Friendly, not at all pushy.Upfront with interest rates.Very helpful with all the electronics in the car. I was able to text my sales person (Mariely) and she even answered on her day off which I thought was really nice of her.

Very friendly staff everyone is always smiling and happy. I always feel at home and important. Chris in the parts department is phenomenal! I come weekly for parts for my cars and Chris is very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. Incredible job at Faulkner Subaru for training exceptional staff and creating an awesome atmosphere.

Friendly people. Negotiate hard for the price and get offers in writing. It is the first ever dealership gives instruction on vehicle functions. I went to other Subaru dealership in the area and they did not honor the price which they quoted in writing. (text message) Faulkner Subaru honored the other dealers price after negotiation. So for my wife and I are loving our new Forester Sport.

I had my car inspected 3 weeks ago, and requested a tire rotation. This was my first free inspection since purchasing my certified preowned Outback at this dealership (the actual purchase of my car was wonderful and I would recommend their sales department over Ciocca). Upon pickup I was told I would need new tires soon but nothing needed immediate attention and I was good to go. Fast forward to today and I develop a hole in my tire, and go to a tire repair for a patch. The technician shows both my front tires have very misplaced alignment and wear and should not have passed inspection. He also stated he doubts the rotation was done and they just missed looking at my tires altogether. (Interestingly the dealership had given the tire rotation at no charge when I picked the car up.. now I m thinking it just wasn t performed at all.)I call Faulkner and email the photo attached to this review. The associate person in search of a resolution was apathetic and showed no concern. I was told basically that it wasn t brought to my attention because my service advisor was injured at work that day and left early. I was also told that the tire would pass inspection because the tread in the middle is intact. I ll let whoever views this photo to decide if that is something that you would feel comfortable driving your family in the middle of winter? I trusted my dealership and would have gotten tires that same day. Now I have no car to get to work for 2 days because eventually a hole wore through! This is the second issue with this service department - I had previously redeemed my free oil change and after driving home to Reading, my oil light came on. Turns out they messed something up and I had to actually put new oil back in my car to make it back to the dealership for them to fix it!Be careful if you buy a car here - the free oil change and inspection is in reality very costly.

Last month, we bought a used car from this dealership. We live more than an hour away . When we called to see if the car was available, Mark K. told us he would have ready for a test drive when we arrived. When we decided to purchase it, he arranged for a complete inspection to make sure the car met the dealership's standard. They replaced or repaired multiple items, beyond our expectations, and detailed the car inside and out. We truly felt valued as customers. We highly recommend this salesman and the dealership.

You will see in a prior review I rated them two stars. Faulkner Subaru stood behind they used Subaru I bought from them. The situation was rectified they offered to pay for half of the repair which was really what I had been praying for I am quite pleased with Zach in the service department he was very gracious and kind thank you Zack for being so. I regret having gone off in my other post before giving Faulkner Subaru a chance to rectify the situation. I would gladly deal with them again as they are an upright organization. And doing right by their customers. Thank you Faulkner Subaru and Zack. I tried to delete the other review but Google doesn't seem to want to let me do that.

I would not even give them one star at this point. I have owned three subarus over the past 20 years. The first two were great and the service was good. Now I have a 2020 imprezza. The service has been terrible. I can't be bothered going into the past problems right now. The car was in for brakes last week. 400.00 dollars. They made sure that they didn't replace them until it was beyond warranty. Anyway...as I drove it home the rear of the car was rattling. Not a sound I had ever heard before. I checked the back of the car and also picked up the spare tire cover...to find the piece that holds the tire in place was broken.....I've not had a flat tire in this car so I know I didn't break it. It was after hours so I couldn't call. As I drove home I noticed the car..in the rear was still making noise...so I called...and explained that the car should not be making that noise..they couldn't get me in until tuesday..which was about another full week. I can not be without a car due to my hisbands disability and trips that HAVE TO BE MADE TO JERSEY AT SPECIFIC TIMES. So I had to keep driving it to keep those appointments. Long story short...I had to be in jersey....and fortunately was near my brother in laws house (on a sunday..so of course no one is at the dealership) whoever did the brakes did not put the bolt that holds the caliber in place..and it worked itself loose. I had the car towed back to this awful dealership because it's under warranty. I have car replacement if this happens..but of course that number never answered. I will keep you posted on the continuing saga. Needless to say..DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. EVER.

Worked with Dylan Haas on road testing a couple different Subarus. Didn't end up buying the car since we went with another brand. Dylan was great. Understood why we were there and was not annoying or pushy. Would work it him again if we ever bought a Subaru.

Recently purchased a certified pre-owned car from this dealership. I have taken the car in twice for normal maintenance and once for an unscheduled issue. I ve worked with Greg Walz who has been great. I accidentally came on the wrong date for an oil change but he found and extra slot for me. Great customer service

Really nice dealership. Pleasant staff. Our salesman, Eric S. was great. Took all the time we needed and answered all our questions. Went for a used Subaru and ended up getting a new one instead. Painless process.

From start to finish, every step of the car-buying process was perfect! Salesperson Mariely and follow-up contact person Jared were phenomenal and very informative about every aspect and feature of my new Forester. I'd recommend them to anyone!

My honest opinion and experience at this location for the very first time as a customer. I am sorry to tell you that the Car Services group is not professional at all, we are not used to that kind of people who work in that department. First when I arrived at the place I was a little confused because I didn't know if that was the place no one came out to help me they just looked and turned their faces away my friend who was accompanying me perceived the same thing so many staff sitting doing nothing the first person who helped us was the only one person who guided us and took us to the waiting room after an hour the car was ready and no one came to tell us that the car was ready my friend asked the same person who attended us and he said the car is ready and he went to the person who had to send us that person was not friendly at all nor did he look at our faces he just told us go to the person who is going to charge you when we finished paying as there was no kind of communication or kindness on their part I had to ask if The car was fine. The person who sent us off said the information is on paper. There is nothing. When we were ready to leave, the mechanic working on the car came back asking for the keys because he forgot to put a part on the car. We felt so bad and uncomfortable that We went outside to wait for the car to be brought to us because of the discomfort of those people, we felt disappointed and uncomfortable with that place.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Civic from Faulkner Subaru, and the whole experience was outstanding. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming, answered all our questions, gave us as much time as we needed to inspect and test drive the car, and refrained from pressuring us in any way. They truly prioritize customer satisfaction at this dealership a special shout out to Sales Consultant Esteban Escobar, Business Manager Edwin Salazar, and Sales Manager Steve Miller. They were the best, and we are so grateful.

I would not buy another car here for sure I can recommend do not buy a used car there. If your salesman happens to be a guy by the name of Ziad immediately asked for another salesman I bought a used Subaru there I didn't buy the extended warranty that they tried to sell me even though they highly pressured me turns out I should have the Subaru Impreza I bought has 117,000 mi on it. Being familiar with Subaru's quality I could see no need to buy the extended warranty. Anyway I had an issue I called Ziad said he would talk to the used car manager and I never heard another word from him. They got my money middle finger to me is the attitude at Faulkner. I would stay away from this place at all costs

After a bad experience at Ciocca Subaru, the next day, my wife and I went to Faulkner Subaru for the first time. Right from the start, we were treated like we were their only customer. Amazing service from the person that answered the phone all the way to the finance person. Mark Kutovy, our salesman was patient with us as we looked at 5 to 6 different cars before buying a brand new Forester touring edition. We are a Subaru family and own five Subarus for myself and my daughters. Moving forward Faulkner is our new Subaru dealer! Thank you Faulkner!!!

May 16 2024 was a great experience ! Mariely helped me through looking, test driving, and the purchase of my 2024 Forrester. There was no pressure and.. lots of patience! I felt so comfortable asking questions and learning what I thought I couldnt. The day felt like I was with my friend . She is very knowledgable about the cars and made sure I was happy with my choice. Mariely deserves a 5 star plus !

I had an excellent experience at Faulkner from beginning to end. I called and first spoke to Jake in internet sales he was so polite and professional and helpful. When I went in to look further, Eric met me at the entrance and took his time and with zero pressure went over his inventory, test drove with me, and generally walked me through an extremely easy and pleasant buying experience. Edwin in finance was super efficient and friendly and professional. This is how car buying should be. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Faulkner Subaru. After visiting a number of dealerships with surprise add ons and fees I was pretty happy with my experience here. I was able to make an appointment to come look at a car with Esteban. He knew the product well, was not pushy or trying too hard to be friendly and was easy to work with. I was only charged what I was expecting (add price, tax/title/doc) and finance guy got me in and out quick after reviewing warranty options. I've recommended them to my friends as a straight shooting dealership and will consider them for any future vehicle purchases.

I recently purchased my 4th subaru. This was the first time I had purchased from a faulkner dealership and they did not disappoint. I've had experiences at other dealers where I felt rushed and pressured to make a decision. As a first time mom I was looking for something bigger and preowned which brought me to this dealership. Every associate was respectful and made me feel comfortable. Esteban helped me find a vechicle I absolutely loved in my price range. After signing two associates helped install my car seat for my baby. It really meant a lot that they took the time to make sure my daughter was safe as we drove off the lot. I look forward to making all future purchases with Faulkner.

A bunch of scammers. They will tell you one thing then tell you another. Especially when it comes to MONEY. Also they leave your car in pieces in the lot engine sitting next to it and all and expect a tow truck driver to take it like that. They also admit to the pieces and vehicle getting worse damage from sitting in the weather that THEY LET IT SIT IN. These people are ruthless. They just want a quick buck. These are peoples ways of transportation are you kidding me.

I'm not a customer, but they didn't seem extra motivated in helping my family member with their car over the last few years. Communication needs improvement. She had her car inspected on Friday and vague messages were left. It was an all-day affair of frustration.

I was only "window shopping" for a car to replace my 2022 Outback, but the salesman and follow-up delivery specialist made owning a new Forester easy.

Just bought a WRX yesterday from this dealership. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and this was the only time I was compelled to write a review. This place is great. They treat you special from the moment you walk in and most surprising, the employees actually seem very happy. I got a great deal, everything was thoroughly explained to me, and I got the car I wanted. Thanks Sean, Kyle, and Denis for a great buying experience.

Update as of December 2022. I have emailed the owner and have not had any response. There is no communication. Not a great experience buying a used SUV. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, the StabiliTrak, and check engine light came on. The oil also kept burning very quickly, Subaru took a look at it and said it was repaired. A few weeks after that the same issue and many other issues appeared. Upon going to various new mechanics, they informed us that Subaru gave the wrong diagnostic test. The entire power steering rack had to be replaced being dangerous to drive, an O2 sensor, the engine had a leak, the wheel sensor, steering couplers, wheel alignment, speed sensor, multiple oil leaks and spark plugs. All of this totaling over $5,300.00 worth of repairs within the first 10 months of ownership. This is not a dealership that you want to take your business to.

Had an excellent experience with Service Guy Dan Daly. Super polite, honesty made me feel like a person not just a number. Help me get loaner so I could get to work while my wrx was being repaired. Will 100% recommend Dan to anyone looking for a stand up Service dude. Hold on to him because if I had a dealership he would work for me.

I'm going to call Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem an UN-Dealer. From the moment I walked in they respected my time, were not pushy at all and provided me with a salesperson (Mariely) who truly knew the Subaru vehicles and all the models thereof. I purchased a white Outback Onyx and couldn't be happier with my choice.
