Wonderful experience, the turn around time ended up being way faster then we thought. Mike was great with updates. Getting a rental was also very easy as the Enterprise office is located inside the collision center. Would highly recommend both.

We brought our car here for repairs after unfortunately hitting a deer. They were wonderful! Customer service was top notch. Justin was constantly in communication with us about the progress of the repair. The car looked good as new when we picked it up two weeks later. Would absolutely come back for any future repairs

This is a hack shop. They had my car for 4 months. The paint work was poor quality, prep was not done correctly, poor quality used parts, the parts of the vehicle that were not painted were scratched and scuffed up, damaged parts were missed, and to top it off, I was told that since they filled my gas tank, I should be compelled to give them a good review. I believe a good review should be earned by quality work. You will not get that here. I have been restoring and building antique cars and building hot rods for 35 years. This was an insurance job. My insurance company paid them over $22,000, only to have the car declared a total loss after it was completed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Was recommended by my insurance company, had the pre inspection done in August. Dropped off in September and was told 3weeks provided the parts were available. It s now the end of October, and we are still waiting on parts??? No phone calls unless I stopped in every 2 to 3 weeks to ask on an update. Asked what parts were needed still and was lied to again. Contacted my dealer and the parts needed could be sent to them in 3 business days all of a sudden more parts were needed. Notified my insurance company of possible fraud. Still waiting on repairs. Isn t it nice that they put the parts inside what was a very clean interior. Effn ridiculous place.

Car was towed after accident. Had to sign paperwork and review with progressive insurance coordinator. Said he would get back to meProgressive called and said they were accepting liability and asked if I had questions. I informed them it had been two weeks and I had not heard from collision center. I called collision center. Took 3 days before I called again and got to speak with someoneInformed claim was assigned to another and they were to be in touch with meThe person did apologize and said he would email results and claim okayed by insuranceTwo weeks later insurance company called and said they were totaling car. Said collision center was to have contacted me withReasonCalled collision center and was informed claim was assigned to another person who should have called and said declaring totaled. I could have been looking for another call in the 2-3 weeks my car was declared totaled yet I was under impression it was being worked on. Have been without transportation for 37 days and will be until I find another car.

Excellent service and repairs on my 2018 Forester. Only gripe is they used aftermarket clips on part of the door seal but $11 later I bought some from Subaru and we re all good now.

Fed ex had backed into my 2019 Dodge Journey and a family member recommended I bring it here. The enterprise team & Joe made my experience super easy. They didn t have the rental i chose in stock so they upgraded me to one of the premium rentals. Joe kept my husband updated the whole time my vehicle was being worked on. Car looks brand new, will definitely be using them in the future for any repair needs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Do NOT take your car here for collision repair. I chose this location because it was close to me - big mistake.From start to finish, the experience from check in to getting the car back (still not finished BTW) has been terrible. My email enquiring about getting assistance with car rental was never returned, resulting in waiting 1.5 hours (not kidding) for a rental. Although I had an appointment, I did not hear from the service advisor until I called him myself the following day. I informed them at check in, AND over the phone that I needed the car back for vacation. When I followed up on the day they said the car would hopefully be done, it is NOT finished, and he says he was unaware I needed it for vacation!!Hopefully I will not need collision repair again, but I will not be back nor recommend this company to anyone who does.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Could not be happier after getting my car back from Faulkner Chevy. My 2022 traverse was hit pretty hard and had a lot of front end damage but the entire process from start to finish was incredibly seamless. All repairs were addressed, employees were great to work with and my car looked brand new. Even down to the detail. It was immaculate when I received it back. We brought in our car after we had been rear-ended, but we were hoping to take a driving trip in the next week. The team at Faulkner Collision in Bethlehem moved heaven and earth to turn around the repair in time. We got our car back and were able to take our trip in our perfect-looking car! Rude. No place to park. Told me 8 weeks for a two week job. Would not look at or inspect vehicle damage, just demanded I leave the car and keys. No discussion allowed. Guy just walked away when I asked about first ordering parts. Wouldn't discuss. Millennial who had a hissy fit. Rude.I left and went elsewhere.Definitely not recommended.

I had a bad experience there. Although my roof was replaced and it looked good, the rest of the car was scratched in the process and had some paint overspray. Additionally, there was a panel that was not attached correctly on the inside. When I brought up the scratches, they fought me and used every excuse in the book. I will never recommend this place and would rather wait longer to go anywhere else.

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a body shop. I was lied to by Char one of the service writers multiple times. The first problem was they called me and told me the car was ready. When I showed up it wasn t. They made us wait another day. There was a bubble in the paint. Once we got the car back the Blind spot monitoring was not working. The next lie Char told me was that I could drop the car off the night before but once I got there he claimed it was against company policy and I had to do it the day of. I took time on my daughters birthday to come out. The third lie was that the blind spot was working just fine. When it clearly wasn t. I had to have a manager drive with me to see it wasn t working and he agreed with me. Never had a problem until he repeatedly lied to me about the BSM working properly. He said it was good to go no errors. Clearly he didn t drive it. Which he claimed he did. I am severely disappointed in this repair process and wish I had gone elsewhere.

Bad service. Stuck a sandwich sticker on my car, drilled holes in places for no reason, bodywork not aligned at all, no want to reconcile the issue. They will not respect your wishes, your vehicle, or you.

Husband took one of his work vans to be fixed after being rear ended. Was told a week, then two, then three. Had the parts for 3 weeks and never checked them to verify they were the correct parts. It wasn't until after it was painted that they opened the bumper to find it was the wrong one. One excuse after another. Even the mirror was damaged which they didn't check so had to wait for another to be shipped. Very disorganized and sloppy. Same as it ever was and will never change under the current President who is hardly there and very disliked by many in the body shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE< NO MATTER WHAT THE INS COMPANY RECOMMENDS

I had an 8am appointment automatically scheduled for me thru insurance. I wanted to let them know I would be a little late due to it being the first day of school. Their own listed phone number on the website was incorrect. They told me yes they have phone trouble and it is listed incorrectly but because I was not there promptly at 8am they would not take my car. I rescheduled somewhere else, to be sure.

Pore service is took 3 weeks to fix my car and the damages my car had were minor. Every time I called to ask how long it will take the answer was we order the part was damage we have to reorder the part. When I finally get my car back is missing the signal light bulb now I have to go back so they can fix it. I will never go to this place again.
