 125. 80 before I had to have all this extra help done.I'm so happy right now and I was so exhausted and tired of trying to figure out what I should do with my resources until I started texting them back and they made my day or week really I wish I had gone to them for other stuff with my last car damn. But seriously. Give them a chance to shock you at how easy they make everything.####Old review from 2020 maybe? Or maybe earlier. ####Prompt and really nice driver made a bad situation pretty comfortable. Played sweet music the way and recommended a better choice of auto shop. Very knowledgeable.

Lifesavers !!!! They quickly got my vehicle all the way from Palmerton Carbon County and back to Bethlehem in the snow with no problem. Car fixed and ready as promised with no delay. First Class detailing made my baby look like the day I first got her. Very professional and down to earth staff that are willing to work with you. I've already recommended them to a friend who needed a car and they so far have had a good experience with the whole process of getting a used car from Mr. King. Knock on wood I will not need to visit for a repair.... but if I do Mr. King will be the first number I dial!!
