I was having a problem with my APU and called them up. Even though they were short staffed John Janney told me to ome on down. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got me back up and running with minimal delay. The staff at CSTK were friendly and knowledgeable. I believe this professionalism is the reason they are successfull and highly rated. I would recommend them highly. THANK YOU CSTK!!

This place is awesome. Called ahead of time to see if they can take a look at my problem, they were fully booked for the day, but John at service said to bring it in for a quick look. He came out took a look and told me it can be fix first thing next day. John went out of his way to get the job done, much appreciated.

Had a problem with my APU/sleeper heater not turning on after my battery died and had to be jumped. I was routed to CSTK Bethlehem to have the issue looked. Within minutes John J. Had my APU on and my heater working. He gave me a great education on the problem and how to care for the unit. No cold nights on the road thanks to you John J. and CSTK.Thank you so much. The oil drain valve on my reefer was damaged and it was dumping oil all down the front of my reefer in the back of my truck I stopped at this place talked to the service manager and even though he said they were booked solid he said he'd come out and take a look and when he did within 10 minutes I was in and he had me done in about 3-4 hours unbelievable. Just don't make service managers like that anymore recommend this place to anyone and everyone

I would recommend anyone with a reefer to go here. These guys are friendly, professional, & know what they are doing. I ve been to other Thermo Kings in other states and they are not the same. I d rather come home for service.

This place got me in and out fast. Needed PM on trailer i just brought a few weeks ago. Didnt charge me a arm and leg. Employee named John even came out and showed me how to read important info on reefer unit. God Bless

I didn't realize how poorly my reefer was working until they found and fixed the problem. Kudo's to John and the teck who found what everyone else missed.

My reefer stopped running when I was loaded. This is a nightmare as you know. Came in to CSTK. John jump in straight in and within 15 min I was back on the road. Highly recommended! Very professional techs working there.Thank you guys who save me that day!

Great service and extremely professional staff. Had an issue with espar airtronic heater. Was told it was not covered under warranty. When I questioned this the service manager (my apologies but I m terrible with remembering names) spent hours getting it covered. Only TK in the country that didn t make me take up a warranty covered item with corporate. I was treated with the greatest of respect. The facilities are awesome, easy room to maneuver and very clean. THANK YOU CSTK

Came in for reefer malfunction. Staff was pleasant and professional. Sean and his coworker found my leak relatively quick. Unfortunately they didn't have the replacement part in stock but directed me to other options, which worked out. All in all a good visit. Thanks

Top notch service from start to finish. Even when my Espar heater didn t work after my first visit, they were accommodating and got me immediately back in to trouble shoot. I used the wrong credit card at check out and the gentleman helping me changed it without attitude. Great customer service. The service mechanic was pleasant not condescending. Highly recommend this shop for women and van-lifers. Treated me with respect and fixed the problem with fair pricing.

Amazing Service!! John, Luke and other Technician who s name I didn t get were amazing, Honest and helped us with as much as they could with the cost of our repair bill. Not enough words describe how grateful we are to CSTK. Thank you guys for your honest and great service, you have earned my business as long as I ll need it! A+++++++

Easy to get to, plenty of room to get around. The folks here were very polite, the shop manager not only helped get my unit running, but was willing to explain everything to me. I appreciate that. Highly recommend.

I called to see if they could look at my non-working bunk heater. They said to come on in and we ll check it out for you. They put in a new blower and had it running in no time. Everyone was very professional from Debbie that answers the calls, all the way to the technician that did the repairs. I also wanted to say that John Janney, their service manager, was a great person to deal with. I highly recommend bringing all your thermo king problems here. It s great to see a business greet you professionally and have a customer leave feeling good about the repair. Folks, that s how you get repeat customers. Great job!

I had issues with my TCU throwing error codes and cutting on and off. Pulled in at 8:15 without an appointment, in a service bay by 8:30 and back on the road by 10:30. I can t say enough about how great the service was, how friendly and accommodating the staff is and the fact they made my dog feel like he was one of there s made the whole experience worthwhile. to CSTK Bethlehem!!

Showed up here with a broke down APU. No appointment. They got to work on it within minutes. Their bays were full so it's not like they weren't busy , the tech brought out his tools and went to work on it in the parking lot and finally got it fixed. Super clean facility. Everybody there was very friendly and professional although they didn't have barbecue pork rinds in the vending machine. Five stars isn't enough. And now they're letting me take my 10 on the property. Sweet deal.

My reefer wouldn't start so I came to cstk an john got right on it for me. He came out an checked my unit an in no time had my unit up an running!! Very friendly I had a fast but awesome experience!

I'm a company driver and had an issue with a reefer I was pulling. Contacted our shop manager and he sent here to CSTK in Bethlehem. Not only was the staff very friendly and professional they knocked it in a promptly and had me rollin again. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!

I have been to the this place a few times, for service and repairs. John and his staff have been nothing but good and their work and customer service are superior . I have had issues in the past, and will bypass shops to get here so they can work on my units. Thank you for all you guys do. A1

My unit showed high engine temperature and low coolant. My driver just topped it off a few days ago at the yard . Has been running great but showed a few codes while loading at cold storage next door and cut off. I just replaced the thermostat a month ago and figured it was stuck or leaking. Driver pulled in to shop which was conveniently next door to cold storage and service tech came out . Driver explained the deal and tech jumped right up , added 3/4 gallon antifreeze , checked for any leaks and watched unit run through a few cycles and all was good. Tech advised to keep an eye on it , hopefully it s not the head gasket seeping. I can t explain how happy I am with their employees and service techs. They warned us on the phone they were real busy, since was a quick fix we were in and out less than 30 minutes. My driver explained that he could not load until unit was running right and hoped we didn t lose a load today. Now a second review , Problem #2 today , after driver was loaded went to slide tandems and the air lock slide button seized up . Driver returned for the second time and purchased the part so he could put on while there !! The charge was so minimal i couldn t believe it , they told us no worries just spread the word and that s what I m doing now ! To find a decent shop especially when on the road is hard enough, let alone the high cost for repairs can hit our bottom line . Add the fact that they jumped right on us so we wouldn t miss our load was just amazing! I give them a 5 STAR RATING !! ***** .... Hats off to Thermo King of Bethlehem Pa !! They are awesome and I only hope everyone else who need repairs to their unit has the same experience that I had today !,Jp Betty Mae ExpressSalisbury Md

Brought in 2017 TK C600 , simply asked to replace the battery only as driver was in the rush , 20min later job done bill was $404 . battery was $147 rest flat rate labor and set 2hrs . So no matter if it takes 5min you will be charged for 2hrs , this is everything that's wrong with todays trucking industry , they said they adjusted the idle and few other things i didn't ask for and they are under warranty anyways . I will take this up with corporate office , not about money , its an insult !

Very overpriced service especially for Carrier Reefer units. $172 per hour regular labor rate. Try to avoid unless you have absolutely no other choice or emergency. Customer service was nice though and it was pretty quick in and out.

I had my PM done recently Even tho John (manager) was short staff due to a turnpike incident he went above and beyond professional, honest human being, am definitely become a customer definitely coming back definitely spreading a good word on this shop!Ggh logistics

A refrigerator unit wouldn't start. Technician isolated problem to a defective battery. Battery was quickly removed and replaced. Unit was placed back in service. Thanks for the speedy, professional service.

Good people to work with. Got my reefer download within a hour, even tho their shop was full of trailers. I called them 20 minutes ahead before coming there.

I had a load on the truck with a code 06 and 25 kept popping up. I kept clearing the code but it kept coming back. I call CSTK in Bethlehem, PA spoke to John Janney he told me just come over will take a look at it. When I got there he came out took a look at it and just put me right in the shop. They replace both parts the coolant temp sensor and the alternator. which was reading bad and I also needed a fuel soleno they installed a new one also I had an electric fuel pump and i asked luke the tech if he can also installed it too mine you I just had a code 6 and 25. I mean i was in the dealer might as well change my 3 belts I told the Tech to change it no problem on it right away then I ask the tech if they could also change two control rod-lateral on my truck he ask John and said np. These guys save my load and fix my truck now all I have to do is deliver this load to Atlanta, GA THANK YOU John and Luke AT CSTK OF BETHLEHEM, PA
