I had an excellent experience here. They got me in last minute and worked with my limited time availability. They didn t push me to buy or do anything I didn t need, and the prices are the best I ve experienced.Also they said my car would drive like new after the new tires and tuneup and it absolutely is!Will definitely be back 10/10 recommend

Sending a huge thank you to all the staff at Mavis.. Chris, Johnny, Mario, Giovanni and Tori for showing courteousness, knowledge and professionalism for all their help. Shout out to Brady for the work in swapping the TPMS sensors on two sets of tires and rebalancing. Highly recommend AAA+++

love them! super friendly, they look out for you and make sure you're not getting ripped off. they also took me into the garage to see exactly what was wrong with the car and educated me on it. they sell tires to dealerships so you're definitely getting a cheaper price here than there.

The management there John Berrios is amazing. I couldn t have asked for a better service five star service skills they show you anything you need to know they teach you everything that you wanna know and no matter what you need they try the hardest to get it done for you, thank you for your service on my car. It runs so much better. I couldn t have took it anywhere else and got the quality work for the price I paid. Thank you again fellas.

If I could give 10 stars I would.I had 4 new tires (and 2 posts) replaced at a neighboring shop. That shop somehow damaged my wheel speed sensor and they refused to assist in getting the issue diagnosed (they told me to drive the car around and the lights will eventually go off). The district manager from that other shop finally got involved and sent me to Jack Williams for them to handle the issue, and they did.Chris (the manager at Jack Williams) was super nice, attentive and made sure I was taken care of quickly. John (the mechanic) diagnosed my car and found the issue with no problem (the original auto center who damaged my car couldn't pull up any codes on their diagnostic tool). Once he had the correct part, my car was in and out in just a few hours.Unfortunately I was thrown in the laps of Jack Williams due to another auto center damaging my car. It was not their issue to fix but they gladly accepted me as a customer and made things right. I am glad to have found John and Chris as they were knowledgeable and helpful, and were able to get the job done that another center refused to take responsibility for.I highly recommend this place. They will be my go to going forward. Thanks Chris and John! (And Shane, the general manager, for putting me in good hands)

I drive 50 minutes to get the car inspected. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and incredible customer oriented, friendly service. Tori, Chris and Johnny, the mechanic were kind, friendly and most importantly honest! They took their time explaining things to me and the prices were quite fair and reasonable. Takings car to get inspected and checked can be nerve racking and stressful but dealing with the good people at Jack Williams was far from it and it makes that long ride well worth it ! They have my business now and in the future!! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

My experience today was amazing! I called to schedule an appointment around 2pm for a wheel alignment and I was able to get in at 4pm. I was shock for a Sunday to be able to get in quick. Both Mario and Joe were very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you again for your great service.

Came in today to get state inspection, and my mechanic(John) working on my truck was great! Very honest and even went through the truck with me giving me a heads up on few things ! Really appreciated him taking the time out which showed me he cares about his performance and making sure I left happy! Definitely my new permanent mechanic for all future maintenance!

Nothing but good things to say. They answered my call immediately and took me in short notice. They were able to take my car in, fix the problem, and send me on the way all under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.Leaving another review since returning here a handful of times. Chris has been nothing but helpful with all the issues my car has been having. He is hands on and quick to respond. He will take good care of you.

If I could give more than five stars I would! We ve had to come by 2 times in the last week for 2 different vehicle problems and then regular maintenance that was cancelled else where. Johnny is knowledgeable and honest. Everything here is run efficiently and service done in a timely manner. This is now our go to place for our vehicles.

Jonathan and Chris were great. Stopped in Thursday evening and spoke to Chris on replacing one tire. He was very knowledgeableand explained a couple things when i asked questions. Ordered it and setup a date to come in. No hesitation no issues.Came in that Saturday. Spoke to Jonathan. He was very pleasant and understanding. Told me 4-5 hour wait. It was a busy morning for them. No worries I will wait. It's Saturday afternoon. While waiting... I felt very bad for Jonathan. 3 older people felt very privileged since "they are regulars" and demanded to have an oil change that minute. No appt no calling ahead just walked demanding to drop everything and work on their car since they have to travel in a hour....in my head (gtfoh). Ask Jonathan if he was new... he said 7 yrs. If you're a regular you would know him and Chris...smh...They left. About 5 minutes went past. Lady came in heated about her wiper blade being off on her rental car. I mean heated like it was his fault the wiper came off. Hands going, head side to side. This lady needed to chill. I felt so bad for Jonathan. My husband was going to come pick me up so I didn't have to wait. They got done with my tire within the hour. Retail sucks, treat people how you want to be treated. Don't come heated out the gate. Jonathan was soooo professional and was so patient. I will definitely be going back!! Highly recommend. Jonathan was awesome! Thank you

Went here today for tires and an alignment after having a tire blow out from bad work somewhere else, the guys here were very friendly and knowledgeable and got me in on short notice. They did great work and had a reasonable price. It was nice to see a shop that they don t mind doing the work and are not just trying to get your money and send you out the door they truly care about doing the work you need and keeping you safe on the road. Thank you Jack Williams crew!

Excellent Service-After my second visit for tire rotation, I can not say enough about this good shop. Manager Chris and his team are respectful and caring.My Experience-Based on my car s current performance, I quietly realized I am coming due for new brakes ugh.During my free tire rotation service, Giovanni the Garage supervisor brought the break pads and rotors to my attention. He mentioned one or both may need replaced in the future. He was transparent, showing me the front break pads and rotors and patiently explained how they operate and their condition, and potential issue down the road. I leaned LOTS! I curiously asked about his work background which included Tesla.No push was made to offer further services. Phew.I felt comfortable and safe to weigh my own thoughts. I asked Giovani how much for a set of breaks and for his opinion on going into the winter season with my car as is.Conclusion-This is what I want to experience in service and all related costumer-driven industries.Mavis Tires of Bethlehem operating under the original neighborhood name of Jack Williams is located at 1747 Stefko Blvd Bethlehem PA 18017. I got my car fixed a couple of times there, just basic maintenance, oil change, tune up & replaced the breaks and rotors a couple times. I recommend Jordan always helps and makes sure you are taken care of!

Ever since the original Jack Williams staff left and the idiot manager was place, I d advise everyone to steer clear and save your money. I d advise you to go up the street to the other Mavis(same owner) and go to that one instead. This place is a disaster lead by a manager with no customer care experience.

Great service friendly staff and techs. I came to them during desperate times . My tires were slashed my funds were low. They worked with me gave me a great deal. The work was done professionally and timely. I defiantly recommend this them for tires and service.

My daughter bought 4 new tires. Paying over $900. After she left she realized they failed to put ANY of the tire plug caps back on and they bent one of her hubcaps. Their reason for bending it is "because it's plastic". I guess that means it's acceptable..?. She had to go back so they could put the caps on & they banged on the hubcap to "fix" it. She also requested a service to be done and it wasn't. He said she had declined it but she hadn't. They told her the battery was almost dead. We checked it with the same tester at home and it was fully charged because it's still a new battery.I think the moral of the story here is that they will take advantage of females,especially young ones. She will never return to this chain & I hope others stop going here. They will rip you off,beat your car & perform to the lowest standards. They didn't even offer any kind of discount after having to go back. Scammers.

I typically use a differnt jack williams location with no hiccups and I wish I did this time. Very rude, misleading unhelpful staff. Overcharging left and right. Disgusting dirty waiting room. I told the other location about my experience at this one and they were flabbergasted by what they were trying to charge me and speaking to me. Do yourself a favor and go to the Easton location instead.
