Excellent Tire Service Center, I needed to get 4 tires mounted and balanced on my 20 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn Mega Cab, that I bought elsewhere due to inventory availability. The customer service help was perfect. And they took me when I got there and in a short time finished the job. Excellent facility, will come here again.

In my short time as a new resident of PA, I have encountered many different experiences, and I would say my best experience thus far was the excellent customer service I received from Erica and Carlos at the MAVIS tire store. It was nothing short of excellent from beginning to end, from scheduling an inspection appointment to receiving a friendly greeting when I arrived, to my assistance in obtaining a duplicate on-line registration to the completion of my inspection. I highly recommend this MAVIS location mainly because of the extraordinary customer service experience I had with ERICA. Thank you so much I will definitely come back !

Took my car here 3 days in one week. the first day they aligned my car and put on 2 new brand new tires on the front. The guy told me I needed new struts/shocks and to come back the next day. So I did come back the very next day. The second day they put all brand new struts/ shocks and 2 new tires on the back and front. What they didn t do is realign the car after putting the new shocks and struts on after charging me the day prior for an alignment. Way to take advantage of a woman. They knew exactly what they were doing charging me for an alignment knowing that the car would need another one after doing the shocks and struts. The third day I brought it to them and they did an inspection. During the inspection they called me and told me I needed a new air filter under the hood. I told them at that moment that I did not want them to change the air filter as I will reschedule to get that done. They said okay that s fine. So what did they do instead? They took my air filter out and put it on top of the engine and closed the hood. They didn t put my air filter back in. Did not clip it in at all. And Left it on my engine. Something told me to check under my hood because I had a bad feeling and so when I did this is exactly what I found. Here are pictures to prove it. Update November 2023, on top of that, I got an inspection January 2023 from them and they gave me January 2023 inspection stickers and wrote 2024 on the back of the sticker. If I could not recommend a place more, it would be here. So I was charged for an inspection and almost a year later, just now realized they put the wrong inspection sticker on. Talk about a rip off and a SCAM. And customer service doesn t do anything to fix the problems.

I just walked in to get my tire repaired after sustaining a flat tire. Carlos and Josh were amazing and got the car back in great condition. My first time here and would easily recommend them to anyone.

On trip from South Carolina got nail in tire on a Sunday afternoon, stopped in and they were very accommodating and fixed my tire after a short wait. Friendly and professional crew and manager was great (sorry didn t get name). Highly recommend

Carlos was awesome. He assisted us in our greatest time of need he was respectful he was smiling. He was such a pleasure to deal with. I wish every person at every tire place was nice is this guy he s definitely a five star plus.

Nice, clean place, designed for waiting. However, the time it took from my arriving for a simple state inspection was long. There were 2 bays empty with worker standing and talking. The waiting area is designed for waiting, but their business model for time is a failure.

today I had to get my car serviced, and the gentleman at the front desk name Ian was phenomenal. Professional, courteous, and was willing to assist me above and beyond. This is why I choose Jack Williams- Mavis as my auto repair store. I highly recommend this to everyone I speak to, and if you get the chance to speak with Ian, so definitely, take care of you

Drove in with a minor problem with my tires, was given a realistic wait time for my vehicle. My car was seen within that time and the immediate concern was addressed, with the root cause being diagnosed as well. While I did not accept assistance for that problem at the time, the staff were very courteous and put no pressure on me to get it fixed with them. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I d leave no stars if I could. Had my car towed here after an accident in December and thought they were great. Fixed my car and had it done in a timely manner. They had to fix my whole front new tires, rims, axle, control arm, etc. I went back last week (5 weeks after they fixed my car) for an inspection and they told me my front brakes were so bad they re crumbling and I would need new brakes before passing inspection. They just replaced almost my entire front end but didn t notice the brakes? At this point, I lost all trust in their service. I took my car to a local family owned shop and they told me the brakes are good and passed my inspection. The shop stated I would need them eventually but they are by NO means crumbling. So basically because I am a female they tried to get me to pay hundreds of dollars to get my jeep inspected with services I didn t need by scaring me saying crumbling brakes I will never take my car here again. So glad I trusted my gut and took my car somewhere else!!

Bought a new car and could believe I had a screw in it. On a Sunday I was scared I could get it fixed. But to my believe I call the tire shop where Erica answer and ensure they would help . I arrive very professional and 15 minutes later I was back on the road. All employees were very nice and well mannered

My experience here was very great, Carlos helped me so much during a stressful situation and went above and beyond to make sure I got home safe with my kids because my car was so messed up it wasn t too risky to drive and we would have been here for hours! I will continue to come here.! And they also didn t try to rip me off cause I m a woman lol.

First class store. First experience I had they hooked me up with a new tire asap. Second experience on another occasion, I had an issue with my wheel or so I thought. Carlos and his team here was honest and upfront that it wasn t an issue and had me on my way. Highly recommended.

When other local tire shops said they didn't have time, this shop said "sure thing, just pull right in". They swapped four tires onto new rims, within an hour. Balanced the tires too. Price was extremely competitive as well. Thanks Carlos, and the Jack Williams team!

I had a screw in my tire that was causing an air leak and unequal tire pressure. I called and they were able to get me in within the hour! Excellent customer service and very affordable. I would highly recommend them for your auto needs.

I woke up this Sunday morning to a dead battery in my 2018 JeepCompass. I jumped the battery and decided to drive it around to juice up the battery. Next thing I know, I cannot accelerate past 18 mph! I m thinking, This is very bad and it s Sunday! I have an incredibly busy week ahead of me and now I have no car! I started thinking of plans for tomorrow (Monday) morning about where to take my Jeep and address this problem and how I m going to get around my stressful Monday. Then a friend of mine told me that Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service in Bethlehem, PA is open on Sundays to 5 PM. I re-jumped my Jeep s battery and decided to just drive the 5 miles there at 18 mph. Luckily, I was able to accelerate more. When I arrived at Jack Williams, I described the vehicle s problems and my dire situation and schedule with the week ahead. The staff was beyond fantastic! They were professional, caring, understanding, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. They immediately did a complete diagnostic check and found out it was only the battery. I braced myself for a worst case scenario diagnosis, but all I needed was a new battery! You can imagine the relief I felt. They said they can replace the battery and have me out the door in 20 minutes! I said, Let s do it and thank you! I then decided that since my car was already in the auto bay, I asked for an oil change and tire rotation while I was there. They obliged my requests and in 30 minutes, I was on my way home with a major burden off of my shoulders! The Jack Williams staff could not have been nicer and more professional!!! They all get a solid 5 stars from me and I highly recommend the Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Center in Bethlehem, PA.

I called for appointment and they have a lot of availability, easy to schedule.Dropped off my car for inspection, everything went well, got it on time. Staff were pleasant and friendly, so far I m satisfied with the service.

These guys are awrsome! Emergency stop to help fix broken trailer hitch. They stopped everything and fixed what we couldn't ourselves in a matter of minutes and had us on our way! We will definitely be bringing our cars here in the future! Thank you again!
