Best mobile service you can find in the area and East Coast. Very knowledgeable and will work with you until the problem is gone. Avoid getting stuck at dealer for days. I have 2022 freightliner Cummins isb 6.7 and the egr and throttle body was plugged up with soot. Truck was Derated while under warranty dealer couldn t get to us for a week.Took around 2hrs we were back on the road with no issues worth the money spentI highly recommend them

Great customer service from James. The service tech Kyle arrived and did his thing. He got my brake lights and DOT lights working and saved me from canceling a load. Thank u both for the Great service!

On behalf of a business owner(owner operator truck driver) i gotta say you're not going to come across a more dependable, knowledgeable mechanic out here in the northeast. My reefer trailer wasn't cool down into the negatives and was slow to cool. No shops had openings for 2 weeks. I called fleet builder at 630pm got an answer immediately and the very next morning they came to me and immediately diagnosed and started working on my unit. Great customer service, very very fair price, also showed me every issue before fixing the issue and explained in detail what was happening and why. Fleet builder just earned themselves a long term customer after this experience. My company is Assure trucking llc, ive been in business for 3 years and driving for 6 years. So I've had more than a few experiences in shops and with mechanics. Not once before today did I want to give a man hug to a mechanic I just paid

After calling several heavy service repair shops in this area, James was the only one that confirmed he would be there and gave me an exact ETA. He repaired my drivers mechanical issue in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using Fleet builder services as I would call them again with any issue I have over the road.

Called them about fixing a tire on a trailer was told that that service truck will come in 1.5 hour in 3 hours was asked them about update and they said ,, My apologies we do not have a technician available anymore.,,Thanks for wasted time

Our driver called in and said his truck wouldn t go into high range. Calling around looking for someone to check out our truck we received Fleet Services number from a company that didn t have anyone to go out at the time. I talked to James on the phone, and he was very honest and straight forward on the charges and said he could be at our truck in 2 hours. Long story short when I looked at the invoice, he charged us what he said from the beginning, even though he could ve charged 3 more hours. We ll be calling Fleet Service anytime we have a truck in this area with a problem. Thanks, James, for being dependable and honest. Those are two thing that s very hard to find in roadside repair these days.Service: Transmission

I suck at writing reviews but I had to do one for James this guy not only got to me super fast but he did everything in his power to get my truck on the road again, when one thing failed he always had a back up plan. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Kyle as well for going the extra mile and making sure everything was DOT spec before he finished up. Amazing people at this company I would recommend them 1000%

We had renters leave our RV in Pa after a brake problem. James promptly went onsite, quickly diagnosed the problem, made a quick honest quote, made the repair. When I told him my next problem was getting the rig back to Miami as the renters had abandoned it, he promptly offered to drive it for a very fair price. James did exactly what he promised, stayed in touch, delivered our rig safely at the time he promised. The invoice was fair and had zero surprises. Radiator replacement, James and Kyle were the technicians who came out to a parking lot and replaced the radiator on one of our trucks. They sent pictures and updates throughout the entire process as well as explaining to the driver exactly what they were going to do.

I was on my way home from work when I got a flat tire. I was waiting for roadside assistance when a young man working on a truck came over and offered to put my spare on. He got my spare on really fast and got me on my way. Turns out he owns this company! I am so grateful that he went out of his way to help me and didn t even charge me! I will definitely be using this company in the event that I get another flat or need roadside assistance. Highly recommend!!Service: Tires

Fleet Builder is one of the best onsite diesl mechanic mobile companies I've dealt with in this Trucking Company. They are very respectful,honest,understanding,speedy and professional at what they do. If you ever need repairs on your Truck or Trailer. Don't hesitate to call these guys because trust me you won't regret it. Always remember! If your tires are not turning! Your pockets are not earning. Very very very knowledgeable, honest and professional. I ve had quiet a bad outlook on past roadside services all over the country until I met James he proved to me that genuine people still exists. My driver called me before he was done and said this guy is a wiz he knows his line of work quiet well. James saved the day for me when I called for a def issue but also ended up fixing my reefer which the dealer could not fix which also prevented me from getting a claim. I wish FleetBuilder services could be on call in every state. I will definitely be using their services whenever I m in their area. Driving south on 476 in 350 pick-up with 40-ft trailer, had a flat on the trailer. They were there unbelievably fast. Fellow was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Had us back on the road in minutes. Have had flats before, but never this level of service!Service: TiresService: Tires

The owner is not only a great truck mechanic but also very friendly and helpful to anyone. If he sees you on the side of the road he will most definitely stop and offer his help. He knows a lot about all kinds of trucks and has gained a lot of experience over the years.

These boys are the real deal! I blew a drive out on 78 and 30 minutes later they were pulling up. If your near Allentown and blow a tire CALL THEM! With their pricing I have no idea how anyone around is in business, cheaper by $500 for a road call!Service: TiresService: Tires
